Comfortable and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for my family and we had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The living and dining room is spacious and the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare some simple meals. The sofa bed is too soft and doesn't have sufficient support. I informed the house keeping who promptly laid a mattress topper on it although it is still a bit soft. Would suggest the management or owner to replace it or prepare rollaway beds instead. From the backyard, you can see wildlife like kangaroo, ducks and parrots. It would be good if there is a kids club in Novotel resort to keep the kids entertained. It's walking distance from Sebel to Novotel via the tennis courts but takes about 5 mins to drive. Overall, I would recommend the Sebel Swan Valley if you are travelling around Swan Valley area.

Stayed from 5 June 2024 to 7 June 2024. Booked 2 bedroom apartment for 5 adults. We checked in around 8 pm at Novotel. Upon entering the room, we realized that the sofa bed was not set up for the 5th adult. There was no information at the apartment on how to reach the reception and when we finally found the number on the website, the line was picked up by Novotel reception. The receptionist told us that they couldn't help us cos our apartment was under Sebel and I needed to email them instead. I asked if my email would be answered by tonight because my father had nowhere to sleep and he said that he couldn't help me with that. I sent two desperate emails to resortservices@accorvacationclub.com.au, seeking assistance on this matter and there was no acknowledgment. I sent feedback on the Accor website and yet no one has gotten back to us to now. THREE EMAILS WERE SENT AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO US. I slept on the lumpy sofa on the first night and woke up with a bad back. The resort is amazing with great views but the service is deplorable. P.S - Accor, I am still waiting for an explanation

We slept 3 nights in this place when we were going to explore the Swan Valley and its vineyards. Prons Nice rooms. With a sitting corner and dining table. Good cleaning. Located within approx. 20 minutes from various wineries. Own terrace with table and chairs. Barbecue area with grill. Quiet air conditioning. Pool open 10:00 Pm Hot pool. Cons Responsive, clearly heard the neighbors when they were talking. Avoid connected rooms. The pool area. Felt like a public bathing area. No toilets at the pool. Lots of children in the pool. No dedicated parking space. When we arrived on 3/3 (Saturday) the parking lot was full.

Stayed here as a couple for 3 nights. We had a difficult time to find the check in arrangement at the Novotel Hotel. Checked in on March 3 by a guy in the 20s. He didn´t give information about anything at all. Not about restaurands pools etc. Had to ask for a map to the wineries and find out everything by ourselves. Room good, except the thin door do the connecting room where we could hear everything the neighbours did. Not nice. Pool area at Novotel hotel a disappointment. Like a public pool with not enough sun loungers and a lot of screaming kids. Not a place to be before 8 pm. They have a warm jacuzzi in the pool as well. Occupied before late in the evening. We loved the kangaroos in the garden and enjoyed our time at the different wineries in Swan Valley. Best service and wine tasting given at Sandalford Estate. Absolutely magnificent winery!!!

MariazBoys Couples - TripAdvisor review

Booked through the Accor program. Upon arrival we tried to check in and walked around for 30 minutes trying to find reception. Tried calling the number which just rang out on several occasions. Ended up at the Novotel across the golf course to be told that’s where check in was. Signage yo reception was incorrect. Room was not very clean, bed uncomfortable and pillows were flat. There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Not everyone wants the a/c on at night. The car park is too small, more rooms than car parks. If you arrive later in the evening you will have to park on the main road in the dark. Lighting to the main entry is virtually non existent, we had yo use our phone torches to see where we were going.
