We had a very comfortable stay in the well appointed apartment which was within easy walking distance of all of Koeln's attractions and venues for family gatherings. The hotel reception staff were courteous and helpful.

8 mins walk from Heumarkt station. Room are clean but in 2-room-apartment, bedroom is small. 2nd room is family room/bedroom. Bathroom is clean and functional. Cooking is possible but no heavy cooking as it may trigger fire alarm. Cleaning is by weekly so stay neat. There is a laundry room with dryer for total 10euro per cycle. Coffee and tea is available for free downstairs as in common room. Staffs are warm and helpful

Everything was just like described and the price is very fair. There were only two problems: The kitchen was discustingly dirty and it was very loud in the romm because of the street.

A great hotel in a fantastic location. 2 mins by foot to a supermarket, 10 mins to the main shopping area, 10-15 mins to the Koln Dom and main train station. The hotel itself is pretty good. Clean, decent sized rooms and well equipped kitchens. It's a shame to not be able to use the microwave oven as an oven/grill as there is a warning that this will set off the fire alarm for the whole building. There is a dishwasher, sink, and hob for your use. The staff are really what make this place great - Jimenez in particular was super friendly and took time to explain anything we needed.
