I found the hotel to be beautifully appointed and very boutique style. The room was lovely and comfortable, with my only complaint it’s needs more light as there is no natural light to outside. The restaurant and bar service was also exceptional and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Cupole hotel in SAPA from the ALL accor chain and were completely delighted, so we booked this chain hotel in Hanoi as well and were very disappointed. The rooms were dark, it was impossible to read in the room. The worst pool I have ever experienced - the door was broken, there was a draft, the cascade did not work, there was no service - like in a bad 3* hotel. The only thing that was great here was the breakfast. Completely inadequate money for this hotel, which actually corresponds to 3*
