very dates hotel, first room smelled so bad had to change, tiles missing in roof, im an Accor Gold member no room upgrade denied late check out even though hotel not full - would avoid and opt for cheaper Novotel if visited again - stall friendly though

Great location, friendly staff, good sized rooms. Appreciated the Christmas mulled wine for members, very nice touch!! Unfortunately on the day of checkout, at 9.45am a staff member walked into our room and yelled check out. They continued to leave the door open while we tried to tell them we were still in bed. Check out was not until 12pm so I tried to ring reception to ask why someone had come into our room but could not get through. Other than this, a great stay
