Room was great but the indoor pool was not heated sufficiently- we were all looking forward to a swim but the water was too cold to enjoy.

It, as usual, is a great place to stop and have a week out and away from home. Only thing, it would have been nice to have been informed there was a fire alarm test happening.

The location was ideal for walking to the main area of Bowral. The accomodation was high quality both inside and outside, with well maintained gardens. We loved the water station, with both still and sparkling on offer which is a new feature added. The staff are friendly and accommodating for any request.
