We were made very welcome. The apartment was clean and well presented overall. The carpets were overdue for a clean or even replacement.

Cant fault the room condition and comfort, however the units need a lift and the central Air Conditioning is not appropriate, need to have individual units in each room. The bathroom in the only accessible room had very poor drainage in bathroom, water spred all over the floor when showering. The carpet trims holding carpet tight beside the kitchen tiled area came through if you trod on it without shoes on. My wife got an infected sore toe underneath as it caught her a couple of times. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate our needs (and they did but we were very lucky) but its just not suitable for the elderly with health issues and its not advertised as such.
