It was good. House keeping on first night did not replenish coffee, cups or glasses. This was reported to reception but nothing happened interns of rectifying the situation on the day ( Sunday)

We went for the Christmas markets. Excellent location, amazing service. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms and comfortable. Very good to the price!

Overall, we had a good stay. We appreciated the spaciousness and quiet atmosphere of the Privilege Suite. However, the water and coffee system was a bit frustrating — the water alternated between sparkling and still without clear consistency. When I asked at reception if we could exchange it for still water, the response was unfortunately quite rude and unwelcoming. I also requested large cups since those provided after the first day were not replaced; while someone attended to it once, the issue persisted afterward. Lastly, the strong air freshener used during cleaning made it difficult for me to breathe comfortably because of my asthma.
