I have selected a 3 people apartment and the accomodation was really great, nice kitchen, nice layout, although no accessible bathroom that was requested in the reservation at the Accor website. But unfortunately I couldnt pay using my points, as I did in all other hotels in the week, as the front desk team was not aware about this process. I am still pending a solution from the front desk team to solve the issue.

Dear Mrs R., unfortunately we do not have one-bedroom apartments accessible for disabled guests, only our studios (for 2 people maximum) can accomodate that. Since we did not know you needed an accessible room, we could not anticipate and let you know about our possibilities. Regarding the payment with points, we are doing our best to provide you with an extensive and satisfactory response as soon as possible. good services and location. breakfast price quite high even if the variety was not at the top. Unluckily, the shower drain was not draining fast enough.
