I stayed at this hotel for several days during the trade fair period. The location and general organization were acceptable; however, there are several areas that require improvement, especially considering the four-star standard and the high room rates. The rooms would benefit from refurbishment and updating, as the overall condition feels worn and below expectations for this category. The breakfast offering was particularly disappointing — the selection was very limited, with only a small variety of fruits, cheeses, and cold cuts available. Given the price level, I expected a noticeably higher standard of accommodation and catering. With some investment in room upgrades and a significantly improved breakfast selection, the guest experience could be greatly enhanced.
