The front desk staff is exceptional. My luggage was lost by my airline and I was greeted by Lea at the Mercure... she recommended where I could shop, loaned me a power adapter and even got me an early check in to ease my stress upon my arrival in Paris. The following night, still with no luggage, she worked tirelessly to translate for me with the airline and couriers to find my lost bags. Lea is an absolute treasure and treated me like a friend when I needed one. The other front desk team member, Ehsas, was also a tremendous help when I was super stressed. Mercure is fortunate to have such amazing team members on staff. Thanks again for making such a positive contribution to my trip to Paris Lea and Ehsas!

We had too rooms next to each other. When the outer door vloses, it is like a small apartment. The hotel is at walking distance to sacre coeur, very clise to subway too. There are many restaurants around. Staff are very helpful.

Big shout out to Ulysse, Karina & the man who served reception almost every morning (Saturday 4th in the afternoon) they were super friendly Quiet rooms, gym small but nice, fresh fruits and access to water is great. Possibility to use table in the corner to have French lease on was great

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the young lady who checked me in early and Sam on reception who organised a taxi for me to the airport .Room clean and bed very comfortable. Would have given 10 out of 10, but room service not available when it was advertised as being available on the website
