The hotel is well located with a short walk to the city centre or the river front. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast was excellent and having coffee available throughout the day is a great idea.

The hotel was unprepared for their daily 3 pm check-in time. There were 8 parties sitting in their lounge area waiting for keys which only started being distributed at 3:30. And Id emailed asking about parking ahead of time but it took 16 days to hear back. Then the accommodations - the refrigerator in the room was off and open meaning we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool for hours. I chose the hotel for the cooking facilities and found them to be highly unsatisfactory. There was no skillet to cook on and the microwave had a sign saying to use it only for warming no cooking. The dishwasher didnt work. And they only provided one set of dishes & silverware so we had to wash it all every time we made food. If you need a place to cook I would not stay here.

I had an absolutely unpleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were beyond unprofessional and actively prevented me from meeting my family. To make matters worse, they deactivated my room card without warning, leaving my wife and daughter stranded outside the hotel at 11:30 PM. For a hotel to compromise the safety of a woman and child late at night is unforgivable. Their behavior was hostile and completely lacked basic human decency. "Clay" from hotel staff intentionally blocked my wife and daughter to go into their room and stopped other to help. He was very rude and had no manner to talk to a customer. He didn't had a decency to understand the situation and act accordingly. It was very stressful. I am in talk with my lawyer and possibly will take a legal action against the hotel. This was a pure harassment with my wife and 11 year old kid. It was pathetic. I would think ten time before I again visit the hotel or advise to my friends and family.

Really good location and facilities for a family stay, however it needs really good clean. There it’s loads of dust on every surface, food on the walls, the area around the toilet was disgusting. There had been a basic wipe down but nothing beyond that. Our room wasn’t made up for 4 people, it took lots of trips to reception to be given all the required bedding and towels and then we had to make the second bed ourselves. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
