Everything was great and the staff extremely friendly. There was a good selection at breakfast. Our rooms were clean. We would've loved one more blanket for the kids, but that wasn't a huge issue. Room 413 was excellent, room 415 a bit noisy at night cause of the lifts.

Things were all as anticipated with nice and clean rooms and overall hotel, good breaky with wide choices. Bar and lounge too was fine as always. Missed the tall German guy who was very friendly and always smiling. the present one needs to learn to smile other wise service etc was good. PS: I am talkign about a bit blad guy with beard.
