It was a very pleasant stay at a high standard-hotel. Very friendly staff, and a lovely, clean room with a magnificent view of Cologne Cathedral. A truly delicious breakfast featuring fresh fruit and a wide selection on other delicacies. Located within a walking distance of the train station. Excellent for conferences and meetings.

Rather slow check in, reception staff when asking for a potential late check out was not accommodating and said for 1 hour it is 30€ with out even asking for how long. Very only rooms, no ventilation in Bathroom, the free minibar is a lovely touch. Sadly the 12th floor is permenantly closed. We skipped the room cleaning however the promised 100 points which is stated on the no room servicing card was never applied. Very strange that this was not honored even though it is written on the card. Overall is ok for a short stay.

No food available after 7:00pm which is not ideal and will prevent me staying again.
