Administrator was very friendly and offered an upgraded room without additional expenses. Room service was a bit slow: dinner ordered from restaurant took 1 hour, but we received a complementary dessert. For some reason, taxi drivers sometimes missed the main entrance (Yango app suggests the hotel backyard instead).

Called about my reservation - reception staff did not speak English, asked to switch to Russian and to my surprise it was also broken. The room had a poor odor and soundproof. Someone was cooking early in the morning in the neighboring room and the smell went right into our room! Breakfast had a 30 minutes queue - and that with a 2 years old son! After long waiting it was really disappointing to see that food selection was very poor as the team was wrapping up in spite of still nearly half an hour left till closing. Very dissatisfied with this stay. Management seems not to be at all bothered about guests experience. Won’t come back and will not recommend to my network

Hygiene is good. Lighting and air conditioning is good. The tableware in the kitchen is not enough. Housekeeping is good and efficiency. I will recommend friends and in the website.
