The Room was clean but very basic, had to request additional towels and pillows, which the hotel provided. Secure location to leave luggage which was very helpful. The room could have done with Tea and Coffee making facilities, or be available to make for guests in reception free of charge (similarly to Premier Inn Hubs) as the drinks were expensive to purchase individually.

Easy to find, close to public transport and the centre of cologne.nice friendly staff only let down was there was nowhere to put your clothes the pillows were awful and no kettle in your room to make a drink.

We arrived late and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the basics covered.
