The lady that checked us in was very helpful and understanding regarding our situation as in reguards to parking as we had a truck which wasn’t easy to park, later on the guy who took over was very rude and dismissive about our situation and was not helpful at all so in the end we had to leave early as we had nowhere to park the truck
