We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The interconnecting rooms were lovely and spacious and the hotel was of a very high standard. Food was great with plenty of choice. Pools were nice but needed some maintenance on tiles and all pools should be cooled. The main issue was that we had nowhere to sit inside and have a drink other than the restaurant.

Enjoyed the stay just a few issues on how the adult pool needs maintenance as it was a health & safety issue offer the small mosaic tiles missing around the whole pools & several quest needed first aid assistance.

Really enjoyed our stay. Think the mini bar could have had a better selection of beers & other spirits. The adult pool needs full maintenance due to small mosaic tiles missing all around the pool & inside it. Also not happy kids allowed in the adults pool and the other pools not running as temperature controlled pools. We had 10 night stay & only got 1 al a carte at 3 restaurants which I thought could have been better. The evening bar time closing 10-10.30pm a bit early to. I would like to come back and stay & also recommend to family & friends hopefully the issues could get sorted for a return holiday. Also our interconnecting room the door had no option of opening from either side & addressed it to reception and was told someone would come and have a look and that never happened very disappointed & we requested ice bucket one day & that never happened either.

We have been to the Rixos in different locations before and love the brand, Rixos Marina is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are exceptional. We had a great stay and loved it with the exception of 2 things. We are child free and as such booked there as an Adult Pool was allocated!!! On our arrival it was full of kids which we where not aware of, this pool is the only cooled pool so we where extremely disappointed that we had to use a hot pool as all the kids where in “our pool”, the other issue was that we had only booked for 5 nights and as such we were not entitled to use the al a carte restaurants (you need a seven day booking) , this wasn’t an issue but we were completely unaware of this and it would have been nice to book the Italian or Asian and not for extra cost. Other than that lovely hotel, great staff and great stay.

Our recent stay at the Rixos Marina resort was dissatisfying. While there were some positive aspects, several issues significantly detracted from our overall experience, leading us to rate our stay as poor. 1. Food and Dining: The food options were quite limited and repetitive. Additionally, the service we received from the restaurant reservations representative was poor. Despite requesting a cake for our daughter’s 16th birthday, our booking at the Asian restaurant for the celebration was marred by subpar service. 2. Infinity Pool Condition: The Infinity pool was in dire need of refurbishment. The tiles along the edges were broken and dirty, leading to grazes and cuts on both myself and other guests. This was unacceptable for a facility in a five-star resort. Moreover, my children were admonished for playing games in the pool, which was particularly frustrating given that this was the only pool of a reasonable size. The other pool, Pool 2, was uncomfortably warm, more akin to a hot bath than a refreshing swim. 3. Service at the Bar: The bartender, Saroj, displayed extremely rude behavior and was unwilling to accommodate drink requests. This level of service is not what we expected from a resort of your caliber. He would benefit from further customer service training as his attitude sets a poor example for your establishment. 4. Recreational Room: The recreational room was unpleasantly exposed to smoke coming from the adjacent adults' bar. As a family with children, we found this exposure to secondhand smoke shocking and unacceptable. Given these concerns, we are unlikely to return to your resort and feel compelled to share our experience on Google reviews and other social media platforms. We suggest that management review these issues closely to ensure that the quality of both the premises and the staff meet the expectations of a five-star establishment. We hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the guest experience for future visitors.
