Enjoyable stay, staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Restaurant food was excellent, room was comfortable. Definitely not a 10 minute walk from the station as indicated on the website though; more like 25 minutes.

We paid for an early check in (10:00am) and our room was not ready when we arrived at 10:00. We were travelling with a 11month old baby. We were told we would be reimbursed the early check in fee we paid, by two separate persons. We still have not received the reimbursement.

The hotel was clean. The rooms clean but very basic. Water temperature in the shower was temperamental. Bar was nice with friendly staff.
