When I checked out, the front desk told me they will send me the receipt in 24hrs, and we double checked the email address. But till now I received nothing from them. What a pity ! Bad service in this hotel, not recommend!

although it was clean and offered a shuttle service from the airport I was quite chocked to find that a little water from the fridge was 11, 00 Brazilian reais! It was an out outrage! It was something like 50mls.

Gym needs to be urgently refurbished. Several safety issues within the area. Poor quality and lack of equipment. In addition, treadmill in a terrible condition all dirty (covered in sweat). Completely disgusting. Couldn't use it. :(

The room was supposed to be premium But it was just very worn down old Hotel with hooks falling from the wall and lamps not working. The breakfast was amazing though!

TWO lobby reception ladies had very good English BUT the restaurant staff barely spoke a word of English. The food was very good though. Sauna warmed up quickly but hottub was cool. Pool was nice. The convenience of having this hotel across the street from the Porto Alegre Airport means, front rooms facing the airport are noisy…request a back room facing the mountains. Love the 12noon checkout!

Receptionists Diego, Livio and Patricia really don't care about anything: give false information (I'm a Silver customer and I do indeed have the right to a quick check in and to request check out), nothing had been informed during check in (breakfast times, pool times), Livio said nothing I requested on Whatsapp to be put on my account, regarding bar and mini bar fees were there, but they were. The first lift had the screen malfunctioned and the lift was stopping and staying in each floor for quite a few seconds; Patrícia didn't care. No one apologises, either for their own mistakes, nor on behalf of their colleagues, even when I demanded an apology. My key card stopped working and I had to go up and down twice because they were not fixing the problem. I'm giving 4/10 because the pool and the breakfast were good, and because, after much debate, they allowed me a late check out. The reception team need basic training on manners and what Silver members are entitled to. The room is ok, nothing special.
