My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant weekend at the Resort. Room 209 was well located overlooking the pool area and contained all necessary amenities for our stay. Staff throughout the property were welcoming and friendly for the duration. Enjoyed our meals and drinks at the Vines Cafe & Bar and breakfast at Muscats. Great location and base to enjoy the many delights of the Swan Valley.

We stayed in a spa room which was great, as it is marketed as a resort we were expecting a fine dining option or at least an alacarte dining option in the evening. The only food available was from the bar, we went to this area on the first night and sat outside on the top level, there was a table with tradies enjoying a drink after work, we didn't enjoy the foul language so moved to the lower level only to be joined by one of the tradies whilst he enjoyed a cigarette, not what we had hoped for.

The staff were so professional from check in and welcome through to the entire breakfast staff. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. Our whole family took multiple rooms for a wedding, and all were happy. Thank you.

Was a great stay until checkout. We had a 12pm checkout but had cleaners knocking on the door from 11am. Also had a mini bar check at 9.30am & someone else booked a restaurant meal to our room. Overall great but the details & communication could be better.
