This was my first trip to France for 18 months and so I was a bit nervous. However, I felt reassured in the hotel which had some makeovers since my last visit. Check-in didn't go quite to plan and took a bit longer than it should have. The room was very clean and comfortable although i did notice that windows i had left open were closed during the daily clean. there was plenty of room in the restaurant for breakfast but a little surprised that bread knives and tongs for selecting items were in use - I was in Ireland two weeks ago and all items were prepackaged so there was no need to use any utensils. I was able to go to my favourite local restaurants all of which seemed much as before but with some social distancing.

The room was really simple for the price paid. Basically no added value services Invoice was wrong and still not set despite several communications.

Room in bad condition

My room was in very bad condition: 1) when I stood in the tub for a shower, it felt like the tub was broken or that there was no support underneath it as was bending when I stood in it. 2) on the tub itself, one of the large tiles on the support was popping out (I assume this is because the hotel was trying to fix issue #1). 3) there was a large damage beside the bed on the wall (ripped out wallpaper/backdrop of bed).

My room was sufficient. The Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. Dinner options could be improved. The wifi was abysmal. It was very weak and unstable and wasn't even accessible through the entire room.

It was nice. If we are talking about the rooms then I think the water in the shower and sink had a bit too much chlorine. The staff was amazing though and breakfast even better.

Perfectly located with Moulin Rouge just around the Corner and Sacré-Coeur just behind us. The area is quiet, the room was wonderful with a comfertable bed and the cleaning staff did a perfect job every day with keeping the room nice. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has the nicest outdoor terrace where you can relax. Breakfast was yummy and had everything you could ask for.

We booked this hotel for its location mainly as it is near to were our son lives, but it is also in a great part of Paris, Montmartre. Having stopped here before we knew the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and very good and the drinks in the room are an added bonus.

Business trip for 8 nights. Hotel has a convenient central location but my room (649) was very noisy during the day and evenings. I would have liked breakfast to be available earlier - most days 7am was too late for me.

We were there for 1 night for a family trip. Hotel is well situated close to place Clichy and Montparnasse. Friendly staff. Clean. Breakfast was served as buffet, which knowing how corona numbers are increasing is very surprising. Disinfectant gel is everywhere but I didn't see many people from staff or clients use it.

I wanted to stay in the Montmarte district, and felt more comfortable with an ACCOR brand hotel following up on COVID. This location is very convenient as it is 3 minutes from the METRO Place de Clichy which has two lines #2 and #13. One can be in front of the Louvre in less than 15 mintues and 20 minutes to get to Gare de Lyon. #13 also runs out to San Denis. The Montmarte district along with Sacre-Coeur is a 15 minute walk. Nice restaurants on the Rue Abbesses are very close. The hotel is very nice and well run. They will bring your breakfast to your room (no charge) if you ask. Rooms are standard Mercure quality, which I appreciate as they have all of the essentials. This is a good value for money. I really recommend. I stayed 4 nights.

Nice hotel, rooms and lobby are clean, good location, comfortable bed. Staff were not too friendly, sometimes distracted on the phone, chatting each other. Furthermore, we were refused to have a drink in the room next to the reception, even it was completely empty, we did not behave rude, disordered or noisy, then it does not make sense to have it as "available" if guests cannot use it. Dissapointing.

We have stayed many times at this hotel over the past 2 decades and are always more than satisfied, BUT, this time there was a broken shower in our room and repeated requests, to front desk staff and the floor manager over four days had the result of nothing being done to rectify the problem. A plumber did call on the room, but said he would return the next morning as he was unable to repair the fault. HE DID NOT RETURN, and the fault remained so for the rest of our stay. Luckily as we are expert bricoleurs and the fault was not insurmountable,we were able to sort the problem with a small length of string. Otherwise the stay was more than pleasant, the staff were more than courteous and in the main, helpful. The general public areas are clean and tidy. The Bar is good with an outside terrace, but a little pricey. Breakfast is something to behold, fantastic. Hot cooked food, unlimited hot drinks, cold buffets and breads make for a very wholesome start to the day. Even with the niggles at the start of this review, I have no hesitation of recommending this hotel.

I think that a prestige room should have offered a complimentary breakfast, and that the room for which we paid more should have more nicely appointed. (I thought that 19 euros for a breakfast was too much - even by Parisian standards..)

This was a great stay in Paris as rooms were big enough compare to Paris hotels. Also clean rooms and I already got a free upgrade been an Accor member. This was at a great location too as many restaurants by walking distance and train stations are located within few minutes of walking distance too. Only disappointment I had when I went to check-in one of the girl at the reception said theirs no room available without listening or checking my booking as I went early on the day to check-in but I have already paid for previous night so she shouldn't have spoken to me like that.But I was unable to make it for my 1st night due to flight cancellation. And I was in a rush to get ready to go to Roland Garros Semi Final Matches so I needed my room ASAP. Luckily other gentleman at the reception quickly act on it and sort out my room straightaway. I do recommend this place very much.
