Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was beautiful and clean. Showers did not have a door. Water sprayed all over the bathroom each time we would shower.

We stayed at the Mercure Bercy in room 105. We were worken every morning by the sounds of chairs moving in the dining area. Please add sliders to the legs of the chairs.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Bercy Bibliothèque. It really close to the Accor Arena where we attended a sport event. The staff was super professional and friendly, they helped make the stay a good experience! Thank You!

I spent one night at your hotel and was not fully satisfied. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant odor that immediately detracted from the comfort. The biggest letdown was the lack of flexibility from the front desk during checkout. Accenture has a partnership with Mercure offering discounts to employees, which the staff confirmed. I didn't have the promo code on hand, but I could have proven my Accenture affiliation—several colleagues were staying and received the discount. No retroactive adjustment was made, which felt rigid for a loyal corporate client. ​ Suggestions for Improvement The hotel has potential since it's really close to my office, but more customer-friendly gestures on-site would help. I don't recommend it yet and hope for a response to reconsider future stays. ​
