If you are attending Koeln Messe the location could not be better. It is only a 15-20 minute walk into the town.

Booked the hotel purely because of walking distance proximity to Gebäude 9 concert venue and Köln Messe station. Very quiet, peaceful area, warm welcome from reception, lovely cool air conditioning on what was a very hot day, lovely comfortable bed, great shower, bargain price of 45 EUR in the height of summer in Köln. As an ALL Accor loyalty member, these prices will keep me coming back!

We booked 2 nights first then add a third night. Had no problem to get the same room for the three nights. Easy and very friendly communication with the staff of the hotel. The room was perfect for the price. Clean, safe, practical. An extra stool and a small table would be a very nice addition.
