On reservation we requested connected rooms , he said he put note of our request, we discovered there are no connected room at all hotel, At check in We requested sea view they said not available, 2nd room was not ready , delayed at check in , At checkout we requested late check out they provide only one hour , it's was difficult to convince them to give 2 hours ,no flexibility, After cleaning rooms no new water no new tissue box as we have to request, No room option for big family , very small rooms , Next room noise of the shower can be clearly heared. Not thinking to use Novotel again Disappointed
