ibis Paris Sacré-Coeur 18th Hotel 3 stars

arrived late as i described in booking; i do not speak french and attendant spoke little english and kept telling me to call someone, i informed him i had a reservation and he told me to shut up; no matter how nice a hotel i won't be staying again with ibis EVER

I'm disabled and the team was excellent. Just next to the «Elysee Montmartre» concert room. If you can walk (even with difficulties) this place is great. If not, the elevator might be too small. The rooms are really nice (the shower was too small for me though). If I go to a concert again I will go back to this hotel again.

Close to everything I needed for one night. Quiet and clean. No hot water for a shower the next morning

Hotel room as very small - especially the shower (couldn't turn around without knocking the tap). Elevator call button the 3rd floor wasn't working. Clamp to hold the shower head was broken

We have stayed here before and at a similar time of year. We know what to expect but did find no hot water on one day. And in general the room was a bit cold. Compared with Ibis hotels in Berlin and La Bocca (Cannes) it is cramped but this is Paris.

All the staff did all they could to make our stay very enjoy.

Aircon was not working and also the fan in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom didn't work unless you hit the wall a few times. Other than that room service was good and cleanliness. The receptionist on our first day was amazing and so helpful! The others which i noticed changed everyday were a bit average.

I have stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are always clean and the hotel staff polite and friendly. I love the location in Montmartre and it is within easy walking distance of the city centre.

The first room the heating did not work and the bathroom fan also did not work , so room smelled damp . The room had a portable heater so obviously the heating was a problem . The second room was better , although it took two visits by the engineer to fix the heating . The manager on the front desk was helpful

Overall was good. Pro: location was nearby prime area. A lot of grocery shops, eatery, coffee shops and train stations. Staff: friendly and responsive. Cons: Too small even for couple. Knew Paris is known to have small hotel rooms. But didnt expect it was too cramp. Cant imagine a big size person taking bath, my mid size body also having such trouble. Not even any space to put a. full size luggage bag. Facilities: no kettle, and norm cup, spoon coffee/tea provided. I think it should be 2.5stars.

It was very unpleasant within the room since it was extremely cold and the air condition was only cooling not heating at all. A small heater fan was already in the room so that they were for sure aware of the issue. Also, the room was not 100% clean and the walls within the room and in the hallways were damaged and looked old.

Relaxing and accessible to all transportation

The room was small and the shower even smaller. However the location was great and it was cheap so you can't expect to much. It served its purpose. Close to Gar due Nord so easy to get to and in the montemart area which was lovely.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful. Nivine and Ileana were amazing! Nivine called taxis for me and helped me with everything I could have possibly needed. I was traveling alone and Nivine made me feel welcome and safe. My room had a gorgeous view with a cute little balcony. I loved it! My bed was very comfortable and cozy. My bathroom was tiny but sufficient for my needs. It was a typical European bathroom. My stay was short, but perfect due to the friendly staff. I love Paris!!! I will be back!
