The hotel was well situated for the places I wanted to visit and had excellent connections via the nearby metro station. The room was comfortable and the staff were excellent (even with my very limited French!) merci beaucoup!

The location is good but overall it is pricey for the average services/facilities you will experience. During our stay, the shower drain was clogged, did not refill tissues, no towel changed, breakfast- took time to refill foods and no plates/utensils for certain time, etc. These are minor issues which I think can be manage better. Sorry but I am really disappointed and expected much, because I have stayed with other Accor/Ibis Hotels and I had a wonderful experience, but it was the opposite with my stay in Ibis Styles Paris Bercy.

Brilliant hotel to stay at for anything at the Bercy Arena next door. Next to the metro, restaurants and bars. 10 mins walk from Gard Du Lyon, 20 mins from the Bastille. Really good breakfast.
