Temperature in the room was quite high, lowering temperature at heating/airco did not work. There is too much traffic noise for opening a window at nights.

We are very sorry to hear that the temperature in the room was too high and could not be improved despite adjustments. We understand that the traffic noise from the main road can also be annoying when the window is open. For future stays, we would be happy to recommend one of our Superior or Executive rooms on the quiet courtyard side. There, the windows can be opened without any problems and the sleeping conditions are much more pleasant.
