I was very disappointed with my stay at ibis Styles Paris Bercy. The hotel feels clearly outdated and in need of renovation. Daily cleaning was done, but the real issue is the old, accumulated dirt. You can tell the space hasn’t been properly refreshed in a long time. The bathroom was especially problematic, with visible mold and old grime in the shower. On top of that, the price was very high for what is offered. For a hotel in the Ibis chain and in Paris, I expected a much better standard. Overall, it felt more like a lack of investment than a lack of effort from staff. I would not stay here again.

Chose the hotel for its location and it’s an ibis style so more affordable than other hotels. But it wasn’t cheap at all and for that price, the hotel room doesn’t look like the pictures. Was supposed to be a one big bed but it was two beds that kept separating during the night, really bad for the back. The room was not clean at all, could find dust ball around the bed, the overall room was not in a good state. Couldn’t close the window. And on top of that had an electricity shortcut for a night, and they couldn’t move us in another room or hotel nearby but they were full capacity. Ask for the reimbursement of that night, still waiting for an answer….

Stayed during 4 days with family, good location and attention

The rooms feel very dated, with a bit of graffiti on the walls trying to give them a "fresh" look, but it doesn't really work. The hotel seems popular with large groups, which makes it feel crowded. Breakfast was disappointing too: only cold options
