The hotel itself has a beautiful French inspired architectural design and is located in a bustling part of Hanoi. The hotel breakfast was delicious and the room itself was very comfortable and stylish. Aesthetics and functionality aside, this hotel deserves 100 stars alone for the staff. The staff alone made this vacation such a wonderful experience. From the front desk crew to the kitchen staff, they were all extremely helpful and accommodating to any questions or requests. Would 100% reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing location and stellar service

This hotel has been a go-to for me when I travel to Hanoi for work. However, the rooms are dark and I do not like the inside rooms as they feel quite confining and dark. This past trip the room was not only dark, but musty. I will not be staying here in the future.

Arrived for a 3 night stay. Hotel located in a lovely position. Received a lovely welcome that continued throughout our stay. Food and cocktails fabulous. Rooms clean, comfortable and well appointed although air conditioning not as robust as would have liked so the room felt stuffy.

the staff at the hotel was second to none when it came to being hospitable - overly generous with time and concern, went out of their way to make sure we felt cared for. front desk and bell staff especially. just excellent
