Very cold room, AC does not work while outside temperature was - 5 degrees in Cologne. Reception staff was kind and offered an electric heater.

Entschuldigen möchten wir uns für das Heizproblem im Zimmer. Wir versichern Ihnen, dass das Erlebte kein Regelzustand des Hotels darstellt und haben uns den Fancoil im Zimmer 116 angeschaut. Dabei mussten wir feststellen, dass dieser Luft gezogen hatte und das warme Wasser entsprechend nicht richtig ankam. Diesen Mangel konnten wir beseitigen. Dennoch fragen wir uns, ob dieser Mangel 9 Punkte Abzug in der Hotelbewertung gerechtfertigt, oder ob es ein Missverständnis bei dem Bewertungssystem gab. Sie gaben uns nämlich nur 1 von 10 Bewertungssterne und würden uns nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Da uns ihre Bewertung wichtig ist, würden wir uns über eine kurze Rückmeldung freuen, ob der eine Bewertungspunkt gewollt war. Vielen Dank! Place at prime place however cot and mattress wasn’t cozy which made me suffer with body pains.

Reservation was done by web. Room was ok, but we miss one sink towel for a two people room. There were two towels for shower and just one for sink. We were 1 day before for 3 nights at other I is budget in Belgium and there were 2+2 towels. Room was clean and well kept as this is not a new hotel. Staff was nice and they speak English and other languages. Parking was little for its surface as there were permanent cars parked inside with blocking devices in some parking spots, so capacity was reduced around 40%. For just one night it was ok.

The Room was clean but very basic, had to request additional towels and pillows, which the hotel provided. Secure location to leave luggage which was very helpful. The room could have done with Tea and Coffee making facilities, or be available to make for guests in reception free of charge (similarly to Premier Inn Hubs) as the drinks were expensive to purchase individually.
