My stay at Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown was very pleasant and well managed. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I appreciated the room upgrade which enhanced my overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a nice city view. The hotel’s central location is a great advantage, with easy access to the Corniche and nearby dining options. I would also like to commend the staff for their courteous and helpful service throughout my stay. As a Heartist, I value the consistency of brand standards, and this property reflects them well. We were very lucky to get assisted by a gentleman, if I remember correctly , his name was Arslan, front desk, he also upgraded our room to a greater size and he was very professional and well spoken.
