Firstly, no blanket was provided in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during the night. Additionally, the room lighting was very dim, making it difficult to carry out basic activities comfortably. Moreover, the heater was not working, which further added to the inconvenience. I kindly request the management to address these issues to improve the comfort and experience of future guests.
