I loved ibis Koeln messe. It was so nice I was almost extending our stay. It had a home feel and was just so peaceful. Breakfast was amazing. The Staff were all amazing. Especially Muhammed who checked us in and Abdulaziz whom I callected my welcome drink from. Loved everything about the hotel. The best ibis I have stayed.

It’s was an ok stay. However these are the points to improve possibly : - bedhead was dirty and full of dust - sink in the shower hasn’t been washed for the past year least to say, wouldn’t let the water through and once we took the plug to get rid of the water , it smelled like DEATH, please clean it , it’s so unhygienic - shower gel bottle had 1/4 of the volume only, we brought our own stuff to take shower with but I think would be nicer to have that full - only 2 towels for 2 people, so you are expected to dry you face and others parts of the body with the same towel. - one of the ceiling lamps was hanging for dear life on the wall
