It was nice stay, I would like to recommend IBIS hotel every one coming to Abu Dhabi for business or personal work. Rooms are neat and clean, food is excellent, staff are really cooperative. Location is nice and peaceful too.

I had a good stay though the facility is still located within a developing precinct of the city. The staff were so courteous!. of note was the rug on the lobby which was not well laid. The floor finishing/carpet on the lobby/corridor was bad. Also, the lighting around the reception and entrance should be improved. That of novotel was fantastic. In addition, the TV in the room was just too small

We are very disappointed coz the air conditioner doesn’t work well.The bed was itchy when I got home my body full of rashes specially my arms and legs. Will never returned in this hotel again.

I book at this hotel mainly due to its convenient location. Every time I book, I cross my fingers so that I end up in a well maintained room. The hotel has a low level of maintenance and needs follow up on house keeping. I had to request a room change even though I arrived late at night and was very tired. Being a Gold member does not really make a big difference. I should mention though a remarkable employee; Raj Solanki, who tried his best and attended to my concerns.

The website that booked gave me wrong information that you hVe shuttle pick up from Airport. So I was travelling alone for the first time and did not know what to do. Sis not have money and means of transportation. That inconvenience me and scared me to travel with an unknown person without money. Please put genuine information on the site.
