The location is great, metro is 6 minutes away, Gare du Nord is 20 minutes away. But if you need a quiet night sleep, I don't think this is the place for you. The soundproof was absymal. I could hear baby crying, people walking upstairs, dragging furnitures, and bottles being emptied outside the hotel. Other than that, its great.

The place is very ok, location, overall staff, room size, lobby details. but some details are annoying for me. Why reception think they do not need to reply to emails? why do i have to ask extra towels and toilet paper for a stay of 5 days? why there is not any cleaning of the room during the same stay (and no broom available to do it).

Really liked the friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice room, would definitely stay here again, perhaps my best Paris hotel experience for a long time. If I had to criticise, the shower wasn’t exactly de luxe.
