The hotel is of a very high standard and it has very good facilities which is to be expected for hotel chains in the region. Novotel is not any different: very clean, well staffed with excellent services and amenities. The restaurants are particularly good and the people working there are amazing. I want to commend two members of staff who went above and beyond their duty to help me out. One of them is Isuru Chaturanga (concierge), a very polite and friendly young man who helped me find my mobile phone. I had lost my phone one night in a taxi and when I was ready to give up any hope of finding it, Isuru stepped up, called the local taxi dispatcher and helped me recover my phone. He was very reassuring and knew exactly what to do. It wasn't his first time helping out a guest in a similar situation. I was very very happy to find my phone and I am still very grateful for Isuru's help. The other person I want to thank is Quinter Jagero (reception) who dealt with me (and everyone else as far as I could see) in a very calm and professional manner but did so with kindness and a big smile on her face. Really solid people working here, I highly recommend staying at Novotel if you want to be treated with care and dignity. Great stay, I'd definitely choose Novotel again.

Friendly staff, good service (Thanks to Yogi, well spoken and friendly, good service too) Great food, clean room and everything you need for an overnight stay. Quiet place close to most services. Available taxis etc. Will recommend to all visiting Abu Dhabi.

Shantel, joviale and khaled. Were extremely kind and courteous. Our room wasn’t booked with our provider and they did everything they could to sort things out. A real credit to the company and genuinely am so glad they where there at the time as I was tired and really stressed but they made me at ease and I can’t thank them enough

Amenities are just right and the staff is wonderful (hotel and restaurants). Location is perfect i.e. far from busy city noises. On the other hand, rates are better off a website than directly with the hotel.
