Lovely room, very friendly staff and very pleasant stay. We upgraded the room and were very happy with the size of it and the facilities. A shout out to housekeeping, service was excellent. Location great, was about 15 minute walk to Cathedral but a pleasant walk, close to one of the Christmas Markets, we visited them all on foot but plenty of transport options for anyone who struggles to walk. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Only negative and a very minor one, the lifts were very busy , especially at the weekend one of the three appeared to be out of action and there were no stairs as an alternative. Occasionally we waited a tad longer than we would expect. This aside would definitely stay again as we were very impressed by the hotel.

Overall a pleasant stay, only a few points that took away from the stay. 1.we had rooms 1011, 1001 and 5001. All rooms were supposed to be deluxe. Room 1011 did not feel deluxe compared to the other 2 rooms. We didn't have the coffee maker, or beers in the mini bar as the other rooms. The bath tub is also a ridiculously small bath for a deluxe room. Decor of the room was dated and damaged. Chipped wallpaper, door to bathroom rotten at the bottom. Paid extra for checking out late at 3pm, when checking with front desk they didn't know anything about it. When they did figure it out, housekeeping weren't notified and they came in the room at 12.45 trying to usher us out. Bed very comfortable and very good location.
