Great hotel with excellent service, clean rooms, and a very convenient location. I only gave it 4 stars because the pillow was surprisingly uncomfortable — well below the overall quality standard of the hotel. Still, it's a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

O quarto que me hospedei era antigo, não tinha cobertor o frigobar era muito barulhento.

Localização muito boa junto ao aeroporto para pausa em viagens. Mantém a ótima qualidade das instalações. Isolamento acústico muito bom. Chamada para pedido de transfer do aeroporto para o hotel atendida rapidamente (o que não acontecia normalmente) e transfer quase que imediato (neste sentido é gratuito - do hotel para o aeroporto é cobrado um valor pequeno). Check in e out bastante rápidos. Café da manhã no padrão da rede Novotel, com boas opções. Na minha opinião é o melhor nas cercanias do aeroporto.
