Perfect for overnight stay after a Swan Valley Wedding. Easy to access. It would have been better if we could have accessed our room earlier in the day. But the accomodation was fully booked.

Played golf 1st & stayed overnight as we attended the Best of British dinner & show. Overall it was a lovely time. The highlight was the room overlooking the golf course & the staff. From the cleaners to the receptionists, the breakfast staff & those at the dinner show, everyone was exceptional. Made our stay enjoyable & care free.

I booked a villa on burgundy for the explicit reason that it is on one level. This was due to access requirements. I did not deem this to be a special request because I had already discussed with The Vines and booked the accommodation I required and was advised to book. If I had received burgundy then there would have been no problem. My booking was moved to verdelho without any consulting, advice, or follow up, and verdelho was wholly unsuitable for my access requirements. This trip was to get ready for my wedding and I was highly disappointed that I didn't receive what I had booked. Further to this, the customer service received was unacceptable, the manner in which the guests were talked to was not acceptable and we were advised we were not "taking a solution that was offered", we were not offered a solution. We were offered a compromise on what had been booked, this upset the members of my party and caused unnecessary distress and anguish during our stay.

We booked a villa and then was told it wasn't available and it was a system mistake. The apartment was dirty and there wasn't even 1 bottle of water to drink.
