A bad overall experience

I stayed at the Ibis Style Centro in Porto Alegre for 3 nights. I've stayed to another Ibis before and it was a very nice experience. This was the reason why I preferred the Ibis Style and recommended for friends, since the trip was with a group. Unfortunately, due to the poor hygiene of the room I stayed in, room 863, I got legionella. As soon as I arrived in Sao Paulo, with cough and feverish, I went to the doctor. The diagnosis, based on the sensation of shortness of breath, cough with some yellowish purulent discharge, and the physical evaluation made by the doctor, was legionellosis. This is a disease arising from the lack of sanitation of central air conditioning. Unfortunately I got a major restriction on the Ibis network as they do not value proper cleaning of the air ducts. Not considering that the bed liners were not changed in the three days of lodging. Hygiene, as I understand it, is not the line of concern of the Ibis Style Centro Porto Alegre.

I went to Porto Alegre to join a group a friend. We stayed at Ibis Style 'cause of decoration. Unfortunately, due to unclean air conditioning, I got a bad cold. In fact, a laryngeal and pulmonary infection. A bad memory of the passage through the hotel. Of course I can't say it was in the Hotel, but nowhere else I've been to Porto Alegre and region I've stayed for more than 2 hours and rarely indoors. I am not making this comment seeking reimbursement for my health (medical consultation, medicines), but for the hotel to review its processes and clean the air conditioning ducts, thus reducing the risk of the hotel being a proliferation center of airborne infectious diseases. Following is a link to consider legionellosis for lack of cleanliness of ventilation ducts. (https://www.osha.gov/SLTC/legionnairesdisease/index.html). Please. It is a very important issue. Read It for a good experience to your next customers.
