Nice room with Kingsize bed. Room was located on the 11th floor. Free minibar with beer, water and soda and a small jar of sweet candied almonds. Clean room however a little dated for a Pullman. However the cord with baby/lullaby was a nice funny touch built into the headboard unit. Full bathroom with a 2nd 1/2 bath toilet and sink. Was expecting a little more of a welcome considering it was a Pullman and due to platinum status. At most Mercure and Novotel they provide a personalized welcome note from management so was surprised it was just a jar of nuts for the suite. I had to ask if any other perks were normal for a Pullman. No suites lounge and no hot tub or pool area, however the dry sauna and the wet sauna were nice. Complimentary cloth bath robes and throwaway slippers were provided. However the bathroom had scale build-up on the shower head and maintenance crew should address on a more frequent basis. As well, the TV had most options locked out so could not change the language to English on any German stations (if that option was possible by the broadcasting network). Another annoying issue was with 2 large flatscreen TV’s on opposite sides of the room divider, as soon as I changed channels on 1 TV it meant the other TV would turn on and disturb the person sleeping in the bedroom area. I was expecting more out of the Pullman from greeting, to recognition of my loyalty status, to wanting to help me in whatever way was possible. But in the end it just seemed like the same experience as an Ibis, or Mercure, or Novotel. The breakfast was good but I’ve seen bigger breakfasts and more options at other hotels. The breakfast staff worked very hard and kept the food items stocked and fresh. Fresh squeezed orange juice was nice along with other fresh juice options and ability to have cava with breakfast. Also the later weekend hours was great from 7am to noon. Took advantage of booking a massage with the recommended Service. It was quite nice but room was a little on the chilly side. Also outdated decor and more could be done to improve the ambiance. All the right bones are resent but it is the last finishing that could be improved. Overall a nice weekend away but not sure if I would run back to this same hotel versus trying to look for others as the experience did not blow me away. It was average which is why the rating provided reflects that opinion.

Very good expérience with the personnel. The sauna is Nice but the lockers are complicated to use. Many things were a bit old and not maintained in the bathroom (tap, doors, glass broken)

After having checked in online, I still had to wait in a long queue to get my room cards. Room was very nice and view excellent. But check-in process was disappointing.

The hotel is centrally located and offers a wonderful breakfast. Overall, it is in very good condition, though some details could use a bit of renovation. The reception staff is generally friendly and attentive, although one person was not particularly pleasant. During our stay, 2 out of the 3 elevators were out of service, although one of them was repaired on the same day. Nevertheless, the hotel is definitely recommended.
