**Temporarily Closed** Isla is an elite beach club inspiring an assortment of favorable hot and cold tapas with a selection of intriguing and refreshing cocktails, mock tails and other Havana inspired beverages.
The hotel has good location. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. However, I found a bug in the bathroom on the first evening (most probably cocroach, could not catch it) and there are signs of wear and tear on the room equipment - the handle on the pullable door separating the room from the bathroom was losely fit and stayed in my hand repeatedly.

We had an amazing time, but were not aware before arrival that Turquoise would be closed, Isla Beach would be closed and People's Bar would be closed for the first week. We felt that this left food choice a little worse due to the space in La Terre and it got very busy at times. There was also nowhere to sit and enjoy a coffee in the evenings once the The Bakery had closed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rixos.
Everything was visually beautiful—the room, the lobby, and the grounds. I appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, such as the water and fruit provided on the beach and the heated water in the outdoor showers.

We had a pleasant stay at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi and there were many things we appreciated.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The drinks were very good, and the hotel itself is beautiful with impressive architecture, a lovely beach, and great facilities.
However, there are several areas where we believe the guest experience could be improved.
The food was average and became repetitive, with many of the same dishes being served every day. The room was comfortable and clean, but the standard was more average than what we expected from a luxury resort.
The adults-only pool was also disappointing. While children were not allowed to swim in the pool, they were still able to stay around the pool area with their parents. As guests looking for a quiet and relaxing adults-only environment, this was not the experience we expected.
The sunbed reservation policy was not enforced. The hotel states that unattended towels will be removed after 45 minutes, but many sunbeds remained reserved for hours without being used and we needed to search for sunbeds daily.
The music around the pool was also very repetitive, with the same playlist being played day after day.
Another issue was the elevators, which were often slow and involved long waiting times, especially during busy periods.
Service at check-in was unfortunately below expectations. We received limited information about the hotel and facilities, and there was no assistance with our luggage upon arrival or departure. Check-out was better, but still not at the level we would expect from a luxury resort.
I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I pay close attention to service standards. We stayed at Ciel Dubai Marina before arriving at Rixos, and the difference in service quality was very noticeable.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, there are several areas where service and operational standards could be improved to better match the expectations of a luxury hotel.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary , and had an amazing stay , sun was hot , accommodation spacious , beautiful and clean . Restaurants were all very good including all the lunch restaurants and grab and go food , fruit and ice creams. Pool bars were fun.

A beautiful hotel.Very clean and of a very high standard.The hotel is short staffed and the clients,s suffer because of this.3 Al a Carts.The best is Hashi.The Turkish is very poor and so is the Italian.Avoid.The main restaurant is better.No real entertainment at night.Have to wait to get a table in the main restaurant at night.You pay for certain thing,s that are not available bakery club closed in the morning,noodle bar closed.Should have an adults section in the main restaurant loads of screaming Russian kids.Drink,s are good load,s of branded choice.

The staff here are excellent. They are courteous, helpful, friendly and professional . Unfortunately our stay this time wasn’t up to standard. The restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner wasn’t adequate for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Very dangerous as bumping into people and floors constantly had to be cleaned making it too slippy .

We stayed at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi for 8 days and have had a really enjoyable experience.
The service throughout the hotel has been excellent. Every member of staff we’ve encountered has been friendly, professional and hospitable — from the waiters and restaurant teams to the towel attendants, receptionists, Guest Relations, the restaurant reservations team. Everyone has been helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and extremely attentive to all our requirements.
The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. Our room is a great size, the beds are really comfortable, and we have lovely views across the Corniche.
It’s also a great hotel for families with children. The Kids Club is very good, with plenty of toys, activities and things to keep the kids entertained. There’s a lot for children to get up to during the day, which has made it a very good choice for a family holiday.
The food has been another highlight. There’s an excellent selection throughout the hotel and, importantly, we’ve found the quality to be consistently very good.
A special mention has to go to People’s Restaurant. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday there and the team really made the evening special for her. The food and ambience were superb, everyone was very welcoming, and DJ Oguzhan was playing some absolute banger house tunes! It was a great atmosphere and made the evening even more memorable.
The hotel also helped me organise balloons for my wife’s birthday for when we arrived. Everything was arranged as requested and was ready for us, which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated.
After 8 days here, we’ve been very impressed with Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. The combination of good food, spacious and comfortable rooms, great facilities for families and consistently excellent service has made for a very enjoyable stay.
I have to add one last thing..
The Hashi Restaurant is something very spectacular! It gave me the Mayfair Londom vibe when having dinner there. The most amazing views of the Corniche and Abu Dhabi from the 37th and 38th floor of the hotel. The staff here are so professional, polite and very helpful. Sai and Luki all looked after us here and they went above and beyond for my family. The food here is excellent - fresh, well presented and exceptionally delicious - highly recommend to dine here when staying at Rixos Marina.
We would happily recommend Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi to our family and friends, particularly those travelling with children.
I’d definitely come back again and if I could afford to make it an annual trip, I would!

Overall the stay with Rixos was brilliant. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and well stocked, the pool was lovely and the amenities were plentiful. Overall the best aspect of this hotel is the staff who run it. They were incredibly helpful at all times, very pleasant, super friendly and went above and beyond to help where they could. This was actually the highlight of our stay, and we extended the holiday 2 extra days, as we enjoyed the hotel and team so much. In particular, the concierge who i booked a trip through, he was absolutely brilliant. Also the people who clean around the pool, they go unnoticed but never stopped and did a fantastic job. Id also mention the bar/pool staff and room turndown team - they were worth mentioning, as they are a testament to the hotel.
