Everything about the hotel was رائع — the location, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall experience were excellent. The staff were polite and professional, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, I hope the management can take two points into consideration for improvement. First, the check-in process took quite a long time. It seemed that each guest required a lengthy process, which caused noticeable waiting and congestion at reception. Second, the room service response was slower than expected. I had to contact room service three times before someone came to prepare the sofa bed for sleeping. I understand that I arrived during a busy period, and delays can happen, but it would be appreciated if the staff communicated expected delays clearly to guests. Overall, it was still a very good experience, and I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team.

Grate hotel with grate team we love the hospitality of each and every staff Wright form checking to caheck out entire experience was amazing. Especial thanks to Soufian duty manager who make sure our stay was comfortable thru out and to Nwe New Aung for her excellent service and outstanding guest engagement at the restaurant. She was naturally interacting with us and provide a attentive service during our meals at the restaurant which was truly impressive and made the experience even more welcoming.
