Very plesent staff and clean rooms. Bathrooms needs an upgrade along with the TV. No water was in the room during the whole stay. Breakfast offering can be better.

The room was comfortable and welcoming. The Airconditioning was a little challenging to get to work and unfortunately the room service app wasnt working, but the young man downstairs was helpful with both issues. I felt welcomed and slept well. The showers could do with a little refresh.

The air conditioner in my room sounded like a jet was in my room all night. Had to turn it to a higher temp to stop the noise, but that defeated the purpose of having it on. the cleaners left a bag of rubbish in my room which I found on the bathroom sink when I returned in the afternoon. Dirty glass was left on the counter and toilet wasn't cleaned.
