It once was a beautiful hotel. Unfortunately one feel’s everywhere that the hotelnwill be closing end of the year.

Long queue at reception while 2 receptionists were having a chat. I was asked 4 times to pay for breakfast on the Saturday although it should be included as being Diamond member. Reception said I was not Diamond at first. Dirty bed sheet with makeup marks when checking in. As it was late, I though they would change it the day after. But the next day, the sheet wasn't changed and still had the marks. I went to reception, queued for 15 min and receptionist said they will change the sheet immediately. 1 hour later, the sheet was still not changed. I also had to ask for a new tissue box as the one in the room was empty. So, well below expectations for a 4 star hotel.

The reception staff we dealt with were amazing, very polite and helped a lot. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was great. Great price for what we got. Would stay again.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and a serious incident occurred in the restaurant of this hotel while we were dining there. There was no communication or follow up by the hotel management to acknowledge the incident and to see if we were ok with what we had seen or experienced. The incident resulted in police interviews and they showed more concern than the hotel. I would have thought after a serious incident like this, the welfare of your guests would have been top priority. I am really questioning if I stay and support Accor hotels in the future.

Dear guest, The incident that occurred at the hotel bar was also entirely unforeseen for us and happened completely without warning that evening. Due to a large event taking place, security staff were already on duty; however, they too were attacked during the incident. The police were called immediately and arrived within minutes. The entire situation was recorded and documented accordingly. For our guests we immediately arranged room service. Two duty managers were on site and took care of our employees, ensured our guests were provided with food and beverages in the room, and coordinated the statements required by the police. As far as we are aware, you were again asked about your well-being during your check-out. Please accept our sincere apologies that we were not able to give you our full attention throughout the entire situation. Such an incident is not something we experience on a regular basis, and my team truly did their best to ensure that our guests could still have a pleasant stay despite these unexpected circumstances.
