Friendly check-in staff, very comfortable quiet room with plenty of amenities. Located immediately next to the Philharmonie and just behind the cathedral but the sounds of the city are drowned out when you enter the hotel.

Lovely hotel that's a 5-10 minute walk to the station, depending on the route you take. The shorter route includes steps, so may not be possible with heavy cases. The location is excellent. The cathedral is really close and bars, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance. The Rhine is close but there are numerous steps involved when walking to it and when walking this way to the Hohenzollern Bridge. The hotel is modern and clean, as are the rooms. Storage in the rooms is limited if there are two people, and some of the storage is too high up for shorter people. Room service is excellent. Overall, the hotel is very good, but storage is lacking in the rooms.
