Pros: - Cleanliness in both rooms and common areas: - Spacious rooms, well-equipped; - Located in a quiet area. Cons: - Very little variety of food, for 6 days 90% of the dishes were the same; - During the day, at lunchtime, a barbecue is made on the terrace of one of the restaurants, smoking the entire pool area; - Unkempt, dirty beach (plastic bags, garbage - including pieces of plastic - on the beach and in the water), sun loungers placed chaotically, etc.; - although there are 6 elevators, there are times when you wait 5 minutes for an elevator; - The staff (especially the unfriendly and arrogant receptionist, especially the elderly gentleman). On the last day of our stay, considering that we had a later flight, we wanted to do a late check-out. The day before, we asked if it was possible and we were told that yes, we could stay until 6pm, with two conditions: 1. until the next day some of the rooms are cancelled and 2. to pay the equivalent of half a day of accommodation. The next day we returned and the older gentleman at the reception offered us the possibility of late check-out only on the condition of a payment that amounted to almost DOUBLE a day of accommodation. We were informed that there were no more rooms available in the category of those we had booked, but only family rooms — the price is 1/2 calculated at this value, which seemed extremely unfair to me given that we were not offered a family room, but were staying in our room (which means that it was actually available…). Overall, the hotel does not deserve its praise.

Great stay at the rixos The hotel was so nice, the room had the most amazing view on the 34th floor, the food and drinks and variety was plentiful and good quality the beach was nice the pool also only thing negative with the stay here was the pool area is in the shade most of the day and the only option for sun was the beach and if you didn’t get out early enough you find it hard to get a sunbed Would I come back here 100% yes Loved it.

We had stayed at this hotel before and really enjoyed it. I wished we had not returned. This time there was a lot of building work taking place and our room looked directly over it. Reception were unable to help or provide an alternative room. There was a group of 10 Russian guys who fought each other one being after the outdoor concert had finished. Tables were pushed over and they were extremely aggressive. Security was called. The next day they started drinking alcohol early on the beach and then played their music loudly, shouting at each other. Security was called and watched them. We hadn’t seen anything like this before. It was very disappointing. The rest of our holiday was great but as you can imagine, you do remember the worst parts.

We loved our stay. A few things you could improve. The adult only pool was closed for most of our stay. Children were running amok and this was not relaxing for those of us who left ours at home!
