The stupidest hotel gave me a card with another match with the wrong address, I spent €65 on a taxi and they didn't even want to give us money back and it was their fault! There are 3-4 mercury hotels in Koln, I don't recommend them

Overall, the stay was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the floor drain in the bathroom, which affected the comfort a bit. Additionally, for a four-star hotel, it would be nice to have proper glassware and a teaspoon instead of paper cups. Small details like these make a difference.
