Return visit to pullman Cologne. Location is good, close to the shopping area, touristic area, and a lot of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. This time I got a very nice room, with a refurbished bathroom area. Very good (rain) shower. Room. As spatious. Minibar (fee) with water, juices, beer), nice touch. Good bedcomfort. Noise insulation can be improved . Staff was friendly and helpfull. I didn t take breakfast, so can t comment on that. Overall price/quality : a good choice for a short stay in cologne centre.

1. The hair dryer was broken. 2. The bathtub was broken above the knob. Shower water went behind the bathtub. 3. The silicone lining at the bottom of the shower glass was simply gross 4. Above the sink at the wall was a lit of dust that must have been there for a long time due to its accumulation The rest was ok, room 1011 needs renovation and is not appropriate for your hotel stars. A big disappointment

Very clean room and great mini bar. One problem was that room service did not clean up old coffee cups and replace decaf coffee sachets every day.

After baking through the Accor App, my reservation was cancelled- for reasons unknown. The 2am staff greeted us warmly and made a new booking with no fuss but with plenty of understanding. Hotel is well located, well maintained and staffed with friendly people.
