I stayed at Novotel Cologne last weekend and it was FANTASTIC! The service provided by the staff, special mention VENIT from the front desk, was more than what I expected given that I have been staying at Accor Hotels for the past years!! Mohammed and Anika also were very helpful!!

The hotel is close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is good (with lactose-free options). The fitness facilities and sauna are also great.

Very good breakfast, well located, very pleasant. To improve: the children’s sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hard.
