We had a lovely time at your hotel, the comments are personal. The reception and breakfast waiting staff were exceptional. A kettle would have been lovely not everyone is a coffee drinker It was lovely but I would have preferred to have been in the hotel and not the annex, I was not aware until arrival, It wasn’t in my understanding when booking.

The hotel was clean, but the facilities were poor for a city hotel and for the price paid. A single bed and basic amenities and across the road from the main hotel. I feel this wasn't good value for money Reception was helpful Facilities are basic for the price Good selection for breakfast There are no bar facilities, just a vending machine
