While our Petite Rooms are designed to be a more compact and functional room category, they should still provide a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience. Room hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. Even the remote had dust all over it. Ground floor room with windows that opened into the internal courtyard which service staff used all day long - so no privacy without closing the blinds. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, so my feet got wet every time I used the bathroom. I raised this with reception and they said that I had booked that room type and that how the shower is designed - as if I should not have booked this room if I wanted a functioning bathroom?! Housekeeping staff were noisy and chatty in the hallways.barista coffee at breakfast which I paid extra for was nice on the first day but terrible on the second day. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Perfectly located—close to the main strip but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay at. The shared lounge area was particularly relaxing and welcoming, and the rooms, while simple, were well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Robert at reception, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His service was always so lovely, kind and attentive, and he consistently went out of his way to assist with all of our requests. I would definitely return and would happily recommend this hotel to others!

Generally comfortable stay BUT breakfast was cold & tv reception intermittent. Distance from carpark to hotel was far when carrying luggage. Perhaps some trollies that can navigate the gravel driveways & stairs would be good.

The grounds and main building are lovely. Our room had an unacceptably tiny bathroom and a single bed that was not needed and took up too much room. This was way overpriced for mid-week and makes me wonder the value of being an Accor member.

All went very well, which helped make our short stay a very pleasant experience. The only thing that seemed a little odd was a copy of the Mini Bar listing alongside the Room Service menu on the desk but no mini bar or contents were in the room It mattered not though,as we rarely use them.

Staff are professional and friendly, food was excellent (a massive improvement on our last visit), atmosphere great. The one let down is the pet friendly rooms, this was our second visit and both times the shower cubical leaked (the cleaners must hate it) the carpet is worn and rooms on the small side. I understand that the hotel would wish to keep dogs out of the main building, but to have a better room even at greater cost available would be great maybe one the rooms on the veranda
