Basic room, clean and tidy

Our team works diligently to ensure that all our rooms meet our guests' expectations for comfort and cleanliness. However, we apologize for certain aspects of your stay falling short of your expectations. We understand the importance of having a well-rounded breakfast and we're taking note of your suggestion for a wider variety. In regards to the absence of a toilet brush, we maintain this policy for hygiene reasons and adhere to it across all ibis budget hotels in Belgium. Concerning the fitted carpets, please know that we continually monitor the condition of our hotel's furnishings and make updates when necessary. The carpets in our rooms were last replaced in late 2018. Nonetheless, we are grateful for your feedback as it is invaluable in helping us maintain and improve our standards. Finally, we are pleased that the basic amenities of your room contributed to your overall satisfaction. Our budget-friendly accommodations are designed to provide essential comforts without excess, and we are glad that this approach resonated well with you. Very noisy with teen-agers running up and down the corridor. Bad breakfast no rolls at 08.30 and only one slice of cheese, ham left . Expensive one night stay would not stay again. Staff pleasant

Extremely good value for money hotel with easy parking and a good buffet breakfast for the morning after! Rooms are naturally small and functional but what more do you need for one night?
