While we overall enjoyed our stay, good sleep experience, the convenient water refill solution, the service we received during checkout completely ruined our impression. When we went to check out, we were initially informed that our balance was zero. To be fully transparent, I mentioned that we had breakfast on our first morning. It appeared this had not yet been posted in the system, which unfortunately led to a rather uncomfortable conversation where we were asked to provide multiple details to verify the meal. Furthermore, there was a discrepancy in the pricing. At check-in, we were quoted a rate of around €15 per breakfast, which was supposed to include a 30% "Friends" discount. Instead, we were charged €17 per breakfast for both meals, and no receipt was provided for the transaction.Finally, the interaction lacked basic hospitality standards; there was no use of our names and no standard phrases such as "how was your stay?" or "thank you for staying with us." I understand that the receptionist may have been a trainee, which is completely understandable, but a senior staff member should have been around to support her and ensure a smooth guest experience. I liked- the location, the room that they gave us was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable, different sizes pillows ( many hotels have just one, usually they don't have thin ones ) I didn't like- lack of any fridge in the room ( even minibar ) where to put my water during these hot summer days and nights. Also the door of the bathroom was rotten from the contact with water( like in so many other hotels). I just don't understand why they don't make the doors from waterproof materials- like aluminum, PVC or some plastic.

It was great to have a refillable sparkling water tap on the ground floor; I didn't have to wait for new water deliveries to my room and could fill up whenever I was thirsty. staff very friendly and rooms were clean location is excellent just opposite metro and next to bus stop however room gets very warm even with AC on full if more than 2 people in room

Was possibly one of the worst stays at an accor hotel when I arrived found out the Shower drain was completely blocked and the shower flooded, a wall light was hanging off the wall with wires exposed over the kettle area so boiling the kettle was dangerous and the air con was not working properly i asked for a fan and that was supplied but also was cracked and Broken. I reported to reception all the issues , and asked them each day but nothing happened to repair the faults not even a move of room ?? On the third day( I left the next morning )they fixed the shower and sorted tge aircon the light was still hanging ot the walll

ALL Acor quality hotel near metro # 6 and Seine. Lot of restaurants by the river and swimming possibilities. Brasseria and Boulungeria downastairs + hotel own restaurant and bar. Other side of the street mini supermarket. From a walking distance gare de Lyon and one of the shopping malls near place d Italie (or four stops by metro). For us it was perfect with aircon + water dispenser downstairs during the heat of Paris reaching +37 degrees. Really good sound proof in the rooms. Really helpful staff.

The room was clean, but no amenities at all: no fridge in the room, no shower cap, shampoo, slippers, glasses for teeth brushing etc. Moreover, I booked a room for 3, but there was only 2 set of towels, 2 paper cups, 2 coffee sticks etc. The positive side: friendly staff and good location
