For ocasion was perfect. I was need a place to sleep for work near hotel in the morning.

The receptionists, Rafael and Lucile were professional. Your breakfast display was wonderful. Upon checking-in, the television set in our room 1168 was no operating. The solution was simple, for me: the electrical cable was detached from the wall conduit. (That condition might have confused other tenants.)

The location wasn’t great, the bed was nice and comfortable, the shower was good. Cleaning should have been much better in the room. I found snot stuck to the shower wall. I paid for 4 nights but only stayed 1 because the WiFi on the 11th floor did not work at all. I got a refund for the remained of my stay and moved to the Everest Hotel and had a very nice stay there.

The hotel is well located. The staff is very helpful with the chek-in and out. Good breakfast for the money. The room has AC and cable, which is good. The room was clean. But there is no shower amenities (except for a cheap soap), the towels are super dry and uncomfortable, and the sheets had small holes on it.

I knew the flat was so small, but I didn't expect to find it so dirty. Windows, bed, and bathroom were a mess. The breakfast was so poor for the price I had to pay for. For sure, never more. A disgusting experience

The workers were good, polite, nothing to complain about them. My problem was with the room, too small, and don't even have a refrigerator.

The hotel was nicely located to the main sights in Porto Alegre and at the same time, wasn't too far away from the airport. The facilities were clean and user-friendly. However, the major downside was the staff's refusal to speak English (I understand Portuguese because of my fluency of Spanish but I cannot speak the language). This was a huge challenge in terms of communication.

In the bedroom floor we found balls of dust, the walls has some stains, the sink was almost clogged, but the worst was the shower room. The floor and walls of the box had mold and small flies. I took pictures. I didn't change the room because it was late and we were very tired. Certainly was my worst stay até Ibis.
