I am a very frequent traveller for work and for leisure. I've stayed at many Accor hotels around the world, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman, Ibis, etc. I can say without a doubt this was my worst experience at a Novotel in my 20 years of traveling. The hotel reception was generally unhelpful, the hotel was dirty both in the rooms and in the lobby and common areas, and there was a loud bar operating until late into the night on the ground floor that was completely unpleasant. It was also unbelievably overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, and I was disappointed to find out how low the quality of the hotel was when I arrived and when I could have booked something only ten minutes away for less money. Coming to Abu Dhabi for the first time, I really expected to have a good experience, but the hotel really did not inspire me to come back. The only redeeming quality about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was actually a good value for the money compared to other places I've stayed. Unless you have points and can stay here for free, or your company is paying because they have a special discount, I would not choose this hotel.

Stayed with the Family for 9 nights in 2 Connected Rooms. The Rooms were Clean but the Furniture is not well maintained and warn out (i.e. Sofa Bed Couch and Chairs). Rooms Included water Kettle and Tea Sachets, we called Room Service for Coffee Sachets and they replied that it was not Included, which was a bit surprising! Luckily, there is a supermarket in the Building Complex where you can get this simple addition to the Complimentary tray in the Room (Coffee) otherwise the Cost of Ordering a cup of coffee to the room would be AED25. The Next Morning, we attended our Breakfast at the NEA restaurant, which was satisfactory but we left the restaurant with a Distinct Smell of Fried Oil on our Clothing and Hair. The Next Day, Same Story, so we Left a Complaint to Fix the Ventilation System. One Day was too unbearable so we had to miss Breakfast and go somewhere else. Fridays and Saturday Nights in your room, you will have to Listen to Loud Music from the Terrace Bar from 7:30pm to 10:30pm (Acceptable Timing but inconvenient). Service People, attendants and supervisors are very kind and welcoming.

Although the room car pp et floor are badly damage and there lots of stains on the carpet floor. You get decent glass bottle of water and clean bedsheets for a good night sleep

I Always prefer to stay at Novotel Hotel when ever i am in Abu Dhabi. A Comfortable Rooms with Free Breakfast for my family. A great newly renovated all weather swimming pool. It’s cold at summer and warm at winter time! A nice gym and spa massage. Thank you!
