Super helpful and friendly staff. Quiet rooms despite being in central Paris. Amazing location next to Monmartre. Breakfast high quality produce. One small problem on checking in ans this was solved within 30 minutes. Will return on next visit to Paris.

We stayed over a week at the hotel while in town for an event during Paris Fashion Week. The room was small for 2 and without a view as requested but the decor was pleasing and we slept well which is most important. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal! So close to the Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge. Great bustling area, full of wonderful places to eat. Would definitely stay here again if taking part in another fashion week.

The room had a bad smell, the pillows smelled musty and there was a leak in the ceiling over the shower. The AC did not work, therefore, there was no fresh air circulating in the room. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay.

Friendly and multi-lingual staff. Comfortable room, nice thick bathroom towels, and a very sparse weight set/fitness room were appreciated. The only confusion was whether or not coffee from the Nespresso machine was complimentary (we did not purchase the daily breakfast).

We booked a room with balcony which was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was great, unlike in other Mercure hotels, here everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly as well! The location is great, close to the metro and the Saint Georges area.

This property was amazing. My room had views of the Eifel Tower which looked magical at night time. I had a private sauna which I just didnt get an opportunity to use and I highly regret it. The staff were exceptional, I had an issue with my clothes getting stuck in the laundromat next door. The staff helped me by calling the laundromat services and sorting this issue for me. The location was very close to Sacre- coeur, plenty of Boulangeries and places to eat near by. Public transport was easily available. All in all a great experience, would stay again if I ever visited paris.
