Positive points: - Hotel located near the city center - Modern room - Parking included with the hotel Negative points: - Poor soundproofing - Arrival on Sunday, departure on Wednesday morning -> room cleaned once (without specific request) - Very cold welcome with no smiles (except for the person who helped me with parking at the front desk in the morning) - Total refusal to provide the room before 3:00 p.m. despite premium status - A “restaurant” called LAB 12, closed from Monday to Wednesday - No dedicated check-in kiosk for ALL members - No personalized attention

As a flight attendant we all found the front desk staff to be dismissive and rude... they couldn't find out reservation they them there were billing mistakes... also what's with the shower...no shower doors so water gets all over the floor and who needs a window into the bathroom...the pullman won't be our first choice in the future as a very frequent flyer...

The hotel is very nice. We booked what seemed to be a room and breakfast rate online. On arrival at the hotel we were told that everything had been paid for. Reception did not tell us that we had a room only rate. We were charged €42 for breakfast food plus €10 for breakfast beverage plus €4 for restaurant beverage each day for our 2 night stay. Reception told us nothing can be done and it was our error. Either your website is misleading or Reception should be clear on arrival what has been paid for. We would not have eaten breakfast at the hotel if we had been told how expensive it would be.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife to explore the markets, the location to get this done is excellent. 20 min bolt ride from airport, this was far cheaper than uber and local cars. Check in was swift and offered a double bed as our provider had given us 2 singles at no extra charge. Tourist tax to pay of 5% of booking FYI. Our room was on the 7th floor with great views of the cathedral and the Ford fiesta ontop of the building. Clean free mini bar replenished daily. All amenities in shower area and most of all clean. My wife wasn’t a fan of the blind on the outside of the bathroom meaning you can play peeping Tom 😂. I didn’t…….huge windows free safe and plenty of room to unpack. A good nights sleep was had and I would definitely stay here again. We had breakfast included which was plentiful if I had an improvement better coffee machines/coffee as it wasn’t the best. The bar area is welcoming and staff ensure you’re drink is catered for.

We had an early train and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM. They kindly offered me an early check-in, so we were able to get my room well before the usual time. We really appreciated the helpful and accommodating service.
