This hotel is fine, but needs some updating. The door in my room in the bathroom was rotted and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, the room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view over Paris. The location is perfect – lively yet calm, right by Montmartre. Breakfast was fresh and high-quality, and overall everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I like Mercure hotels, they offer a great balance of room quality and functionality. Breakfast has good choice and the hotel staff are efficient and kind.
