Prezada Marlene, Agradeço pelo seu retorno e peço sinceras desculpas pelo susto que a senhora teve na recepção. Levo esse relato com máxima seriedade e gostaria de esclarecer o que ocorreu. No período anterior à sua estadia, realizamos uma desratização na área externa do hotel. Em razão desse procedimento, esses animais acabam se deslocando em busca de abrigo, e como os elevadores ficam próximos à porta automática, que se abre constantemente, isso pode ter ocasionado a entrada do animal na recepção. Assim que recebemos o relato, acionamos imediatamente a empresa responsável para reforçar as iscas e realizar uma varredura completa na área social do hotel. Fique tranquila: mantemos um controle de pragas regular e estamos atentos, tomando o máximo de cuidado para que a situação não se repita. Fico grato, em meio a essa preocupação, pelo seu reconhecimento à nossa equipe, à limpeza dos quartos e às notas máximas atribuídas à acomodação, ao check-out e ao wi-fi. I am glad the room, though compact, proved comfortable and that you slept well — rest is the one thing we cannot afford to get wrong. Your note about the doors is well taken. We are located in a busy city-centre building, but closing mechanisms are something we can adjust, and I have passed the point on to our maintenance team so that guests do not have to rely on ear plugs. Small but comfortable room. Doors from other rooms were a bit noisy when being closed, but I was wearing ear plugs and slept very well.

Reasonable price. The room I stayed in was nonetheless the most comfortable budget hotel room I have ever stayed in. With everything I needed. Sometimes one can pay way more than what I paid and still not have the same experience at a different hotel.

The bed was really bad, made a lot of noise when we turned on top of it. The curtains didn't make the room dark due to being too short horizontally. It used to be an inexpensive hotel, with the rooms coding between $20-25, now they cost $50+ and you get no comfort. Besides that, the room smelled really bad of chlorine.
