Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and found it to be good value for the money. I opted for the half-board option and thoroughly enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast offerings. The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the gym facilities were excellent, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine during my stay. However, the biggest drawback was the smell of cooking from the dining area, which spread all the way to the lobby. Unfortunately, this lingering smell often made my clothes smell bad after spending time in the lobby. Despite this inconvenience, I still had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the overall value provided by the hotel.

Would not recommend for business stays. Expected more for the price paid.

Its not great. Other hotel chains offer better service for a little higher price and got more amaneties within the room. The quality of the room and the cleanliness is more superior. Your rooma lack ironing machines, your AC is either too hot or too cold regardless of how I change thermostat. Gym is quite good but the sauna/jaccuzi/ steam room are not hot enough to enjoy the experience. Your breakfast quality and variety is below expected standards from 4 stars hotel.

I have a few concerns regarding my recent stay at the hotel. First, when we arrived, the payment was debited from our account, but we were told it would be canceled and refunded. However, as of now, we still haven't received the refund, which has made the booking process quite inconvenient. Secondly, the room we stayed in had some issues. The lights in the living room were not working at all, so we had to rely on a single lamp for lighting. After a long day of travel, we didn’t feel like reporting it, so we just left it. Additionally, the face wash basin had a drainage problem, as the water took over 30 minutes to drain after use. Finally, we arrived late at night around 2 AM and were quite hungry. When we ordered food, we requested cutlery and plates from the restaurant, but they provided paper plates. Considering we paid for our stay, we expected normal glass plates and proper steel cutlery. After making several calls and waiting nearly 20 minutes, they finally provided the requested items. Overall, our experience with the hotel’s amenities was disappointing, and it certainly didn’t meet our expectations.
