Location was great but on arrival the room was dark and the bed looked like someone had had a sleep in it, 1 pillow propped up and dirty foot prints on the bed which had yellow stains on it. Asked for an extra pillow for a service man to come to the room with no pillow and pushed his way into the bedroom to find the 3rd pillow we were already using and then proceeded to storm out of the room. Which I found really intimidating, as it was night time and my husband was in bed. Not a nice experience. Bathroom was lit up by the mirror only and was very dark. Wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights. First room was facing the street. It was very noisy until 2am due to a concert at the Accor arena. The reception managed to change our room the next night for one that was not facing the street. Our next 2 nights were good. I would like to thank the 2 receptionists for their time and consideration as our stay at the hotel could have been a nightmare for us if we had stayed in the same room
