Very good hotel. Clean, convenient location, good service. All staff (starting from Mr ShahinouR) plus pool staff, were very polite and helpful. The Thai restaurant was an excellent experience! Overall, very good impression of everything

For a hotel that level service was not good, one day i had to call in the evening to get fresh towels and water as the room hasn’t been cleaned. Also room was overall not clean at all, still better than the gym where everything was sticky and dirty.

I visited the property to celebrate my baby boy birthday for dinner at the main restaurant and it was the worst experience ever no wonder why the restaurant was empty! The food was super disappointing Salad station was fair Main courses huge pots full of ) tasteless food without even garnish Potato was over cooked Pasta was tasteless Seafood with no seeafod and too much cream Carving was the worst ( tasteless dry (meat) And the worst of the worst was the dessert station, UM Ali was literally spoiled and when I told the chef he denied and change it /!!! Few plates with tartes with no effort what so ever No fruits, only a bowl of some rendom left over fruits next to the chocolate fountain!! And I felt so bad when informed the team that it's my baby birthday can we have a small cake from the buffet with a candle thinking that they should have some good options as part of the buffet I received as attached Overall the service team were welcoming and assisting, the band sing happy birthday song to my son after I asked The Moroccan hostess was lovely and welcoming However I strongly do not recommend people to dine in there, not worth it

Your comments regarding the salad station, main courses, carving station, desserts, and especially the Um Ali are very concerning. Food quality, freshness, and presentation are fundamental to us. We are particularly sorry about how your concern was handled when you brought it to the chef’s attention — this is not reflective of our service standards and will be addressed with the culinary team immediately. We also regret that the dessert selection and birthday cake did not meet your expectations. A child’s birthday should be celebrated with care and attention, and we understand how upsetting this must have been for you. That said, we truly appreciate your kind words about our service team, the band, and our Moroccan hostess. We are glad to know they made an effort to assist you and celebrate your son’s birthday, even though the overall experience was disappointing. Decent international dinner buffet. Was ‘Asian Night’, but sorry to say most ‘Asian’ offerings had little in common with the genuine article. Probably expected too much. Note to management: take another look at most of the chairs in the restaurant, impossible to sit back comfortably, the low back bar of the chair digs in to your back. Whoever signed off on these? I had to move to another chair. Take a short walk to Le Royal Meridien buffet restaurant to see comfortable chairs.
