We had a great time and felt really welcome in the hotel. We had a room on the 9th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower and we found a welcome message and chocolate for my partner’s birthday. Everything greatly curated. Highlight is the resident teddy bear by the breakfast area!

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. The separate toilet closet looked cute, until you use it. I banged my head and my knees every-time I used it. The bathroom looks recently updated and clean, but water went everywhere due to the design. The common areas have a dingy feel as walls n baseboards are dinged n scuffed. The hotel is adequate at best. Again, this is not a four star hotel. The towels were thin as well. There’s also an odor to the hallways. We stayed on the 8th floor in a privileged room. Weird that they would not let us hang out in the bar/lounge area without buying a drink… it was 90% empty. We did have a decent view of the Eiffel Tower. We would not stay here again.

We stay at this hotel when we attend the ARC weekend at Longchamp. A good hotel with good quality rooms and a nice breakfast. The area in Montmarte has lots of nice restaurants and its an ideal place for visiting the Moulin Rouge or the Nouvelle Eve.

The construction noise is horrendous. All day every day except Sunday. There's a guy on reception who treated us like we were beneath him. And the hairdryer in one of our rooms didn't work. Instead of changing it, the hotel insisted my companion must have broken it and just kept giving it back to them. Finally the bar/restaurant menu is incredibly limited. Not good enough for the price. BTW, if management read this, I've taken a video showing what the construction noise is like. Let me know if you’d care to see it.

Walls in bathroom were dirty. The noise from the construction was so bad. When I asked reception if there was a quieter room or a solution they were quite rude and said it was noted on the website. I find this to be inadequate - you should proactively tell your guests that there’s construction and not leave it down to the small print on your website. Tell people upon check in and provide ear plugs. No iron for the room is inconvenient, having to bring all my ironing to the end of the 5th floor corridor is annoying and I expected better from an Accor property. Will not be staying again
