Great location, nice rooms. However the carpark is very difficult to navigate. Very tight spaces. I have already caused damage to my roof where a pipe is very low and not made visible by warning tape.(This is next to the space with the large cooling fan).

Its a great hotel with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. Its close enough that you can stroll into the city easily. The bed is comfy and there is a always hot water for the shower. Would always book the Pullman if I'm in Koln

Room was ready when I came to check in.. Staff was amazing and very helpfull. Reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were extremely brilliant.

Hotel is a bit dated and the rooms could user a refresh. Shower was leaking (shower floor was wet when we came in), toilet is too low, the cabinets showed many signs of use. The room was way too hot and we couldn't cool it. Even with the airco on the lowest temperature setting and blowing hard, it was too hot. Breakfast was good.
