Regarding the welcome drinks, we would like to clarify that we offer welcome drink vouchers through the Accor app in digital format as communicated by Accor. In regard to late check-out, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer complimentary late check-out on Fridays and Saturdays, as we are fully booked during those times.
