The hotel was great for what we needed. The staff were friendly. The room was so hot we were unable to sleep. We did ask for help but the issue was not resolved.

we stayed 2 nights and both mornings we came down to breakfast and waited over 20 mins for cutlery and plates

This is our second stay at “Mercure Paris Butte Montmarter Basilique” and definitely not the last one. Perfect location, safe surroundings, charming neighbourhood, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and delicious breakfast. Fast check in and check out. Great location. Staff were good but not great, they did help but they also do their own things. Without being discriminatory, the only professional staff was the white lady which I don't know the name. We also got a disabled room without our knowledge which isn't ideal. The room itself felt pretty empty, not even water except for some small chocolate. Same goes for the bathroom being empty but on top of that half of the towels were dirty and stained. An overall disappointment.
