The room was ok. Nice cozy bed. Friendly staffs. Neat rooms. Eco Friendly. But it would be better if my room have the smart tv. I guess some rooms are but the one in my room is only normal tv hook in cable. Aside from that, everything is ok. Also, if they can have coffee inside the room aside from the complimentary tea. Also if they can have a small ref to store some stuff, i think mine was lock.

We all love vacations... we stayed for 1 nights in Novotel Abu Dhabi for short vacation.... we enjoyed everything in Dubai as well as in hotel... The staffs are super co-operative.... I liked every single thing. I would like to thank front office Staff Abhishek for giving as upgrade and always try to find solution for everything. Novotel Abu Dhabi keep rocking

We stayed for 1 night unfortunately when we planned to check out we see its heavy rain and it was too difficult to drive back to Dubai. We appreciate the help of Ms. Hanecel even tho the hotel was full she gave as a room to stayed again till the rain done. We can't forget the kindness of your staff members thumbs 👍 ❤️

The pillows fluffiest. However, the AC control panel took some time to be acquainted with. Appreciate the initiative of biodegradable toiletries. However, house keeping need to understand they don't need to change the tooth brush everyday even though its wooden (not plastic)

Housekeeping was really amazing as well came from amaerica we didn’t expect this much of cleanliness we will get in our rooms and hk team was polite in nature working quality was spotless food was tasty property was new as we watch swimming pool was new we enjoyed very well Mr Rohit was helping in nature he help us every time he show us each and every corner of hotel to know what all facilities we will get from reception mouad and Abhishek was amazing check in was so easy keep it up guys
