We had an excellent stay and loved rixos,we would have given 10 except for the fact that there are no quiet or piano type bar to have a quiet drink and conversation with our partners and people we met whilst here. The anti dope bar is an outstanding bar but the continuous thud of the modern music at a very high level left most of the older clientele in the hotel either leaving before having a drink or staying a minimal amount of time! It would be a nice touch to be able to take a drink back to your room. The staff all over hotel are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We thought the food was lovely and lots of choice and both the hashi and Italian were excellent in food,service and decor. So thank you Rixos. We would definitely return.Having been to rixos Dubai and rixos in belek turkey I think it's an excellent hotel chain.

The food throughout our stay has been excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the service has really stood out. A special mention to Lucy in the Bakery, Sai at Hashi and Sankar from housekeeping, who have all been amazing and helped make our stay extra special.

We stayed at the Rixos for a week this August, it is our second visit to the hotel. We loved it and will be back again with our children as they liked it to, it was a shame all was not open but its understandable with the situation in the middle east. Rooms clean and spacious pool/pools are fab staff are friendly and helpful 😀

Half board is always recommended, the hotel is amazing and both dinner and breakfast are extremely good. The only surprise was the queue, both for breakfast and for dinner, we were not used to that. Anyway, the overall experience was very satisfying

The hotel is generally good, but the reception team repeatedly disturbed us during the night with frequent phone calls. We had already informed them about this issue, but unfortunately, the calls continued. This caused significant disturbance and discomfort during our stay and negatively affected our rest and overall experience at the hotel.

We booked the rooms two days before the trip and called early in the morning to tell them when we will arrive so they can prepare the rooms because we are a big family who booked 8 rooms but we reached and it took them around 3 hours to get all the rooms ready and then whenever we need anything the room service wouldn’t answer our calls which made us frustrated other than that the rest was great

Too much time for check in (about 1 hour and half ) / they forced us to early check out despite being too late for check in.. Milena (who is in the reciption) she took 25 minutes only to replace our cards because cards were not working after 12 pm… she took too much time and did not even apologize // my friend ms Reham asked for extra bed which we paid for.. and did not give her till 12 am untill her son went down to lobby to get a blanket and slept on the sofa without sheets … we asked for a birthday cake to my sister’s room.. no one brought anything! I had to order a cake from outside//
