However, we sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered with the smart TV and the BBQ. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. While we have never advertised smart TVs in our accommodations, we understand that this may have been an expectation during your stay. This is something we will certainly consider as we continue to improve our offerings for future guests. Additionally, we are truly sorry to hear that you felt pressured by the club catch-up and that it affected your experience.
