Very welcoming receptionists on arrival, lovely room. Breakfast staff were friendly, and a great choice of food for everyone including our 10 year old granddaughter.

only minor point is the fact that taking a shower in the bath is not very handy and certainly for elder people a risky thing. besides that, your hotel is OK.

Very frustrating - Promised a refund, never saw my money return.

The day after my arrival I learned that there were no vegan options for breakfast and asked to cancel and receive a refund for my breakfast order, which I had pre-ordered for the entire duration of my stay. After three days of endless consultations between what seemed to be every member of the staff, finally, the manager approved my request and promised me a refund. However, that never happened. They pushed me around from employee to employee, kept making promises, and I never saw my money back. Now that I left they are avoiding my emails and calls, hiding like some kind of petty thief. Very frustrating, I would 100% avoid this place. Also - if you are sensitive to air quality, beware - at least the bathroom in our room was very (!) mouldy/dusty (no ventilation). I think it was never cleaned. So many good hotels in Paris - really no need to go to this one. Very poor experience.
