We really liked how we were welcome. The staff member at the reception was really friendly and upgraded us when we shared our personal situation. The room is all good, relatively spacious and clean. The breakfast may be the only thing that could be improved - nothing special. One thing is that the pricing indicated on the Accor app is misleading as it states a price presumably inclusing of all taxes but at the check-in we had to pay the 5% city tax on top. More clarity on what taxes are included or not in the price would be useful.
