It was good as usual, but this time there was an issue with the TV channels—almost 50% of them were not working, which was quite frustrating. However, Mr. Mouad at the reception was very kind and professional. He changed my room, although it seemed the issue was affecting all rooms in the hotel. He genuinely tried to make me feel comfortable and compensate for the inconvenience, which helped improve my mood and brought my smile back.
