There is nothing to complain about here. Once you accept that you are using a budget hotel, and that means the minimum of facilities then move on. There is another hotel in this group just across town. The air conditioning and in house restaurant would be worth the additional cost. Breakfast at the weekend is quite adequate but mid week guests should be prepared for mini croissants and hot drinks from a machine. There was filter coffee and normal sized croissants provided on the weekend

Facilities are very old and poorly maintained. Shower water pressure was so low it made it impossible to shower. Thre was an infestation of termites in the room that we found our luggage covered with in the morning

Was good. There was a really hot day, and no air conditioning, but staff provided me with a fan.

Stayed for actually 3 days because the region has quite a lot to be seen. Perfect base at a good price and ABOVE ALL ibis welcomes my little dog as almost mowhere else. Excellent for traveling. I always stary to seach inis hotels whenever i travel . I found it is the best for stopovers and even a bit longer.

Nice budget hotel, staff friendly, no air cond but was offered a fan, although a little noisy. Nice Italian restaurant down the road and recommended. Comfortable

Perfect stopover while traveling from Portugal to England. Stayed 3 nights to see the beautiful area of Poitou and Loire. Ibis is the only place I am sure my little dog is welcome so I usually go whenever I travel .

The stay over there was OK even though there was no air conditioning. I am expecting renovation is necessary until I am going to visit there next time. The loaction was good enough because my customer is located next to you.

Our expectations of a large group such as Ibis were high so we were very disappointed that the hotel did not have air conditioning in the rooms. We would have expected to be told that information on booking. We were there for the extremely hot conditions that were a feature of the end of June and it led to a very hot and uncomfortable night. The receptionist did his very best for us - he supplied us with a fan and some water. Ibis hotels now go to the bottom of our list when we look for future overnight stays.

Clean and comfortable.

As a budget hotel the facilities are basic but perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and the breakfast was good. Our only problem was finding the hotel as it was further down the road than expected. However, the receptionist was able to talk us through on the phone - his English was good - and he was patient.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and bright, the bed clean and comfortable, the shower clean and hot and the dog loved the big, grassy area outside. We needed a stopover on the way from Spain to the UK and this Ibis Budget was perfect.

Absolutely no problem. The room was clean and fresh, there was a perfectly acceptable breakfast, and a 15% discount voucher for a nearby restaurant. Railway line behind was a bit noisy.

We stayed the previous night at the Ibis budget hotel in Bayonne and having had a pleasant stay there, booked the following night here. We were very disappointed with the size of the room. Very tiny and almost nowhere to put the dog bed. The beds were just chipboard bases and the mattresses slipped around on them. The bathroom was old fashioned, very small and only had a shower curtain round a very small shower. However we did like the large grounds for exercising the dog. Would not stay in this hotel again.
