Great location near in Perth center with available parking. Restaurant nice...but room on first floor far from great: hole on tile around bath, chair nearly broken, water all over floor when taking shower and not draining, exposed was pipe from toilet, very noisy (constant chair moving on floor??). Also, on arrival and departure, good idea to offer self check-in, but when there is nobody at the counter, it seems strange, thsi is not a Motel! Will unlikely come back

Guests are expected to check themselves in. A friendly greeting is important. Our safe was not available until fixed after the weekend The cafe was understaffed on Saturday night. AFTER we had paid for our meal, the cashier told us there was a 30 minute wait. We asked if as hotel guests we may have a discount and were incorrectly told no. If the cafe had no capacity, it should have sent us to McDonald’s or subway down the street. The wait was 50 minutes when I returned to ask for my meal. The meal when I received it was a dried out piece of schnitzel and tasteless green salad. Mcdonalds would have tasted better and maybe had greater nutritional value. Your breakfast boxes are a rip off . $19 and in it was an inedible ham and cheese sandwich, tiny container of yogurt and an apple. No spoon, no drink. We needed a box to take on the bus for an early excursion. Totally inadequate and way overpriced. Who on this planet eats a ham sandwich for breakfast? Worse, the box was promised at 6;30 and wasn’t ready until 6:50. I wrote you an email 5 days ago about all this and you haven’t even bothered to reply This hotel would have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
