Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly service. Just a note for future guests: the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. In summer the walk is fine, but in winter—especially if it’s raining—it’s not ideal. I ended up taking Uber, which cost between €7 and €16 per ride. Breakfast was very good, and the pizza and beer in the evening were also a nice option. I really appreciated the kindness of both the receptionist and the manager. My only disappointment, and the reason I’m not giving 5 stars, is that I had booked 5 nights but stayed only 3, and no refund was available. However, the manager was kind enough to offer me breakfast, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay.

As an exhibitor at the Cologne FSB exhibition, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Location, staff, rooms and breakfast are all very good which are the reasons for returning. We will certainly book again next time. Although close to the exhibition centre, getting into the city by train is also quite fast and easy making this a perfect choice for us. We needed to change the occupancy of one for the rooms during the stay which was arranged efficiently by the very helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed at this location because of attending a concert at Carlswerk Victoria. The tram line to the venue was conveniently near the hotel. *I have one feedback about the room I stayed in, the only slightly inconvenient feature was that there was no electrical outlet close to the the bed so that I could not have my phone charging close to me overnight.

I came in late, after midnight, and the staff wanted to know if I was hungry or wanted something to drink and said it was no problem at all to make sure I good.
