As expected from as Ibis budget, but unfortunately, some people keep screaming and running at the corridor at the night. Could not rest well.

Einfache Zimmer gehören zum Konzept - das ist ok. Wenn es aber heißt, dass man ab 15h einchecken kann und die Zimmer dann noch völlig verdreckt und unbenutzbar sind, ist das nicht ok. Da wir ein Fest feierten, entfernen wir uns zunächst und uns wurde zugesagt, dass die Zimmer im Zeitraum der Feier gereinigt würden. Gäste, die NACH Mitternacht zurückkehrten, fanden jedoch ihr Zimmer immer noch dreckig und ungemacht vor. Sie bekamen Bettzeug in die Hände gedrückt und wurden wieder aufs Zimmer geschickt, das dreckig blieb - es war ja nun Nacht. Zudem hatte ein Familienmitglied ein Zimmer für 3 Gäste gebucht, fand jedoch nur 2 bezogene Betten vor. Eine offenbar überforderte Kraft am Empfang händigte ihnen das Bettzeug aus - das war’s. Der einzige Lichtblick war morgens das nette Servicepersonal beim Frühstück! Und das Frühstück war auch ok.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt an der Autobahn, die Fenster sind aber sehr gut isoliert und wir konnten gut schlafen.Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Es war alles supersauber. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Man kann kostenlos direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Sehr gute Lage, wir waren schnell in Aachen (Altstadt und CHIO ) und haben sogar einen Ausflug ins schöne Monschau unternommen ( ca. 35 Minuten Fahrt). Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
