Everything worked smoothly and the colleague who helped me to check in was really really nice and friendly. But…. We booked this hotel because the check out time was at 12pm. We were disturbed at least four times in the morning due to room cleaning, and at the last time only after one of the staff members noticed our checkout time was noon did they finally agree to put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. This experience was truly exhausting, as we really needed sleep, and the constant interruptions even gave us a mild headache.
