I would like to mention everyone but unfortunately I don’t remember the names, but I am grateful to all the workers at the reception who always answered my various questions, they were always ready to help me, since I am the only person in the family who speaks English, It was nice that at the reception there are some workers who also speak Russian fluently, as far as I remember one of them was called Kamila and a woman with blond hair, since I couldn’t always be near my parents to help them with translation, it was extremely helpful, also I want to note the concierge workers who explained to us in great detail about the various locations that we could visit with our family, I really liked the fact that they also helped us with any of our requests, I also want to express my gratitude for the housekeeping service, which was simply top notch level, and for which a person named Adi was responsible, I also want to thank all the cooks and waiters, especially the cook who cooked scrambled eggs and spaghetti behind the glass, as well as the 22 years old cook from Kyrgyzstan, the waiters from Uzbekistan, as well as the Turkish cook who cooked outside next to restaurant, as well as the entire team of waiters and cooks from the People's restaurant, I am also grateful to all the lifeguards, and especially to the one who helped me with the situation when my slipper got stuck in my foot, I am very grateful to him because it was both funny, awkward and scary, but this lifeguard can save not only a drowning person, but also help even with a problem unrelated to water, thank you very much for that. I also want to thank the waiters who were always attentive and responsive, especially the waiters from Uzbekistan who came up to us personally to say hello, we were very pleased to see our compatriots working hard abroad, I also liked all the equipment in the gym, there was good energetic music, there was no smell, and there were all the conditions for training, I also want to highlight the game room/ballroom with various games and consoles, it was very interesting to play with the whole family and we had an unforgettable time, I also want to highlight those who always stand between the aisles from parts of the pool in the Hotel itself, they also helped me with different questions and I am amazed how long they can stand and not get tired, I would really like to highlight every employee and every corner of the hotel, but I don’t have enough words to describe absolutely all my emotions and the impressions that I gained during my stay at your hotel, thank you very much for everything! I hope I'll come back here again! I liked everything so much that I would like to work here and join this excellent team of workers!

The hotel room was lovely especially as how hot it was. Food not so much, as we had booked 5 days were only entitled to main restaurant or peoples restaurant. It would have been nice to be informed in advance that booking 7 days make a difference. Om request to the chef who accomodated as food was not adequate quality wise like other rixos or even the hilton we stayed at. I asked the chef for a curry and rice they had served at lunch and he said yes. While walking around i heard him moaning to someone that i want everything now. Wasnt really happy to hear this kind of unprofessionalism from the chef. The food accomodates more russian visitors. We had unlimited room beverage top up which we had to keep asking for and the amneities we had to keep asking for it from the front desk, would be nice if they had just left some in the room for us. The bands we put on our hands not very sanitary. Towels by poolside had stains which looked questionable had to change them quite often. The rixos i stayed at before u could go and have a drink in the bar but this was adults only so not very family friendly.

What can I say... it wowed us! Beautiful hotel, elegantly styled and very generous room sizes. Food and drink selection amazing with most premium brand spirits included with all inclusive. For 7+ night stay you get 3 a la carte dining experiences. Seafood at People's restaurant, Asian at Isla Becah bar, and Vero Italian. All really lovely food. The buffet had a good selection as well changing daily. Pool bars were outstanding! The Adults only pool bar was big enough and the water was refreshingly cool. The water in the 2 other pools was alot warmer which we were told was because the cooler wasn't working. This meant our last few nights families were welcomed into the adult pool to cool down which was a nice touch. Special shout out to Sobhy (unsure of spelling!) Who was the most attentive barman ever! Always greeted us with a smile, and if we hadn't ordered a drink and he wasn't busy he would just mix something with no name based on what we had ordered previously for us to try. Fabulous customer service! Also shout out to Malinda and Partick who were also very good. Never a problem with sunbeds, although the hotel wasn't full, there were 100s spare and could be reserved at any time of day with no fear of setting an early alarm to get some. People's restaurant for lunch was also superb, with a snack type menu including burgers pizza's and wraps. Isaac was fab here, and always greeted us as if he knew us. I would like to add a special thank you to Christian who manned the bar in the buffet restaurant, he knew my order before I had asked during the very busy spells where I went to the bar as opposed having order taken at table. Housekeeping were very efficient, the rooms were cleaned and tidied daily, and mini bars filled once per day. Thank you to MD Asphak who looked after us. There was a daily shuttle bus to Yas island for the parks which was handy as we had 2 parks included with our stay. Overall, we cannot wait to go back and definitely didn't want to come home!!!
