Our arrival at 3:30 PM was met with a recommendation to book a table at the restaurant. However, when I tried to make a reservation, I was rebuffed, told that they were fully booked. This was particularly frustrating given that reception had assured me it was okay. The lady's dismissive attitude suggested a lack of coordination between the reception and the restaurant. I didn’t manage to get us on standby she refused to take our room number. as we walked past the restaurant later, we saw several empty tables. This experience left a sour taste, and we ended up having to go into town for dinner.

The lack of communication between our Front Office and Restaurant teams, and the way your enquiry was handled, does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.
