Overall, I had an excellent stay. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, hospitable and accommodating. The location is also excellent. The only minor issue was finding the hotel entrance due to the ongoing roadworks, which seem to confuse Google Maps and lead you to the wrong location. I had to park nearby and find the entrance myself. If possible, adding a sign at the back of the hotel, near the underground parking area, pointing towards the hotel entrance would be very helpful for guests. Other than that, everything was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, and Javeed were both very kind, friendly, and attentive. The check-in was quick and smooth, which was much appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel looks very clean, well cared for, and beautifully maintained. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Loved my stay overall. The housekeepers were all amazing. The room was very spacious, clean. Would’ve been perfect if there was a microwave. The frontdesk needs to be a little bit more patient to guest inquiries. The bell men were very helpful.
