Wasn’t expecting 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. Water pressure in the shower was non existent. TV was small and didn’t allow for streaming/casting like most hotels do. Restaurants and room service close at 8pm which meant we couldn’t get dinner after arriving in the evening after a big day of driving from Brisbane. I have stayed in better 3 star accommodation.

Facilities were good, book petite room which was fine for one night. Breakfast was included wide selection on self serve menu.

Very small ‘petite’ room. Yes I was expecting a small room but it was tiny, with a very small tv and bathroom. Telephone didn’t work, tv didn’t work and my wife got stuck in the bathroom. Young girl at reception fixed these issues up quickly, including releasing my wife from the bathroom. Display for the Remote for the aircon difficult to read. On checkout I was asked to pay, although payment had been done weeks earlier. Beautiful hotel and grounds . Would I stay there again? Probably not.
