We had an overnight stay over the weekend to celebrate a friends birthday and we are all fully delighted with the experience. From checking in, we were warmly welcomed by Elizabeth who gladly granted our request for twin beds instead of the king sized bed, as we were all a group of friends of mixed genders. This really made a difference. She was thorough and patient in explaining what was included in our stay. It was quite hectic with people checking in and out, but she didnt make us feel that we were taking much of her time from all the questions Whenever we pass by the lobby area, she always made sure we were having a great time and assisted whenever we asked. Also cheers to Ram Chand for being an amazing bartender, it was busy and quite hot esp during mid day but he still mixed amazing drinks for all the guests.

Our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived until check-out. One of the major issues was communication the reception number from the room was not functioning properly. It would ring but nobody answered, forcing us to go downstairs multiple times just to request basic services. For a five-star hotel, this level of service is simply unacceptable. In addition, housekeeping, food quality, and overall service standards were below expectations. There were several issues throughout our stay, and unfortunately the experience did not reflect what should be expected from a five-star property. Overall, the stay was very poor and far below our expectations.

This is my 5th or 6th time in this hotel, and this time was really bad and felt cheap, the staff were not polite, only 2 restaurants were open, many drinks in the menu were not available.
