Had everything we needed, would stay again.

We stayed in room 503 as i was with my daughter for a hospital apointment nearby and needed a twin room. It was also with a balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Tv, very good working air con, full length mirror, bedside lamps, kettle, tea and coffee, milk in fridge. Ironing board, hairdryer. A comfy chair. The staff were very nice. The food in the restaurant for dinner was very nice and well priced. I was a little concerned due to many negative reviews, however we would happily stay again. The price did end up being the same as booking dot com the day before and as an accor member, I thought that was odd, particularly as reservations would not discount, however that does not affect the quality of our stay.

The room was dirty and smelly, soap dispensers were broken and difficult to use. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Breakfast was poor with very few options and scrambled eggs were mostly milky slop. Constant fire evacuations early in the morning or late at night due to people smoking inside according to staff. Check in and out was depersonalised with only a stupid touchscreen to use. No parking was available onsite but would have been difficult to use anyway and was far more expensive than the street parking. Its an absolutely disgraceful venue and I will never return.

I stayed in a King Room with my friend while traveling around Perth. It’s a bit far from the station, but the CAT bus stop nearby made getting around easy,so we had no inconvenience. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious enough for two adults, and the price was affordable. The clean, comfortable bed made our stay very relaxing.

Fire alarm during the early hours and lack of cordination during it. I ended up in the basement but couldn't get out. Went to another floor and got out. Also I asked to have the gift of a bottle of wine changed to something else. I am a non drinker but the staff member stated he would work on it and I never heard back. I prefer a food voucher or something like that.

worst place ever .. 2 false fire alarms in a 3 days stays, 10pm and 3am, you will wake up every night on this mostly every night. old rooms, poor service there is no one good thing in this place
