Comfortable Hotel, Great Location!

Stayed at the Privilege Room with a view of the Eiffel Tower=) Room was very comfortable, enough room for 2 people to move around. AC was working fine, and a variety of complimentary drinks in the fridge. Perfect after a day of sightseeing. Loved the hotel's location, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance to Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge. Love the Montmarte area! Front desk in general was average but shout out to Fara for going above and beyond! Hotel has a nice and modern lobby and breakfast area. Didn't get a chance to check out the rooftop/outdoor bar. I would stay in this hotel again!

We got the hotel at a good price. The room was spacious for a European hotel and the quality was ok. The bathroom was weird as the toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower. The bed was also not that good. I only got one pillow and it was probably worse than the one I have at home. Although I might be biased because I did not sleep well due to jetlag. The hotel did have a good breakfast menu and we ate breakfast here every day. It was an all-you-can-eat buffet with bacon, eggs, toast, pastries, fruit, crepes, and a lot of other selections. Overall, we paid for what we got. I am low maintenance. I would rather pay less for less things. This was decent value.

Well located to be close to the Montmartre / St Lazare / Opera area. Restaurant has nice terrace and breakfast. Room was disappointing (limited choice of TV channels with poor reception, missing lamp, marks on the wall, mattress just decent).
Good location in Sacre-coeur

Hotel is centrally located in Sacre-coeur. Plenty of nearby restaurants and metro was close by. Hotel is maintained even though it's outdated. Front desk was okay, flat affect not too personable. We were given an upgraded room upon request 1 week of our arrival. Very happy with our room and view of the eiffel tower. Breakfast was superb and generous! Well definitely recommended and will come back!

I was traveling to Paris on a business trip, I have paid on Booking in advance for the stay. I needed INVOICE with company billing details because the payment was made from company account. After many calls many discussions and many e-mails sent I still didn't receive my invoice. I swear your reception employs are the worst I have seen in a hotel ever.
