Odyssey25582571028 TripAdvisor review

When checking in the front desk was very rude and dismissive of me. Then on our second day of stay 2 hotel workers walked straight into our room at 9am, with cause or reason. When calling the front desk to complain,they did not even apologize, they told us to hang the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door, which we had already done the day before and told them that, it was there when the 2 employees walked into our room, they completely dismissed our complaint and said if the the sign is on the door it should be fine. The room needed to be cleaned better, we had a dirty towel and hair in the bed. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and can be accessed after a short walk. The room and facilities were modern and extremely clean. All members of the staff were helpful and efficient in their duties.
