Although the hotel is next to a metro station, Bercy metro was very disorganized and chaotic. The hotel was very busy and they were not prepared for the volume of people at breakfast; 3 out of 5 of the coffee machines did not work, there were long queues and inadequate seating.

Once more Accor is perfect except for the quality of the breakfast and especially the attitude of one of its staff. It’s always the same at Accor. There’s always one. They are not trained to interact with people. And experts with a million ridiculous excuses.
