Были в отеле в январе и остались очень довольны, именно поэтому и решили вернуться уже с родителями. Все красиво, вкусно, хотя и выбор еды небольшой, удачная локация хороший уровень сервиса. Омрачило пребывание то, что бронировали отель по предварительному бронированию и в пожеланиях писали о самых высоких этажах и бронировали соответствующую категорию номера, так как в первый раз жили на 34 и были в восторге, соответственно, еще в январе об этом написали. Но на нашу просьбу не обратили никакого внимания - поселили просто в тот номер, который был свободен из этой категории, так и сказали, что «сейчас выше 22 этажа номеров нет». Это было очень неприятно и неожиданно для отеля такого уровня, тем более при бронировании еще в январе - можно было к нашим датам оставить один такой номер. Второе, что не очень понравилось, это дно моря. Понятно, что отливы - это природное явление, но дно от камней можно же почистить - как результат, мама очень сильно порезала ногу, вызывали врача и, отдыхая на пляже, слышали подобные истории от других туристов.

Overall, it was just okay, not great at all, not wow nor fantastic. I booked a Deluxe Room Sea View on a high floor and was upgraded to a Junior Suite on the 4th floor which my wife and I were both grateful for. Thank you very much indeed!!! I normally prefer not to send these sorts of reviews, but I certainly hope you will use this feedback to improve your services and treat your guests better based on our experience and stay at your hotel. Some of the reasons this stay was just okay and not great at all: 1. The upgraded Junior Suite room was great but there is something lacking in the Junior Suite from an ambience perspective, as there is no warmth and felt uninviting. You know that feeling when you walk into a room and have that immediate feeling that this is a great hotel room and will make a comfortable stay, we did not get that in the Junior Suite. Also, the mini bar was not properly stocked nor what we are used to when staying in a 5 Star hotel. 2. I was asked if we were celebrating a special occassion and I indicated we were, as my wife and I were living apart for 16 months due to her relocating to the UAE (Dubai) in Jan24 and me living in Johannesburg, South Africa until April this year when I joined her permanently in the UAE. I was promised that there would be something complimentary in the room (like a small cake), to celebrate this reunion, but there was nothing delivered to our room. Also, your staff did not understand this celebration and treated it as a Honeymoon celebration, which was fine but still, nothing was offered to us (as your staff promised) to mark this celebration. I even called Guest Relations on the Friday afternoon when we checked into the Junior Suite to advise them that we were upgraded and if they were sending anything it should be sent to room 413. They misunderstood and thought that I wanted to be moved to the initial Deluxe Room Sea View that I had booked. I had to clarify and explain we were happy with the Junior Suite which we were very grateful for and that I was only calling to enquire on the Complimentary Cake which they assured me would be delivered to room 413 but was not. 3. Every call from the room to the Operator or Guest Relations or In Room Dining / Room Service could not be resolved first time and I was told they would call me back. First, was Guest Relations who was not available and had to call me back. Second was In Room Dining / Room Service who could not confirm if a Toasted Cheese, Egg and Tomato Sandwich was possible and they had to check with the Chef. Third was the Operator who could not assist with a late checkout and had to refer this and check first and call me back to confirm it was possible and that was 15 minutes later 4. I booked the 5pm Bicycle Ride with the Sports / Activity Centre on Saturday morning and was told to come at 4.55pm which I did only to be told the Ride was cancelled as there was some event on the Corniche impacting traffic and could be potential risk to rider safety which I accepted. When I enquired if we could do the same ride on Sunday morning, the staff member said he will check and let me know. He messaged later in the evening after confirming with his manager that because the ride on Sunday morning would be outside of regular hours they could offer me a private lesson for AED200 which I declined as I am an experienced cyclist and only required a bicycle. I enquired to hire the bicycle, but this was declined as your staff would not take on this responsibility and suggested they can only offer this with supervision of a coach. I then responded asking the sports/activity centre to be a bit more flexible and makes amends for the cancelled Saturday 5pm ride and that I would be providing this feedback in this review. Your staff member then quickly arranged a ride for Sunday morning at 8am at no cost to the hotel guest. I am just making the point that why did I have to mention that this inflexibilty will be mentioned in this guest review before I could get them to agree to arrange a ride on Sunday morning. 5. We booked Dinner at ISLA ASIAN RESTAURANT for 8pm on Saturday evening and I received confirmation of this on email. We arrived at 7.55pm and your staff struggled to find our reservation even asking me if I am sure I booked at this restaurant. My wife even asked him why we would be there at that restaurant at 7.55pm if we had booked elsewhere. To my inconvenience I had to show him the email confirmation of our reservation and "suddenly" he found our booking. My wife and I both sensed a bit of "attitude" from this staff member. (I discuss more about this and your overall staff in my point 6 below). Then, once we were seated it took a good 10 minutes before somebody came to attend to us to take a drinks order. Not a great dining experience at all!!! 6. We both felt throughout the duration of our stay that we did not get the attention of nor treatment from your staff like was afforded to all other hotel guests (the majority of who and from where you clearly know) with whom all your staff were more attentive and obliging. This was exacerbated and confirmed by an incident at the Adult pool with the Towel Assistant on Sunday at 10.30am. I was asked to move from the Sunbed I had chosen and find another one because apparently that Sunbed and the one next to it was "booked" by 2 other guests. When I tried explaining that I had arrived before these guests and had already set up my Sunbed all the Towel Assistant could mutter was that they had booked those 2 particular Sunbeds which I completely disagreed with. This left a sour taste in my mouth, and I immediately left the pool and checked out of your hotel even though we requested a late checkout as I had had enough of this "experience" at your hotel, especially the "preferential treatment" for "some" hotel guests. I am more than happy to discuss our experience and stay at your hotel further with you and look forward to you reaching out and responding accordingly. Lets discuss first before I post on Social Media and Trip Advisor

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende absolut perfekt. Essen toll. Animation gut , der Strandsevice Mega. Die Mitarbeiter der Poolbar sehr freundlich. Die Bedienung in den Restaurants sehr freundlich und sehr gut Rezeption sehr gut . Für mich der Beste Urlaub seit langem . Der Strand leider ein bischen Steinig beim reingehen. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Getränke auch alles gut Originale Getränke. Kommen sehr gern wieder.
