There was a wide array of different cuisines and the hotel waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and friendly. I was staying there 1 month and had this amazing waiter his name is Chamara. He was profoundly friendly and goes out of his way to make the breakfast experience pleasant. My appreciation also goes out to another particular waitress Ms. Khaing as she too was an amazing ambassador so to speak.

Consider to have welcomed stuff from valley , Receptionist ,luggage boy, room service. Not happy with my stay so disappointed that its in AbuDhabi and this is ur standard.

I had a problem for late checkout. I was informed that it was not possible for anyone, because it was fully booked. Then I discovered that two of my friends were able to have a late checkout. It was very problematic for me since I had my 6 years old son and I had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours before heading to the airport. I explained all this, but they refused to listen.
