Room was clean and staff were great. Room lacked an iron or the option of one. Lack of metal teaspoons was also unusual.

The carpet in the room was smelling awful. Overall service at bar/restaurant was not a positive experience. Food was terrible. Cesar salad with potatoes, iceberg lettuce and marinated chicken like indian or asian style?? Nothing to do with a cesar salad. Clearly a hotel for tourists

Few issues with cleaning Cups in room had lipstick on. Room wasn't cleaned for two days. We were do not disturb for some of the day but a 5 hour gap should have been sufficient. All other aspects great
