Some minor issues. Much appreciated if the hotel provide pair of disposable sleepers. And always check if equipments inside are functioning. Kettle is not working last time but they immediately provide replacement.

First i booked through the call center and told the call center women that i need to book a twin bed room when i got to the hotel I paid and went to the room i got a single bed, after that i went to the reception they told me that the call center booked a single bed and there is no twin bed available for this day. The other thing is the room service guys they make noise out side the rooms they made me wake up from my sleep i had to go talk to them to reduce their voice.

The room was not clean full of hair every where , i took some photos of the hairs around and i was about to publish them in public, there was no slippers or tissue or coffee i had to request them , the room too small and the water was weak , hair dryer is old and useless , not good experience at all
