OK, where do I even start with this? I had high hopes for your hotel, but the renovation is nice. But just about everything else is bad You literally cannot charge the price as you’re charging with that hotel entry and access experience It’s impossible to find a drop off no driver even knows this city and knows your hotel knows how to get Every time I got dropped off, I had to walk around the corner down an alleyway completely ridiculous Whatever they’re building across the street from you looks like a year away from being finished Do you need to fix this now? I would never let my team or any corporate group book in this hotel again That nightclub mad Moscow You seriously prioritize that program running loud Music to 5 AM?? We had team members on the ninth 10th and 15th And every single one of us could hear the base resonating all the way through the structure of this building We pay to rest we do not pay to listen to your nightclub You need to get your priorities straight And lastly, a poor chemical spill we have to have team members leave your hotel I’m glad you sent me the survey because you need this feedback

Had a lovely stay at Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown. The staff were attentive and always helpful, the hotel was clean and modern and made the stay feel so relaxing despite being in the city. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to book and stay in Abu Dhabi.
