Dear Philip, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Perth On Hay. I am very sorry to read about the multiple disappointments you encountered during your stay. The issues you have raised regarding incorrect car parking information, the delay that meant you missed dinner service, and the cleanliness of your room and public areas are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. Please accept my sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. As a valued Diamond Accor member, you should have felt recognised and well looked after throughout your stay. I regret that bottled water was not provided in your room as part of your membership benefits, and that there was confusion at both breakfast and the bar regarding entitlements. I will be addressing these points directly with my team to ensure I provide a better training, accuracy in information provided, and consistency in service delivery moving forward. Your comments about the presentation of the hallways and lift areas are also well taken. We will review and action improvements to ensure our public spaces reflect the level of care our guests rightly expect.
