The stay was overall moderate, but unfortunately the service performance ranged from mediocre to poor. The most concerning aspect was the housekeeping, which fell significantly below expectations in terms of both quality and consistency. Despite escalating these concerns to management in a structured and formal manner, no meaningful corrective action was taken. This lack of follow-through was particularly frustrating, as it gave the impression that guest feedback is acknowledged but not acted upon. It raises a broader concern: what is the purpose of customer satisfaction surveys if the feedback provided is not translated into tangible improvements? These surveys are meant to identify gaps and enhance the guest experience, yet in this case, they appear to serve little practical value. Even more concerning is that this is not the first time such issues have occurred. During previous stays, similar escalations were raised, yet no concrete actions were ever taken. It feels as though repeated feedback has gone unnoticed and unaddressed over time, which reflects a systemic issue rather than an isolated incident. As a Diamond-level Accor loyalty member, I expected a significantly higher standard of service, as well as a more proactive and responsive approach to resolving issues. Unfortunately, this experience suggests a persistent disconnect between collecting feedback and implementing meaningful change, ultimately undermining trust and long-term loyalty.

We enjoy our stay at hotel, especially the cooperate of Anas in reception. Also it was quite staying. However we ask to take care more about smell of the hotel lobby

the stay was great until checkout time. I was forced to pay dhs 25 for tip & dhs 5 for calling front desk. tipping should not be mandatory. I had already tipped the staff earlier, but forcing a charge for tip is absolutely unacceptable.
