We enjoyed our stay in Chino which is a smart little town but Accor are missing a trick with this Ibis. Why can’t they smarten the hotel up a bit? It’s really tired and run down. The pool was a welcome relief in the heat and the reception and dining areas have been updated but the outside and rooms badly need a spruce up. If this was up to a Novotel standard like the one in Amboise it would be so much better and nicer. The staff also were stressed as only one person was working on the reception and bar area at any one time. Especially over a weekend when the hotel seemed busy! This hotel really could be fantastic but sadly it’s just a little bit sad.
