Following your review, we immediately inspected the room you occupied. While I note you had booked one of our Petite Rooms, we were unable to identify the concerns described, particularly the level of dust, dog hair, and the condition of the bathroom ventilation. I would also note that this room type is not one of our designated pet friendly rooms, making the presence of dog hair particularly concerning. We take feedback of this nature very seriously and would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to investigate further. If you are able to share any additional details, such as where you noticed the dust and hair, it would greatly assist our investigation and help us understand what may have occurred.
