Sebel Heritage Bowral, DONT BOTHER, TERRIBLE !!! Girls weekend booked 3 rooms. Got to our room and realised the rude lady forgot to cut our keys walked back to reception No welcome gift not even bottled waters No air-conditioning in 2 rooms working only a fan heater for mid winter Bowral 6 degrees outside Heated pool broken Electric fireplace, broken Phones in the rooms but not connected so don't work, broken Called the after hours number to get another heater left 2 messages No response. To bad if you needed assistance urgently. Asked for housekeeping to put the 2 single beds together. Told to do it myself?? Electrical appliances not to standard,safety date expired 2 years ago Hole in wall Dust in bedroom Asked housekeeping for extra teabags as we were here for 2 nights and rooms are not serviced each day, the lady was extremely rude.

The apartment is very tired. Stains on the carpet, very old fold out couch bed - uncomfortable. Very poor Wi-Fi - continually drops out while you are using on any of the devices we were using. EG Phone & laptop. Washing machine continually leaked after each cycle, so you would put a load on, and then when the cycle finishes the machine leaks into the washing machine, requiring you to run spin again.

The apartment was lovely, minimal and modern and had everything we needed for our stay. Cleanliness was good and mattress comfortable. The only issue was communication at check out, the young receptionist from overseas could not understand my email address and my name, she didn't sound very trained in hospitality and created confusion with my profile, picking up a different guest.. why not having trained and professional staff at reception? It took a long time to check out.. The location was good and relaxing so we will probably be back.

First night of our 2 night stay we didn’t have how water . After being told the water had been switched on ? There was still no hot water in the shower in room 203 . Walking in the cold up to the pool showers made this an uncomfortable stay for us
