It was a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in. Ms. Rana at the reception was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of delicious food, and all the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming. We were also very impressed with the room service—the delivery was fast, and whenever we called, our requests were answered immediately. Overall, we had an excellent stay.
