Zero benefit as gold member (accept the lowest price from public price), receptionist was unwelcomed person, bad smells in the apartment, cockroach in toilets. uncomforted stay and this not the first time I face such as issues with Adagio Al Bustan.

In tne reception, i was 1st in line for check out but the guy behi d was 1st entertain by the arabic guy in reception. Was so unprofessional.

I recently visited Novotel Adagio and had a nice experience overall. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff — every team member I met was wonderful. They were always helpful, respectful, and truly dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. Their hospitality really made a difference. However, the rooms — especially the bathrooms and kitchen area — could use a more thorough cleaning. While the space was functional, a better focus on cleanliness would greatly improve the guest experience. Even so, the excellent attitude and professionalism of the staff left a strong positive impression. With a little more focus on room cleanliness, this property could provide an exceptional stay.
