This was our first time staying at Sofitel Corniche Abu Dhabi. We had a smooth check-in experience with Ryan, who was very professional and welcoming. We were also given a beautiful sea view room. The location was accessible, and overall, we had an enjoyable stay. We spent most of our time by the pool, where Ryza took excellent care of us and ensured we had a memorable and relaxing experience. For our late lunch by the pool, we ordered the Vegetable Lasagna. Unfortunately, it resembled ratatouille more than lasagna. We were expecting a cheesy, saucy dish, but it only had a light layer of sauce on the top and bottom. We also ordered the grilled chicken, which turned out to be peri peri-style—something that was not indicated on the menu. Clearer descriptions would help manage expectations better. Later, we ordered room service, and our food was delivered on time. The server (whose name I regret forgetting) was very polite and professional. The pizza was delicious and came with a full set of condiments, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant weekend stay, A few suggestions for improvement: • Guest engagement at the pool could be improved. Some staff noticed our arrival but did not approach or offer towels. We had to look for our own seats and return to the main entrance to get them. • Menu labeling should be more specific, especially regarding sauces and spice levels. • During breakfast, the hostess should greet guests with a warm smile, especially in the morning when first impressions matter most.

Very nice hotel. Good service. Good pool. Good location. Close to the center by foot. Very comfortable bed. The mini market is very convenient. Maybe add more shuttles to the beach in other hours. And some more shade in the pool. Thank you for the good service.

Had a great date night with my wife at Jazz and Fizz bar at Sofitel Abu Dhabi , excellent service by the crew , Ms.Lovely and Zamzam , kept the drinks flowing with a smile and some great bite recommendations, bonus points for having Blue Moon beer 🍺. We will definitely be visiting again !

Superb suite with amazing corniche views. Yasmin was especially extremely kind and helpful at the reception. The breakfast and other restaurants were also world class. The location was perfect with close proximity to any part of AD. Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
