Plus points - welcoming reception area, friendly staff, fantastic choice at breakfast, with constant attention to replenishment and cleaning, cannot be faulted. The room was clean and although quite basically furnished was adequate for a short stay. The location is right next to the fascinating Montmartre cemetery and close enough to walk to Sacre Coeur. Everything else can easily be reached by Metro. Negative point - I found the mattress to be uncomfortable and very hard so didn't sleep that well.

Staff lovely, breakfast abit expensive especially if u have a family. Rooms clean , safe in the room, . We had a lovely stay just on the last evening my partner went down to get some water and went to the dining room and he seen a mouse run from one corner to the next, I felt sick. The other turn of is the homeless people on both sides of the hotel, not sure whether would stay here again but montmartre is beautiful especially if u come out of tge hotel turn left , go over the bridge and at tge lights cross the road and up the hill much nicer side of montmartre.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the metro with easy access to the rest of Paris. Our room was at the side and was quiet. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast from 06:30-10:30 with lots of choices. Rooms are a little bit dated but clean. Only thing missing was USB/charging points in the room.

No member recognition during check in or check out, we were forced to give a five star google feedback for early check in. I think it is a benefit of the gold membership, Room was ok and clean, shower was broken the last night. During check out the lady wasn’t really interested in this fact. Construction work on sunday morning woke me up early.

I've stated before and it's a great location, nice rooms and really big for Paris. The staff were friendly but the main issue is the refurbishment happening next door which was really noisy. I was able to move to a quieter room. But it was a pain.
