My birthday stay at Rixos Abu Dhabi was hands down a top notch experience. Outstanding hospitality across the board, and staying here honestly felt like a staycation outside the country. The all-inclusive package is an absolute must, the food, amenities, and overall vibe are perfect for families. Huge thanks to Jevie from reservations for starting things off so well, she was a big help in convincing us to book, giving us an irresistible rate, and clearly explaining all the all-inclusive benefits. Another big shoutout to Jhe! She approached us right when we got to the lobby with so much energy and truly went above and beyond. She completely shocked us by upgrading our room and walked us up herself, where a surprise setup of birthday balloons, cake, and wine from Guest Relations was waiting. We had barely checked in and our expectations were already exceeded. We also had a great time at Antidote Bar thanks to Yassine. His hospitality was top-tier, you can really see how busy he is, keep things seamless, and make sure every guest is well taken care of. We just got home and we’re already planning to come back this October for my wife’s birthday. Couldn't have asked for a better celebration! Luigi Pastrana

I thought the hotel was great. I was very comfortable and my family enjoyed the experience. I will be returning next year for sure. Please could I mention and please pass on to the supervisors who work with Myat in the buffet restaurant, what an excellent member of staff she is. I have been coming to the UAE for 15 years and she is by far the most wonderful attentive kind member of staff I have come across, I was genuinely touched by how professional she was and how much she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Please thank her for making our stay so lovely and we will look forward to seeing her and the rest of the team next year. Once again, thank you very much.
