The staff were really good. In pepper resutrant namely John, Toe Toe, Pratyush, Shivakumar, Albert, Chef Maya and Prataap were really kind and friendly. House keeping Dhan and Hasta, reciption Piumi were equally good and kind. I would like to than all these staff for making my stay memorable.

Seamless experience from the front desk who were very courteous during all interaction and assisted with a speedy check-in and check-out, special mention to the Indian lady from the reception, the Arabic gentlemen she was working with and Jay from the morning shift. Housekeeping and the whoever was responding to the WhatsApp messages took long to reply, sometimes the room phone was not answered whenever I dialed 0 it took long to pick up more than 5minutes ringing. I had requested a face towel through the WhatsApp platform and it took them an hour to deliver the item to the room and when they delivered the items, the towels were worn out and I doubt anyone can ever use that particular towel on their face (they delivered a tired body towel instead) I couldn’t ask them to change it again because I don’t want to wait for another hour before they can deliver. I dialed 0 and asked them to inform valet to bring the car upfront as I was running late for a meeting and the staff that answered the call interrupted the request by saying ‘sir we have no valet service in the hotel’ where as I was in possession of a valet ticket given to me upon arrival. Overall the property had good architecture but the furniture from the room needs to be refurbished too. Housekeeping also needs to do thorough checks before allowing the guests to check as the iron in the room was not working and the coffee mugs on the coffee station were not properly washed (when you pour water an oily substance foams ontop).

''Very Good / Unforgettable stay''

I can say that this hotel is very nice, the cleaner staff are very polite and hard working, the food is very good, I stayed there for a self-quarantine (Covid-19) government / company rules purpose, they delivered the food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) in a professional way/manner and it is on time at least. Actually I stayed only inside the room 912 for 7 days self-quarantine purpose, however I enjoyed my stay, the furniture and all the other things inside the room are nice and still looks new. All the bathroom items are from ''GROHE'' Germany manufacturer which is one of the best bathroom accessories brand in the world. The sofa looks old, when I came on my first day I got itchiness because of the two small square pillows on the sofa, while the bed items is nice, however it looks new at least. The TV is a SMART TV, you can watch YouTube directly just by using the remote control device, there is wired Ethernet connection directly to TV to access the internet which is a professional service. Wi-Fi services is good, I am getting around 50 Mbps and above from my iPhone 6 and my laptop devices. I brought a CAT6A Ethernet UTP cable because I was expecting that I can get a wired Ethernet LAN connection from the free Internet socket on the office table but I requested to the Reception / Maintenance but they said they need the MAC address of my device then they will give the wired connection which is I don't think that it is necessary, and I don't like because it is an act for breaching my privacy ( customers privacy ), I recommend that it is not required because the other Hotels are not like that, they will not collect the MAC address of your device. Basically if you give the MAC address of your device, the IT Engineer can see all your online activity e.g. Bank Transactions, Social Networking (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp) which is really unnecessary. And I recommend that the Receptionist must give automatically the Information Invoice during check-out, some people they forgot to ask it, like for our situation we need to show that Information Invoice prior to travel via Airport to the Offshore sites / fields. It is a bad experience for me when I check-out, I just asked if I can get one of the form as a proof to show in the Airport and the Receptionist (Reception Duty Manager) acts very badly / spoke badly in a bad way not a professional way. I checked out on 29 March 2021 at around 8:00 AM. I can say I like everything in the Hotel premises but when it comes with that Reception Area (Reception Duty Manager I think, I am not sure what is his position) I choose / decided not to come back in that Hotel.
