We arrived after check in time, but for some reason, our room was still not ready. It took at least another 30 minutes. When we entered the room, the floors were dirty, and don't get me started on all the dust bunnies under the bed. Felt like apartment living with this place, but the pictures online make it look a lot bigger than it actually is. There was minimal space to put suitcases. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom. Limited counter space in the kitchen as well. Beds are comfortable, but the mattress toppers move around too much. I tried turning down the thermostat, but it was still quite warm. Kitchen stocked with the standard. We found some dishes that weren't cleaned very well in the cupboard. There was also an insect detector trap in one cupboard. This made me nervous about cockroaches. You are provided 3 dishwasher tablets and a small bottle of dish detergent. The water pressure sucks in the shower. You are pretty much standing underneath the shower head. There is a small drying rack in the bathroom. Housekeeping is only done once a week. There is a small play area, gym, paid laundry facilities (10€ to wash and dry, only 2 machines available) and a dining area that people use to sit and hang around in. Very convenient location wise - 2 laundromats nearby, large grocery store around the corner, numerous restaurants nearby, and 15 min walk to a few Christmas markets. Underground parking available for 27€/day. Lot not secured though; shared public lot, although there is a designated area for Adagio customers. Free toiletries include bulk shampoo/ body wash.

The apartment was good and had everything we needed. They also had baby bed/crib which was a plus, though ours was a bit broken. Location was ok. It would be good to have some indications about where to buy, what to do with litter and what to visit on the first day.

Good hotel, but rooms are a bit small. My one bedroom apartment was good, but the after the double bed in my bedroom it was not possible to close the room door. Room floor was cleaned, but there was no attention to the dust gathering on the side tables of the bedroom and on the work desk. My room did not get serviced during my stay which was a disappointment. Kitchen is well equipped.

The staff was very friendly and gave us advice about what’s most fun to do in the city. The room was nice, it had everything we needed. The location is amazing. It’s safe and really close by the center. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were staying at this property for two nights and we faced multiple issues - the night manager was extremely rude on two instances. I was waiting to do my laundry and I forgot my room card. He refused to give me the card on the basis that I need to show him my ID. He clearly knew I was a guest at the hotel and stated due to security reasons he will not issue me another card - we asked him for coins for running the laundry machine. First he told us there are no coins so my husband went outside to look for coins. Then the coils miraculously appeared. When I saw the coins I told him - to give me the coins and my husband is just outside and will give him the note. He refused again. Said no note no money. I fail to understand - we are guests at the hotel. Are we going to run away with 4 euros? - the room cards randomly stopped working on the next day of the stay - we again approached the night manager to check why have our cards stopped working. To which he said he doesn't know and can't find out either - the breakfast on the first day was A la carte and there was a sign that they will make fresh eggs for us. They made us fresh eggs. And the bakery was fresh. On the second day - they decided to put a buffet. So as per our experience the previous day we asked for fresh eggs. They refused again saying it's a buffet today. The sign was still there to which we clarified that if the sign is there then why won't they make it. After multiple back and forth they did make the eggs and they were not made as per the instructions given. The bakery on the second day was cold and stale. The pancakes were cold and hard. - we approached the person on ground for the breakfast issue - he was super rude and spoke to us extremely badly. To the point he told us - you are not staying in the room. The room is not under your name. He was just saying random things. Horrible experience at the hotel and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here
