Front desk staff on arrival did not explain that breakfast had to be ordered for the lower price, $34 instead of $39 as charged on my card. Also charged on my account at $39, but had to get away so did not dispute. This cost me and was not refunded even though initial desk male evening staff said he was doing so. Room 109 shower water pressure poor. Almost all staff very pleasant, but male staff on admit desk, (the guy who said he was going to correct the breakfast $39 charge and didn't) appreared to not want to be there. But overall a pleasnt venue, mostly great staff, but not sure that I would want to stay on our next visit. Visited from east for family reasons, stayed about 8 nights, so this is not a one noght assessment.

My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant weekend at the Resort. Room 209 was well located overlooking the pool area and contained all necessary amenities for our stay. Staff throughout the property were welcoming and friendly for the duration. Enjoyed our meals and drinks at the Vines Cafe & Bar and breakfast at Muscats. Great location and base to enjoy the many delights of the Swan Valley.

We stayed in a spa room which was great, as it is marketed as a resort we were expecting a fine dining option or at least an alacarte dining option in the evening. The only food available was from the bar, we went to this area on the first night and sat outside on the top level, there was a table with tradies enjoying a drink after work, we didn't enjoy the foul language so moved to the lower level only to be joined by one of the tradies whilst he enjoyed a cigarette, not what we had hoped for.
