It is not a first time I. stay in this hotel. This time I. booked an executive room and I. am not sure I. was given one. The room description in the booking system said "high floor" and "rain shower" experience. I. was given the room on 2nd floor and the shower wasn't really a "rain shower". So I. am kinda disappointed as I. paid for executive room and not a superior room.

Lovely, clean, good location. Not sure if new hotel or newly refurbished but everything was in great condition. Friendly staff. Good location - 25 min walk to Cathedral and close to river for lovely strolls. Even though it's next to dual carriageway we didn't hear any traffic. Sofabed turned the room into a family room - perfect for one or two children. Only gripe was the expensive cost of the breakfast, however it had a huge selection including sausage, egg, cereals, pancakes which you're not going to find in the local cafés. Highly recommend, would happily stay again!
