Room was adequate, we had a meal at the restaurant which was good. Next morning when we tried to leave car park the gates didn’t work but security removed barriers etc and eventually we got out

The room was supposed to be premium But it was just very worn down old Hotel with hooks falling from the wall and lamps not working. The breakfast was amazing though!

TWO lobby reception ladies had very good English BUT the restaurant staff barely spoke a word of English. The food was very good though. Sauna warmed up quickly but hottub was cool. Pool was nice. The convenience of having this hotel across the street from the Porto Alegre Airport means, front rooms facing the airport are noisy…request a back room facing the mountains. Love the 12noon checkout!
