Large apartment. Clean and functional. Quiet for our stay. Took a little while to find it (Uber driver confused) 2 metro stops (Anvers) from Gare Du Nord and Pigalle metro station 10 mins walk (different metro line) Mini Carrefour 30 seconds walk away & Sacre Cour 10 mins walk. No toaster but you can lend one from Reception and there is a left luggage facility.

This facility is more like an apartment than an actual hotel. The room was nice with all the utilities. But there was no cleaning service, the elevators were problematic, the garage was too tight which caused a scratch on my car.
