This Pullman hotel has a standard that exceeds other hotels of the Pullman brands but so far I have benefitted from rates that have been comparable to those of more basic hotel of the Accor brand. This time I had invited a friend from Sweden and I had a request for two rooms with a connecting door on a high floor, which was honoured. He called me a genius for getting this luxury for a reasonable price. We both appreciated the generous breakfast until 12.

Bit of a mixed bag. Great to get an early check in at late notice, but didn’t receive the gold status welcome amenity. Minibar was not replenished, but more annoying was the fact after noticing this I asked for it to be replenished and was told no problem it will be, but then nothing happened and it was still not done. Bed and pillows were great, room was quiet and nice temperature, good choice of tv channels, light controls next to the bed were excellent, and fast elevators. Main shower head pressure was terrible and seemed broken.

The location is close to the market, restaurants, and cafes; everything is nearby. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed is comfortable, but the pillows need changing. What bothered me about the hotel was the bathroom, which needs renovation. There is mold around the edges of the bathtub, water pools in the tub, the sink faucet has a residue, and the water temperature cannot be controlled. I hope the bathroom will be renovated according to these observations. I suggest removing the bathtub and replacing it with a shower area, replacing the sink and sink faucet, replacing the bathroom door so that it's on one side, and having the light switch on the outside of the bathroom.
