Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it\'s apparent in this case that we fell short. Our website in fact indicates that we have a restaurant. It also indicates in the text that this restaurant is opened from monday to thursday. During summer season (from april to september), it will open also on fridays but not for the moment. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Bonjour, Nous vous remercions de votre commentaire et de vos remarques. Ceux-ci sont toujours appréciés lorsqu'ils sont constructifs et aidants. Nous pouvons ainsi en profiter pour nous remettre en question et continuer à améliorer la qualité de nos services. Concernant la possibilité de surclassement, celle-ci n'est pas automatique et soumise à disponibilité. Nous ne pouvons que supposer que le soir de votre séjour cela n'était pas possible. Notre établissement est bien évidemment totalement sécurisé. Un code d'accès est nécessaire à l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée durant la nuit. Si une enveloppe a été déposée à votre intention c'est uniquement pour vous éviter toute attente le temps que notre réceptionniste se charge de tâches qui nécessitent de quitter le poste de réception temporairement. Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié cette attention. Pour ce qui est de notre petit déjeuner, celui-ci est entièrement conforme aux exigences de la marque IBIS STYLES excepté pour la machine à jus d'orange qui était malheureusement en panne. Nous en sommes navrés mais bien sûr ce n'était aucunement volontaire ni délibéré. Nous proposons toute une gamme de pains( 5 variétés au choix), viennoiseries (3 variétés), céréales (3 variétés), miel, sirop d'agave, boissons végétales, fruits frais et fruits secs, graines diverses pour agrémenter nos yaourt nature et autre fromage blanc, ... Nous confirmons également la présence de pâte à tartiner éco responsable. Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas bénéficié de la prestation à laquelle vous aviez droit et espérons regagner votre confiance pour un prochain séjour à Chinon. Cordialement, La direction
