I arrived at the hotel around 3:15 pm well past the check in time and had to wait for almost 45 min for the room to be ready. The staff took a long time to scan the id documents. Room was clean. But the coffee machines were not working and had to be replaced twice. Parking was spacious.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be staying with my wife and had also requested a non-smoking room. At check-in, nobody advised us that breakfast was apparently included for only one guest. We only discovered this when we went for breakfast, which understandably appeared to us to be a mistake given that the hotel was already aware there would be two of us.
I ultimately paid for the additional breakfast, but I did not appreciate being repeatedly approached for payment by a staff member while I was trying to enjoy breakfast. Had this simply been explained at check-in, I would have dealt with it then without any issue.
There were also several basic service problems with the room: only one towel was provided for two guests, there were no slippers or bathrobes, and the room telephones were not working, meaning I had to physically go down to the restaurant to place a room-service order.
We stay in hotels regularly and unfortunately have not experienced this combination of poor communication and service before. Overall, it made what should have been a straightforward and enjoyable stay unnecessarily frustrating, and we would not choose to return.

As a loyal guest who books a room at your hotel every month for at least one week at a time, I expect the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Unfortunately, during my last two visits, both myself and my wife experienced severe skin itching, irritation, and sensitivity immediately after using the hotel room bedding and linens.
Because this exact issue occurred consecutively across multiple visits and affected both of us, it is confirmed that the problem originates from the bed sheets, laundry processing, or room sanitization protocols. This is completely unacceptable, poses a serious health risk, and severely compromises the quality of my stays.

I had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a quiet area with convenient access to nearby attractions. The breakfast facility was very good, offering a satisfying variety of options.
However, there were some maintenance and housekeeping issues. On the last day of my stay, my room was not cleaned. Additionally, the toilet flush had a continuous water leakage, and water leaked from the shower area, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
