Small cosy hotel with extremely kind and smiling staff. We came earlier than the check-in allowed, still had our room ready. This is always a big plus for the hotel. Excellent beds and pillows. Excellent shower.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was beautiful and clean. Showers did not have a door. Water sprayed all over the bathroom each time we would shower.

We stayed at the Mercure Bercy in room 105. We were worken every morning by the sounds of chairs moving in the dining area. Please add sliders to the legs of the chairs.
