excellent room given to me, this is my second time staying in Abis and both times were excellent. I will visit in second week of November. I liked the ladt room issued to me, and the reception was wonderful.

I would like to tell that I was staying at your hotel on 10th August to 11st august, it was just a night, when I checked in I asked bell boy to help me to take my luggage to my room and suddenly he said ma'am its self service in Ibis so I took luggage to my room as I was a single lady traveller then also he didn't help me. So I wanted to inform that if you have a guest please don't say NO to them as I m also a hotelier so I know everything about hotel and how it works. Housekeeping was great Thanks, Priya S..

At Ibis, we strive to provide a lovely experience for every customer, therefore your feedback is very important to us. However please be informed that at Ibis, being a 3-star hotel or economy-scale hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. Please be informed that the services and amenities which we provide conform to the International brand standards of Ibis, being a budget-friendly hotel brand. A shower gel is provided in our rooms which can be used as soap or shampoo. All other essential & basic toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. With regards to your comment about the bell boy service, we regret to advise that we do not provide porter service, which is also not given being under the ibis brand umbrella. However, we do have trolleys in the lobby area which our guest can use to transport their luggage. We apologise for the inconvenience but we do hope this information will be useful for any future visit. We are sorry if the ibis' concepts did not live upto your expectations. I had a good stay though the facility is still located within a developing precinct of the city. The staff were so courteous!. of note was the rug on the lobby which was not well laid. The floor finishing/carpet on the lobby/corridor was bad. Also, the lighting around the reception and entrance should be improved. That of novotel was fantastic. In addition, the TV in the room was just too small

We are very disappointed coz the air conditioner doesn’t work well.The bed was itchy when I got home my body full of rashes specially my arms and legs. Will never returned in this hotel again.

I book at this hotel mainly due to its convenient location. Every time I book, I cross my fingers so that I end up in a well maintained room. The hotel has a low level of maintenance and needs follow up on house keeping. I had to request a room change even though I arrived late at night and was very tired. Being a Gold member does not really make a big difference. I should mention though a remarkable employee; Raj Solanki, who tried his best and attended to my concerns.
