Well located, elegant design, clean room and excellent services. Only one comment for the aircon control which was not working/broken. The room was always too cold and temperature couldn't be adjusted, leaving one option to turn off aircon completely.

Hotel de l’Opera Hanoi is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. If you are looking for a centrally located hotel in Hanoi, this is definitely a great choice. I would gladly stay here again.

We had to cancel a tour due to unexpected sickness and a back injury so we booked 4 nights at this hotel. The staff have been amazing, so caring and attentive as we needed to rest and recuperate. We stayed in the suite and the bed was super comfortable especially for my husband who was suffering the back injury. I had developed a bad case of the flu. The front desk staff were caring and asked if we were ok. The bar staff who served the afternoon drinks and canapes were delightful and remembered us as we visited every afternoon we were there. A big thankyou to the lovely ladies from house keeping who cleaned and arranged our room, provided our turn down service and evening chocolate, and always asked if we needed anything every night before bed. Thankyou for your kindness and professionalism.
