We stayed in the Superior Queen room with sofa bed. Room is clean and housekeeping is top quality. I'm so glad that the hotel was so accommodating to all our requests. Room is of a good size to fit 2 adults and 3 children. The lobby is design is modern and chic. However, the location of the hotel is not in the downtown area hence, you'll need a short Uber or Careem ride to get to places. We enjoyed our stay and won't mind returning again next time.

Am a member in accor , and when we went to the hotel no one was there to take the luggage, i booked a room for twin bed and the receptionist told me we don’t have, i asked her to check again and again then suddenly she said yes there’s!! , we went to the room and half of the lights were not working and we called them they send the maintenance, we told them just give us 5 mins and come back to fix it because we are going, when we came back no one fixed anything!! , and in the morning the electricity shut down! And also no one informed us that it will be down from 12-3 pm , we called the them and we asked why no one informed us about that when we are doing check in! , after waiting for one hour they said we will give you another room just to prepare your self , anyways we are going to do check out at 1 pm, so i went to the other room just to prepare my self , and the key was not working for the first room, i went down to the reception asking them for a key for the first room asking them that i want a key just to take out my luggage, they said no room under your name?!!! Again waiting and waiting ! , then i spoke with the manager and what he did? He said i will come with you to the room ( like he want to check if these are really for me?!! ) like for god sake you are a good hotel how did they do such thing?!! And also for the check out no one came to take the luggage and we carry them to the car ! I will never book again in this hotel and i will not recommend it to anyone!! It was the worst hotel ever!!

I know there is some maintenance works happening within the hotel but the electricity was shut down more than 4 hours, there was no hot water to take a proper shower I called them twice to fix it and then the water return to be cold, I liked that it's quiet but even though the money paid is really expensive

Lovely full-service hotel, and one of the nicer Novotel properties that I have visited. Executive rooms are specious with comfortable bed and generous size bathroom. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and fresh. Rimsha at the front desk was welcoming and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again.
