I stayed at Ibis budget Aachen Raeren last Saturday and had a really nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convient and everything went smoothly during my visit. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others! :)

As expected from as Ibis budget, but unfortunately, some people keep screaming and running at the corridor at the night. Could not rest well.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We booked 2 rooms and had a very poor experience. The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Even after raising complaints, the staff did not take any action to address the issues. One of the biggest letdowns was the behavior of Mr. Ismail at the property. His attitude was rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving our concerns, he got angry and defensive, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. It felt as though he believed he owned the place, rather than being a representative of the Accor Group. Such behavior not only ruins the guest experience but also damages the reputation of the brand. I strongly urge the management to retrain staff, especially Mr. Ismail, on how to treat customers with respect and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience.
