The hotel was mostly nice, but the electric appliances in the room didn't work (the electric kettle was leaking when in use, and the stove didn't turn off, you had to switch off the circuit breaker!). The elevator worked only sometimes, which was hell for someone with mobility issues. And one receptionist spoke only French (after I spoke English) and didn't seem to care whether I understood what she was telling me or not (I did, but she couldn't know that). The other receptionist's English was perfect. Apart from these minor grievances, we liked our stay very much.

Spacious room with two beds and a kitchenette. Kitchenette was well-stocked and had everything to make a simple dinner or lunch. Location was good—just around the corner from the Sacré-Cœur and about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro. Ideal for couples or small families who need a bit of space and home comforts while in Paris.

The location is great, metro is 6 minutes away, Gare du Nord is 20 minutes away. But if you need a quiet night sleep, I don't think this is the place for you. The soundproof was absymal. I could hear baby crying, people walking upstairs, dragging furnitures, and bottles being emptied outside the hotel. Other than that, its great.
