I am glad the room, though compact, proved comfortable and that you slept well — rest is the one thing we cannot afford to get wrong. Your note about the doors is well taken. We are located in a busy city-centre building, but closing mechanisms are something we can adjust, and I have passed the point on to our maintenance team so that guests do not have to rely on ear plugs.
