Overall the experience was excellent. The one thing that spoiled it was that the air conditioning was set on a temperature of 24degrees and as it was high summer, this did not cool the unit as was required. After a short while it was made apparent that the air conditioner had been locked and could not be changed. It was only on the last day that it had become unlocked.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Loved the access to filtered still and sparkling water. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the TV reception was poor. Would Be great if You could access a USB port on the tv’s plug in a smart tv streaming device to access Netflix
