Fantastic staff and fantastic rooms. For the price, the room was fabulous. It was actually a full 1 bedroom apartment...which i was not expecting. The hotel and the staff was amazing, friendly, and welcoming. They have a rooftop buffet restaurant which had an amazing breakfast spread.

This is our second time staying at Grand Majlis as we really liked it the first time and recommended our friends. The staff was excellent, very good service, especially Evgenia at the reception, very friendly and nice person! But this time we were very surprised and upset by the service, guests relation, the receptionist Inga, who met us at the reception was absolutely disrespectful, with a stone face, not welcoming, without smile, noticing to us that she usually does an upgrade, but now it is impossible with a very dissatisfied look, why does this need to be emphasized to the face guests if it is not possible, it is absolutely unprofessional. I have been working in the hospitality for more than 15 years and have never seen such an attitude towards meeting guests. We were greeted as if we had offended or upset her!

Due to my job I spend over 9 months a year in hotels all over the world. The staff at this hotel is one of the best I have encountered. I would like to thank Amin for helping me and my crew make the reservations. Next I would like to thank The beautiful Russian, Mrs. Morocco and Angela Jolie for meeting ALL our needs at the reception desk. I really appreciate Jean and all of the housekeeping staff. Most of all Iman and her kitchen staff Sam, Mrs. Ethiopia and Mrs. Filipino did a great job every morning with breakfast. I would also like to apologize to the bell boys for working them so hard.

This is a very good hotel in Abu Dhabj I highly suggest this to you as it has all the facilities you can think of.Staff are all excellent and the rooms are so clean.The room in every flat has a smart tv with youtube which is really good.Overall very good must try
