First time visitors. Family of 4. We enjoyed it for the most part. Unfortunately, the desk in the room had an ant issue and also one of the two double beds only had a single duvet, so my husband was woken up cold a few times in the night.

The layout of this resort is enormous, quite a surprise to us having not stayed there before, the staff were as good as you would find anywhere, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful to a T, the house staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble, and very polite. Price wise, a little more than we expected, but, one pays for exceptional hospitality. Big thanks to all the staff and management. We will be back.

My room was clean, but smelt of cigarette smoke and had mould in the shower and damp stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. The mini bar charges were reasonable. Overall I was satisfied, but there is room for improvement. The function staff and check in staff were very good.
