Nice clean hotel. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. I added the parking charge to my bill and paid up front but twice I was asked to pay for it again. Then when I checked out I was asked to pay for it again and when I mentioned that I had paid they noticed the parking charge was added 3 times total. Room was nice and the bed for my child was setup beforehand which was nice as well. But - the rooms are not soundproof as we heard people running down the halls and what sounded like a professional wrestling match going on upstairs. Location is nice and convenient for walking down the river.

It's also great to hear that the parking was convenient and the bed for your child was ready in advance. However, we are sorry that there were multiple charges for the parking fee and that the soundproofing of the room was not sufficient to keep out the noise in the hallway and from the upper floor. We take your feedback very seriously and will look into how we can improve the procedures at reception and the quietness in the rooms. Great hotel, very clean rooms and helpful staff. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the old town but is also near lots of public transport. Only slight negative is that the room was very warm but overall a really pleasant stay.

We came for a short trip to Cologne with friends. Hotel is well located, nicely designed, very friendly staff, good food & drinks, slept very well in our bed. The perfect place for a nice stay in Cologne.

like expected, great bed, good food and proper bathroom. The only minor was the small douche experience. Not rain-shower from above, now small water beam forwards.
