Greeted by a friendly receptionist , and the lovely porter who assisted with our luggage. The hotel was immaculately clean and well decorated to a high standard. The room was a good size with much needed air conditioning. Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were provided, and the towels were huge and soft. The cleaning team were respectful and helpful. Restaurant: the concierge was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Ensuring we were seated and comfortable. The dining room staff and chefs were also very friendly and supportive. The variety, choice, amount, and quality of food available was excellent. The hotel oozes such a positive culture that comes across in the staff, which is welcoming and makes you feel relaxed. Facilities: good size pool, gym and bar. Again staff were really attentive. Location: great location, central to the attractions, beaches, down town Abu Dhabi, etc. Overall a great experience and would recommend staying there.
