We stayed to celebrate New Year, and the experience started like a nightmare. We couldn’t find the hotel, and suddenly smoke started coming out of our car. We were unable to drive and felt very stressed. When we called the hotel, Mr. Javed answered the call and was absolutely amazing. He was very professional and immediately helped us calm down, assuring us that he would take care of everything. Since we were close to the hotel, he sent a team member to meet us and guide us to the entrance. Shekar was incredibly helpful. He offered to call a mechanic to fix our car, helped with all our luggage, and personally escorted us to the hotel for check-in. His service went above and beyond our expectations—he truly turned a stressful moment into a beautiful memory. Once inside the lobby, the check-in process was very smooth. It felt amazing to be welcomed back by the team, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. When we entered the suite, it was very spacious, and the welcome note from the General Manager along with the amenities as an ALL member made us feel truly special. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back again
