The location was great for visiting all the Christmas markets and Chocolate museum. Also easy to visit Phantasialand on a day trip.

We arrived quite late in the evening and the road from metro station was quite quiet but we found the Aparthotel without any problem. Checkin was efficient and the room was nice. Was worried about the noise from the road as we were facing a main road but the sound proofing was good and the road wasn't that busy at night. 15-20min walk to city centre so quite convenient. Not much to eat nearby, but there is a trendy sushi place next door, and a cafe around the corner.

Staff very nice. Accommodation was to a good standard. However the hot water not working for 2 days made our stay quite uncomfortable.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot water issue, which is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. There was an bigger issue to solve with the central heating and water preparation not only at Adagio Köln City. However partly hot water was available after a while the production stopped.
