Overall okay and priced adequately. However always the same stupid misses: you have to fill in again all your data at check in which are in your file (why other hotels can get the data and this one not?), no soap in the shower (but just shampoo), no lotion, A/C controller does not work (but the temperature was okay)… also no room upgrade as All Gold with an empty hotel in July…

Mostly apathetic staff, seemed disinterested in any issues raised. Some efforts appreciated by one member of staff who tried to support when query raised. Room smelled disgusting- smoke filled. Non smoking room asked for. Was told it would be 'sprayed' by a neutralising spray! Cold water; not bothered to tell guests there were problems. Found out the hard way! Then, when it was back on again, items removed from room! Not helpful at all. Really spoiled our trip.
