Warm welcome. Thats where it ends. Room very dated. Stayed in similar in Bali and was only $50 per nightand better. Carpet smelt as though vaccuum cleaner bag was full. Toe nail clippings found on carpet next morning while getting ready to leave. Breakfast was cold. Bacon touched in fry pan then taken out. Sausages cold and very chewy. Coffee capsule machine that just fired out warm milk. Proper coffee had to pay for. What seemed to be a great weekend for my wedding anniversary was let down by the hotel stay $250 per night. Wished i stayed at home and got Uber there and back. Would of been cheaper

I was booked in for 4 nights. The hotel was in a great location, not far from good eateries and so on. The room was ok but considering this place is rated a 4 start, I'd give it a 3-3.5 at best. The bathrooms are quite dated and in need of some grout cleaning I have stayed in better 3.5-star venues. The restaurant is ok with a simple menu not quite priced accordingly. Room service I would not recommend. When you are working late and need a meal, and going out wa not an option, you would expect room service to deliver your meal on a plate. No, my meal was served in a carboard takeaway container. This was rather inconvenient as my meal was completely stuck to the carboard this was completely unacceptable. The meal was incorrectly cooked and for the price of it you would be expecting silver service. If one was not paying for room service delivery fee one could assume this was a budget cut. Breakfast service was nice and all staff I encountered were pleasant, the young lady serving dinner on the Monday evening was particularly cheerful and nice to deal with. I would say a nice hotel with some work to do - it's not the end of the world.
