The beds are some of the hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever used. Plus the guy in the breakfast room is rude. The front desk were very kind as well as the guy in the bar.

This was by a wide margin the hardest bed and worst bathroom of any 4star hotel i have ever stayed in. The closet toilet in our room (720) was so small I had step out to pull my pants up. The bed was so hard it hurt my hip and I had trouble sleeping.

The stay was okay but not good enough for 4 star hotel. The room was not perfectly clean (some hairs in the bathroom, the floor carpet had some bleached spots), the staff was friendly and the room was big enough (although we took a superior room but it felt like a normal room). The location was great.
