As a platinum member and a loyal Accor customer, we did not feel welcome. Front desk is always unattended. We were refused to use our welcome drinks in a very unkindly way. Although it is clearly written on Accor app that we could take local wine or beer , they did not serve . They do not value Accor members.

Not the best location, far away from the city center, but near but station. It took quite a lot of time to get anywhere from hotel, but it was ok. But great view at the big city. Good breakfast with Turkish tea. We spent 4 nights there, everything was clean and nice
