We were in Bowral for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The staff are great, the accomodation good and the surroundings beautiful A shout out to I think Alex (?) on reception...I left my pillow and eye muffs in my room when we left and the hotel (and I think it was Alex) went to great trouble to take the pillow, box it up and post it to me. Sure they charged be the postage but their service - during a busy Christmas period went above and beyond. BIG THANK YOU !

We held our corporate Christmas celebrations at Peppers Craigieburn Bowral and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From our Christmas brunch to the accommodation and after-dinner drinks, everything was easy, comfortable and well looked after. The venue itself is beautiful and has a really relaxed feel, which made it perfect for our team to unwind and enjoy themselves. The rooms were fresh, and the spaces for F. and drinks were great for catching up and spending time together. A big thank you to the team for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely recommend Peppers Craigieburn Bowral for a corporate getaway or special event and would happily return.

We stayed at Peppers Craigeburn Bowral on New Years Eve. The grounds are spectacular, the room was lovely overlooking the golf course and the balcony gave us a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a drink and relax before going out.

Some of the experience was good and some not so good. When my wife and I walked through the gardens it was beautiful. Ten out of ten for the gardens. The buffet breakfast was quite good. I would say 8 or 9 out of ten. The room however wasn’t good. We had to get the maintenance guy to replace the shower rose. The little bar fridge didn’t operate properly and the room quite small. I give the room 6 out of ten. The complex needs an elevator. We were in room 309. The property really needs upgrading. At this stage we wouldn’t come back to stay.
