Dear Valued Guest, Your feedback regarding the check-in process and room conditions has been taken seriously. At Ibis, being a 3-star hotel or budget-friendly hotel, we have limited services and cozy rooms but we provide full value for money spent. Please note that some services, like porter service or bellboy service is not part of the Ibis brand promise and thus, this service is not available. We are constantly upgrading our room amenities and Television is a part of it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we do hope this information will be useful for any future visit. Should you require to book another stay in future, you may also consider booking at our other 4-star property, Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel which offers an upscale rooms and service. In regards to your booking cancellation we found that booking was cancelled as per T&C and you can find out more details with the booking partner. Our team member tried to found out the booing details and then assisted you with new booking and breakfast was added as requested. However this process delayed you check-in experience and we apologize for that. Furthermore, the issues you have highlighted about the room conditions are not reflective of the standards we uphold. We continually strive to improve our guest experience and your feedback is invaluable in this process. It is regrettable that we were not able to make your stay enjoyable this time.
