Dear Mr. K., Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience you encountered when trying to register your parking ticket at our reception. We would like to clarify that the Adagio parking rate and the public parking rate are the same. The location where the payment is made therefore has no influence on the price. The same rate applies throughout this public underground car park. In some cases, the ticket reader does not function correctly, which means that the parking ticket is not properly registered as an Adagio guest ticket. We regret that this appears to have happened in your case. We would also like to inform you that the parking system is scheduled to be replaced in October 2026. The new barrier system, including the card readers, will use your vehicle registration number (license plate) to register the parking. In the future, you will therefore only need your vehicle registration number for payment, and there will no longer be a separate parking ticket.
