bad inconvenient door lock, really poor breakfast, glass bottles are so irritating All in all, it is not value for money, booking.com rating explains itself

While the hotel was tired it was clean everything worked and the pool was fantastic The staff were amazing very friendly the breakfast nice with good variety of dishes and great coffee We would especially like give accolades to Ayu, Putri (at breakfast) and Willa (pool bar) The hotel grounds were vast and well maintained first impressions were WOW!! This place was great value for money

While we enjoyed our stay at the Mercure, it is very tired aand a little run down. It is a great hotel but just needs updating and some maintenance. The pool are is quite unsafe and the Lobby lacks ambience. I hope you will not be offended by my words. I would stay there again if some of these matters are addressed.
