I was given a Deluxe Room 700 and 701 The rooms were good Check in was smooth The only and biggest problem was one of the unhelpful ladies at the reception in the morning We extended our stay on 2 july which turned out to be a big mistake. We asked them to continue our rooms so that its easy for us to continue and also our checkout was scheduled till 3 pm as per the app and information given at checkin She denied the continuation of the room and also late checkout. She told that she wants the room by 12 and luggage to be put down by us. Which was a major problem and to add to this she eventually gave us 500,501 rooms which were deluxe rooms itself.But why she didn’t help and extend the room at first place. This was really unhelpful behaviour and wasted many hours for us. Do let me know what action you guys will take

From the beginning of your stay, both of your reservations were complimentary upgraded from Superior Rooms to Deluxe Rooms with a balcony and cathedral view. We were happy to offer these upgrades to make your stay more enjoyable. When you decided to extend your stay on 2 July, new reservations were created. At that time, we informed you in advance that it would unfortunately not be possible to remain in the same rooms, as they had already been allocated to other arriving guests. For this reason, we kindly asked that the rooms be vacated by the standard check-out time. You then requested rooms on the same floor, and we were able to accommodate this request. Afterward, you specifically asked for rooms with a balcony. Although the available rooms on the same floor were already Deluxe Rooms, they did not have balconies. To meet your preference, we once again provided a complimentary upgrade to Deluxe Rooms with a balcony. To make the room change as convenient as possible, I personally informed you that we would be happy to store your luggage during the transition and, if needed, arrange for a member of our team to assist with transporting it. As we did not receive any further request for assistance, you chose to bring your luggage downstairs yourselves. Once your new rooms were ready, my colleague from the reception personally delivered your luggage to your new rooms. We are sorry that the room change caused inconvenience during your stay. At the same time, we hope this explanation clarifies that our team made every effort to accommodate your requests and provide additional complimentary upgrades wherever possible, despite the limited room availability.
