Really basic in everything....beside the location nothing impressive. Staff is well ok and friendly. Missed the welcome amenities as Platinum member.

5 min walk to the arena makes this a great place if you’re seeing anything there. The staff were exceptionally helpful and observant too. They noticed my face drop at seeing rain and grabbed me an umbrella. We checked out early to get to the airport and the receptionist offered us coffee before the drive, just made us so very welcome the whole time. 100% would stay here again for an arena show. Uts a bit out of the way for some other sights but not too expensive for an uber and it’s near transport links. Uber to CDG airport was about £35. All round a great stay for us. Room was lovely too, spacious and had all we needed.
