Usually, there's not much to comment on an Ibis, as they're all the same; you stayed at one, you stayed at them all. But Ibis Novo Hamburgo got my attention on three counts: first, its location, very convenient near BR116. Second, its staff, especially Edwin. He is a man you can see enjoys his work! I took advantage at being the only checking in, and had a long and fun chat with him. Being received by a person who is a happy at what he is doing makes you feel much better! And third, there was Payson Breton butter, my favorite, at the breakfast buffet. Having such a gourmet treat for the guests is proof the management is striving to please.

Entrada para o Hotel perigosa, você não consegue vindo da rodovia acessar, precisa fazer um retorno distante. Esta foi minha segunda estadia neste Ibis, estou habituado a ficar em ibis pelo Brasil todo e inclusive já fiquei no Ibis Budget em Paris na França. Este com certeza foi o mais amador que já fiquei. Em ambas vezes que fiquei no Ibis Novo Hamburgo a recepção se mostrou despreparada não encontrando minha reserva, me colocando numa situação constrangedora precisando ligar para minha agencia por problemas no sistema do hotel. Tanto estadias como café da manhã já estavam ok e sempre eles não encontram, melhorem sistema e recepção por favor.
