We go here most years, central location, loads of food outlets nearby for all tastes and budgets. Loads of other shopping outlets and bank machines(Geldautomaten).Hotel is very clean with new large size TV in our room. Staff very friendly and helpful. What more would you want. :)

The hotel is nice, though some areas needs a bit renovation. Bed is comfortable, and the rooms are very silent. Staff is super efficient and nice. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Location is not so fancy, but there's a bus leading to the city center in 10 minutes, or you can be there with a 15-20 minutes walk.

I have no complains about the stay, there is only one point about the bathroom drain blockage in room 251. please address such small issues its not a big complaint from my end because we enjoyed our stay at this place.

The room was pleasant and had all I needed. Checking in and out was efficient and the staff helpful. I liked the "African" theme, though some of the decorations looked a little "tired". I would have appreciated a suitcase stand and a refrigerator/cooler that actually cooled the contents. The bathroom was well-appointed and the shower efficient but it was not easy to get in and out of the bath/shower, due to the fixed screen and inadequate handrails; I was quite concerned about slipping when getting out in particular.
