As a member of your hotel chain, I would have preferred a quiet room, as requested on my reservation. Due to the noise on the street (voices of people) in front of the hotel, and the bad isolation of the windows, even on the 7th floor (Rm 728, the noise is actually worse on the higher floors) I unfortunately had a sleepless night. The concierge tried to find another room, but was kind to bring me ear plugs at 2am (which did not help at all).
