Everything was perfect besides the elevator not working sometimes . Another thing that would be great is the cleaning staff not making so much noise in the morning . Other than that , the perfect stay 🙏

We booked for 4 people but the sofa bed had not been made up into a bed. we were told we had to do this and it was simple. we came back to hotel at 11pm and were unable to put the bed together. I went downstairs to find a member of staff who was rude and reluctant to help. He eventually came up into the room and starting questioning us on why we had opened the sofa bed the way we had. he then noticed we didn't even have the correct bedding so went to get this. he them dumped it on the sofa bed and left. i will never stay in an adagio again after this experience.
