Not a good experience at all, will probably not stay at adagio hotels again. Check in staff asked for my card at the hotel, but received an email days after my check out requesting for payment of the hotel stay. Typically, this would have been charged upfront during presenting my card during check in. Staff were not necessarily helpful, bf there wasn’t a receptionist at the counter during the nights. The property did not require a key card access at the main door nor the lifts - lacking security throughout. Accor Plus members are entitled to complimentary drinks - but redemption left a bad taste. We asked for water but were told that it needed to be offset with 2 redemption tickets as it was a larger bottle compared to other bottled drinks… Location wise, it is very far from the train station and city centre (about 20-30mins walk). If you are looking for a quiet and calm stay, do note that there are lots of children. Cleanliness wise, it was disgusting. The kettle in the room had mouldy water inside with particles floating. Apartment floor was extremely dusty and sticky. Towels were worn off and the shower product was a 3-in-1. Only good thing from this stay was the welcome snacks and bottle of apple juice given.

Although well located and good price won't come again. Cold room by night, broken heat system, very bad smell at the closet due to a mope and towels very bad quality.

The room was dirty. Weird stuff under the bed. The bathroom dirty and some items broken.

After our first room didn't suit, due to a broken refrigerator, Susanne got us set in a room that worked out beautifully. She was kind, patient, and resourceful and she took great care of us.

The location of the hotel was great for our purpose, Christmas markets and the staff were good. Things seem to have gone wrong from the start. -We arrived early and left our luggage in the storage but was not given tags for our luggage so when we returned the person we delt with had to ask the person who put our luggage away about our luggage. -2 days later we received a note under our door that the required paperwork for the hotel had not been filled out and had to stop at reception to do the paper work. -We found our room dirty, garbage on bathroom floor by the garbage can, top of garbage can very dusty. Bathroom sink faucet grimy and small magnifying mirror totally streaked ( cleaned ourselves). - We found the floor dirty and ended up wearing our shoes the whole time due to the dirt on the bottom of our socks. -The couch had numerus stains including one large stain. When sitting on the couch leaning on the back cushions of the couch the base kept sliding out into the room, so you could not sit back properly and relax. - There was only 1 pot and it was a roasting pot so we asked for another pot which we received but the inside of the glass lid had grease in it. (which we cleaned our selves). - in the kitchen we found in the holder for the dish soap a used toothbrush and partially used airline tooth past tube in the bottom of the caddy. -Had an issue with the use of the stove and look at the QR code in the suite, under the kitchen information and there is no information about the stove on the website that we were directed to. We also had to ask for dishwasher tabs, there were non provided in the suite. -The last evening went to have a cup of tea and found dirty cup in the cupboard that had derided tea (not stained) and sugar residue in the cup. -The last thing that pushed us over the top was that we closed the bedroom door on the final night of our stay and found a used towel from another guest hanging on the wall hook behind the door this thoroughly discussed us. Through our experience with this Aparthotel Adagio chain will never stay here again. Hopefully you can use this information to improve future guest experience.
