Stayed during busy period at the hotel over school holidays. Dinner experience was pretty average assuming from being short staffed (not for lack of trying on the 2 individuals working behalf). Also found it weird you have to order packs from the mini bar, that is wasn't already in the room.

Nice staff though some are still inexperienced but very helpful The direction to the rear carpark and the rooms were not very clear Not enough staff to assist in getting the luggage from the car park to the room which is quite a long way Driving to the rear carpark park especially at night will be difficult Better tell the resident to look for the Sebel Hotel and just pass that hotel is the rear carpark park entrance

Many thanks to the Manager Phil, we had a pleasant surprise as we were greeted by a bottle of wine in our unit. Went to celebrate our daughter`s 30th birthday. Staff were very kind and friendly at the reception and cafe nearby. The food was amazing especially the buffet breakfast. Our unit was overlooking the river, awesome! Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxed stay.

Directions from reception were extremely ambiguous, especially when the whole layout is so confusing. Having to ask more than one worker how to find the lift, the rooms, the car park while balancing luggage was ridiculous. And the key cards were very touchy, it often took many attempts to get in. Plus there should be an offer of cart transport or valet for elderly visitors.
