We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the location of the Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré-Cœur, close to Place de Clichy metro station, the Moulin Rouge, and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, as well as the friendliness of our staff. Regarding the view from your first room, we would like to invite you, on a future stay, to reserve one of our Privilege Rooms, which offer exceptional views of the Eiffel Tower or the rooftops of Montmartre—an experience that we are confident you would truly enjoy. With regard to the nighttime noise disturbances, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. However, it is worth noting that the Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré-Cœur is located in the heart of Paris, in a lively and vibrant neighborhood, which can sometimes come with the sounds of city life. Nevertheless, we are relieved that our reception team was able to assist you promptly at 1:30 a.m. by offering you a room on the 7th floor, providing a quieter environment. As for the sink issue in your second room, we are pleased that it could be resolved immediately, and we understand that the accumulation of these incidents may have affected your overall perception of your stay.
