The bathroom did not have enough towels for two guests, and only one small bar of soap was provided. At check-in, we were not informed about the breakfast hours. The phone extension provided for contacting the front desk, as well as the number listed for information about the menu and room service orders, did not work. The front desk also did not answer the phone, so we had to go downstairs in person to ask for information and place our order with the restaurant.

I stayed for two nights. Room with limited supplies - no tissue, free bottled water, lotion. Towels were old and not clean. Housekeeping only took away my used towels and made my bed. No vacuum cleaning on the floor nor trash cleaning for my room especially in the bathroom. However, breakfast was great with various choices.

When I checked out, the front desk told me they will send me the receipt in 24hrs, and we double checked the email address. But till now I received nothing from them. What a pity ! Bad service in this hotel, not recommend!

although it was clean and offered a shuttle service from the airport I was quite chocked to find that a little water from the fridge was 11, 00 Brazilian reais! It was an out outrage! It was something like 50mls.

Gym needs to be urgently refurbished. Several safety issues within the area. Poor quality and lack of equipment. In addition, treadmill in a terrible condition all dirty (covered in sweat). Completely disgusting. Couldn't use it. :(

The room was supposed to be premium But it was just very worn down old Hotel with hooks falling from the wall and lamps not working. The breakfast was amazing though!

TWO lobby reception ladies had very good English BUT the restaurant staff barely spoke a word of English. The food was very good though. Sauna warmed up quickly but hottub was cool. Pool was nice. The convenience of having this hotel across the street from the Porto Alegre Airport means, front rooms facing the airport are noisy…request a back room facing the mountains. Love the 12noon checkout!
