I had one of the best stays at Mercure downtown. The hotel is recently renovated, rooms are spacious and well-arranged. You have everything you need there, and if you don’t have something - it is sorted with one call to reception desk. The location was my priority as it is 10 minutes walk to my dentist. But I would also like to mention the reasonable price of the hotel. Pool not too big, but if you come in a good time, you can definitely secure the best space. But what really made my stay - the team! Since the moment I came for check-in till my last second there, when I was sitting in my Careem to go to airport - the whole team gave me their best hospitality! They checked me in at 8:30am once I arrived from my flight without even asking me to wait a bit longer, they were super accommodating with all my requests. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely be back!

We got stuck in Abu Dhabi due to conflict in the Middle East. We booked this hotel during our 3 nights-stay. It was a nice and really comfortable stay. The staff made us really secure and helped us to stay calm that everything is under control. They were really helpful. Special mention to Pranam from the engineering department who helped us solved the PC Problems in order for us to use it. Big thanks to our Filipina Receptionist Quiranora (hope the name is correct) for assisting us with everything and doing her best to make our stay efficient and smooth. The whole receptionist team were fantastic! special thanks to the concierge team and also the breakfast team! Abdelrahman should at least smile and not be so quiet in the breakfast area, but he was very attentive and made sure that we got what we needed. To all the staff, we are very thankful! It was a pleasant stay!
