Lovely breakfast, staff (especially the man on the morning shift) and spa. Thank you massively for letting me check in early. I appreciate it and you. Spacious room but lights in main room stopped working which was a little annoying. Every need was met. Thank you It was a little hidden from Central Cologne, and a little bit out of the way to return when the sun had set. Breakfast was exceptional! Great to have a pay as you go bar 24/7

I would stay here again. I truly have nothing negative to say. Great staff. Convenient location. Great room experience. Clean, safe, aesthetic, and modern. They had filtered water at the front entrance, and there were clean glass bottles you could use and drink as much as you wanted. That was a great and unique amenity I've never seen before. The room was spacious, plenty for my wife and me. Bed was comfortable and warm. Shower was nice, and amenities were plenty. I really enjoyed the staff. They didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to make it a great stay. More coffee? No problem. Need directions? Here ya go. The girl at the welcome desk was patient with me as I practiced my German. When I reached the end of my German vocabulary, she gladly switched back to English, which I don't feel she should have to do. And, they all helped with a smile. Cologne is a large city, so getting around can be a long walk. Or, you can utilize the great public transportation. It was easy to find stations and bus stops. We had to do some laundry, and we were easily able to walk to a laundromat. I have nothing negative to say. Great place. Amenities were sufficient, room was clean, staff was great, location was good. We grabbed a few snacks, which was nice to have available. We did not eat at the restaurant. We didn't use the bar. It was a very modern look and made me feel like I was paying a great price but getting a really nice place.

This hotel is nice. Our only concern was the very loud construction in an adjacent building that was tremendously loud and began at 7 am. Maybe if we had a room on the other side of the building the noise would have been decreased. We were in the second building.

Very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. It was otherwise a perfect stay, and the staff at region were amazing. The first night the room was perfect. Then someone messed with the AC and set it to heating. I asked them to check the AC, they didn’t bother till the night before check out after a second time of insisting. I was right the AC had been set to heating. They gave me some BS answer when I asked them initially. I am familiar with the AC system that they are using, so I knew what I was talking about. The cleaning lady into the room when I was naked. I had a do not disturb sign. Her concern was check out time, it was around 12.30, and I had asked for late check out till 1:00 pm. Can’t believe this happened. Never been hassled like this for check out by cleaning staff, let alone while being naked. Unacceptable.
