Things were all as anticipated with nice and clean rooms and overall hotel, good breaky with wide choices. Bar and lounge too was fine as always. Missed the tall German guy who was very friendly and always smiling. the present one needs to learn to smile other wise service etc was good. PS: I am talkign about a bit blad guy with beard.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. It’s a short walk to the centre and the location was great for the Carnival! The gym is a little basic and children seem to use it as a playground - I did ask the staff but they didn’t ask the kids to leave. Maybe the hotel could have an age for unaccompanied children using the gym? (10 year olds shouldn’t be using the equipment unsupervised)

I stayed here with my family of 5, we had interconnecting rooms which was great as we could all stay together. The rooms were really well maintained, beautifully decorated. The reception area was lovely - there was a free water refill machine which was really handy. It was a 20 minute or so walk to the centre which was fine for us. There was also bakeries, cafes, eateries nearby within a few minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
