This was a VERY expensive stay. I would therefore have expected that I would have a good nights sleep. The room was nice BUT impossible to cool down. The only option was to open the window. I was then kept awake ALL night with the sound of bells from churches in the city centre.

We understand that after such an expensive stay, a comfortable and restful experience is especially important. While we are pleased that you liked the room itself, we regret that the temperature was difficult to manage and that opening the window led to noise from the church bells in the city centre. Unfortunately, these bells are part of the historic surroundings and are outside of our control, but we completely understand how this could affect your sleep. Your comments regarding the room temperature are very valuable, and we will certainly review this internally to see how we can improve comfort for our guests. MY STAY HERE SURPASSED WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE HOTEL LOBBY AND MY ROOM WERE BOTH VERY CLEAN AND TRENDY. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE; NO LANGUAGE BARRIERS. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL OF MY TRAVELING FRIENDS, AND I CERTAINLY WILL BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THEIR SERVICES WERE ABOVE AND BEYOND SATISFACTION.

The location was incredibly central and conveniently located for the train station, cathedral, and major tourist sites. I did have an alarming event, however, when someone burst into my room in the evening. They did not knock, or announce themselves, just flung open the door. When I, alarmed, said 'Excuse me', they said 'oh sorry' and scurried away. I then attempted to lock my door, only to discover the doors don't lock. As a female travelling on her own, this was disconcerting and meant I was concerned about my safety in this hotel.
