Overall okay however interior of hotel room is outdated. Staff were generally good but was provided wrong info by one staff which could have been disastrous

Hotel location is good walking distance to Northbridge and downtown. Rooms badly need some attention. Window was warped and therefore did not close properly so you could hear all the outside noises. Toilet leaked, evident from the stains on the floor. Shower had no water pressure you had to stand on the taps to get wet! Bathroom as a whole needed updating! Panel under the sink was falling apart from multiple removals I presume. Small sofa in the room was ‘old’ and stained should have been replaced 5 years ago. Daily cleaning of the room was poor. We spent 2 days without body wash had to ask the front counter for replacement. Perth must have a toilet paper shortage as the cleaner was reluctant to put additional rolls in the room. Chrome cast did not work in the room.

Check in easy and fast Disappointing buffet breakfast everything was cold - warm at best even though we were first to sit as leaving early
