It was great overall, only one minor thing, The hotel doesn't have triple rooms, thus, Me My wife and my 13 years old daughter got the family offer of 2 rooms with (with 50% discount of the second room rate), this is great, but not having connecting rooms is very annoying, in most of the hotels with this similar case they do provide connecting rooms so the family can spend time together and have easy access to each other, as the rooms are spacious, I asked for an additional bed in one of the 2 rooms (while i declared that I will still pay for the 2 rooms) but the hotel mentioned that they don't have additional beds, that was really very strange and really annoying, I had to use the room key to go back to my room each night and return back in the morning, taking everything of mine with me each time i move, you should reconsider this. This is an advise from a Chief Development and Investment Officer in a multinational real estate company owns and operate hotels in addition to other several asset classes

Hotel facilities, staff and breakfast were really good! Parking price was the expected price for such a hotel (21 euros per day) and the garage was pretty easy to access. The hotel is very well located in terms of transportation and closeness to the city center. The rooms were good, but I think the only down point was the toilet door, we had no privacy at all. It’s a glass door and instead of having a doorknob, it's just a hole to slide the door through. You can literally hear everything the person is doing there. Wouldn’t expect this for a 4 stars hotel.

All great, from check in, stay, until check out. All Staff are very frienldy and helpfull, got room upgraded and nice balcony, great and comfortable bed, clean room, near Metro and near shops. walk distance to Neumarkt shopping mal. Thanks for giving me great stay after horrible stay in Pullman Brussels.
