Well located and close to public transport. Small but adequate for short stay when additional ammenities are not a focus, rooms are clean. Bar & common areas is less promising than photos show.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to upgrade us on our last day to suite with a view to the Eiffel Tower. It is definitely worth the upgrade even for one day. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and return if I’m back to Paris.

Lovely cool clean rooms, very convenient to all amenities. All the staff very cheerful and helpful especially lèa and Sam. That's the good. Less good manager swipes your visa card for 150 city tax about 65 and rest a deposit??? Not clear what for. My last day in paris, late flight home, I was eating lunch and checked my bank balance. 655 had unknowing to me been removed by the hotel.my last day was spent arguing over double payment. Staff could see I was double charged but nobody was on site to refund. Had to leave with a promise it will be sorted but I remain c. 700 out of pocket with my stay ruined. Nice hotel shocking management, do not let them see your card as they seem to think your money is theirs. This was a thirty years anniversary trip. Completely spoiled by bad management.

We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed our clean and comfortable rooms, the convenient location, and especially the warm service from Léa and Sam. Regarding the payment, we would like to clarify what happened. The pre-authorisation taken at arrival is a standard security deposit intended to cover the city tax and any additional consumption during the stay. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the stay was mistakenly charged twice. As soon as we noticed the error, the reception team contacted the manager and the refund was processed a few hours later, on the very same day. We sincerely regret the mistake and, above all, the stress and frustration it caused during your final day in Paris. This was an error on our side, not an intention to retain your money, and we have taken note of the incident to help prevent it from happening again. Kind regards, Romain

Disappointed to be told, after checking in, that there was no running water at all in the hotel. Relieved that the situation was resolved by mid evening. Lovely, clean, stylish room with great view. We felt the reception area was not very professional. Bottles of cleaning liquid & cloths in evidence. Staff working at the public tables in the lounge/bar area.

The hotel is bijou, small but with everything you need and quite charming. Our room was a junior suite with a private terrace and beautifully decorated with all the amenities, including Nuxe toiletries. It was very comfortable, although, it did feel a little dark, which may have been due to the separate living area, with internal rooms breaking the light access. Small trade off for additional comfort. The hotel breakfast was excellent. In keeping with the size of the hotel, the range was selective rather than expansive, but catered very well regardless of whether you preferred hot or cold options. The dining area is on the ground floor and filled with light and comfortable furniture. It's a great place to relax during the day also. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. One thing to note, if you are not familiar with Paris - this hotel is away from the city centre and you would need to catch a tram or train to go to the main tourist areas of Paris. We found the local area of Montmartre and especially Pigalle, to have some great local restaurants, bars and cafes. Montmartre was more touristy, but Pigalle has a local vibe. If you decide to stay in the area, I would definitely recommend Mercure Paris Butte

The hotel was clean, well sound proofed and comfortable. Modestly sized room but I believe this is common in Paris, and no matter when you will spend much of the day out and about anyway. A decent breakfast each day, and helpful staff always present. Excellently located for Montmatre and metro stations.

The room was nice but we requested a room facing the street. We were given a room facing the inner courtyard. The staff was very helpful but the manager was no help. She did not even talk to us directly.

I love staying in the 18th and the location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to all of Paris (as long as you love long leisurely walks every day) and the Sacre Coeur is your backyard. The breakfast buffet has everything you’d ever want in a French breakfast and the staff is incredibly accommodating, solving any issue within minutes. Nuxe products are throughout the hotel and for a Paris room, I had exactly what I needed with a gorgeous balcony to enjoy the morning and evening sunshine. Might have to make this my new home.

A great hotel, with fabulous facilities, gorgeous room with a comfortable bed, great bathroom, including lovely free shower gel and soap to use. As we were going to celebrate my daughter's birthday, the staff had added a note and balloons to help make this more special.

Positives: Friendly efficient and helpful staff. Excellent location. Bright and colourfully decorated public areas and bedroom. High standard of cleanliness, spacious room, comfortable bed. Generous check out time and facility to leave luggage after checkout whilst we explore the area before travelling on. Minor negatives: low quality pillows, no mini fridge, broken loo roll holder, some sockets not functioning. Would have appreciated x 3 large towels not two for 2 people hair and body.

Nice little hotel. Good side of Paris to get to the airport. Area was a little dodgy. Close to Paris stage of Tour de France. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. Clean hotel and excellent breakfast.

We needed a centrally located but affordable hotel for the family. The hotel is on the subway, close to the train, and only a handful of stops away from major attractions. The reception team's friendliness and the room's quality were great.

Lovely hotel and room had amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. Didn’t have any breakfast as we chose to eat out. Only downside for us was the lack of service in the bar area. Sat down one evening as we wanted a drink but despite staff sitting in the same area no one asked if we wanted anything so ended up going to one of the bars along the street although saying that staff always greeted us when we either walked in or out of the hotel so may be an error on our behalf as no defined bar within the area and staff may of thought we just wanted to sit?
