As compare to the other hotel's like marriot I'm not satisfied with the overall the hosts and other guys at the reception was very good as well as the overall staff but some services like sleepers + dental kit and other thing should be free for all the customers like in Marriot.

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer, therefore your feedback is very important to us. However please be informed that at Ibis, being a 3-star hotel or economy-scale hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. All the amenities we provide in the room conform to the International Brand Standard of ibis Brand, being a budget-friendly brand. Other essential & basic toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. Furthermore, ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel which is an economy-scale hotel is no comparison to a hotel like Fairmont which is a luxury brand. We at Accor Hotels has offers for everybody’s requirements starting from economy-scale or budget hotels to Midscale or luxury experiences. We as a 3-star economy-scale hotel cannot offer the facilities what Fairmont offers, and accordingly the facilities or the services varies from hotel brands to hotel brands and therefore there cannot be a comparison between 3 and 5 stars. Overall stay was satisfactory though there are some key points for improvements: 1. No safe in room - major issue which cause me to to reserve the ibis on my next arrival 2. Unsteady room cleaning mainly missing towels from day to day 3. Breakfast is nice though you can add green olives

You people are taking advantage from needful people. People already in trouble looking for shelter and food, Once they will call or reach in hotel they will be welcome with big reqiurements like, normal room rent is AED150, now you are in trouble that's why we will charge you with AED 400/+- if you need food +100 more or less, its all depend on the mode of the hotel management. Kindly donot take orver advantage from the needful people by indirect robbing. People are alrady in bad trouble. They left their rooms and looking for shelter. Kindly help them. Thanks a lot. I booked a 1 BR apartment for weekend staycation. We arrived late for the check in and asked for a late check out for the following day. We were granted a good late check out 3pm. It would have been great if it was 4pm like how our time were extended on previous stays at Marjan Islands/Fairmont Ajman and Fujeirah. Reason why I start booking staycations at any Le Accor hotels is due to late checkouts being granted. Anyway, experience was still great as there are welcome drinks for us, room was fine. Will surely book again the apartment room if checking in with few number of friends.

Here are some points for your feedback: 1. Wifi quality was terrible especially on cell phones. I was in room 1107. 2. Laundry rates are very very high 3. With regards to your comment about wifi, please be informed that we offer a very decent wifi speed to our guests. We have checked the wifi signal from the room and seems that all are in order. We also did not receive any complaint from other guests who stayed on the same room number. In addition, our laundry and room service rates are very competitive and are in par with the market rates and other hotels with the same star category. Kindly be informed that the services which we provide to the guests conform to the international brand standard of ibis, being an economy-scale brand. We regret to advise that we do not provide porter service, which is also not given being under the ibis brand umbrella. However, we do have trolleys in the lobby area which our guest can use to transport their luggage. We apologise for the inconvenience but we do hope this information will be useful for any future visit.
