Sehr geehrter Herr B., vielen Dank für Ihr positives Feedback zu unserem Standort und dem freundlichen Personal. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die Situation mit dem TV nicht gelöst werden konnte. Ihre Rückmeldung wurde als Mangelticket an den Anbieter weitergeleitet, damit er via Remote versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Leider hat die Rückmeldung seitens Anbieter gefehlt.
