Hotel is very well located in the city center, to most attractions you can vist by foot. For a 4-star hotel, the expectation is to provide a significantly better and more diverse breakfast experience. Unfortunately, the overall breakfast service fell well below the expected standard. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, with only one employee serving the entire breakfast area. As a result, service was extremely slow, buffet items were frequently unavailable, and tables were often not cleaned or prepared in a timely manner, despite the restaurant not being overcrowded. In addition, the staff member responsible for the breakfast area demonstrated unprofessional behavior on several occasions, including inappropriate remarks regarding a child taking a croissant from the restaurant area. The overall attitude was perceived as unfriendly and uncomfortable, which negatively impacted the guest experience. On a positive note, the reception staff was professional, polite, and welcoming throughout the stay, which was appreciated.
