We genuinely appreciate your loyalty as a Platinum member of the Accor Live Limitless program, and we're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Sofitel did not meet the high standards you rightfully expect, especially after your stays with other Accor Properties. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced at check-in and the repeated issues with your key card access to the Executive Lounge. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been after a long journey, and your comments have been shared with our front office team to ensure smoother communication and better follow-up in the future. We're especially concerned to hear about the situation regarding the hypoallergenic bedding and the lack of assistance from our housekeeping team. This falls short of the service we aim to provide, and we will be conducting immediate retraining to ensure our guests with allergies and sensitivities are properly accommodated and cared for. Regarding the Executive Lounge, your feedback is incredibly valuable. We’re disappointed to hear that it did not meet your expectations. It’s regrettable to learn that you chose to cancel your additional booking, but we understand and respect your decision.
