From the moment we checked in, receptionist (sorry no name badge) beautiful smile and a very welcome greeting. Room was ready. Wow what a huge apartment, great view and BIG. We had problems with our WiFi, but who cares. I didn't! Lovely comfortable bed, king size. Two balconies, great kitchenette, but no milk. Everything was sensational, very very cleaned apartment. In the bathroom you even got a washing machine n dryer!

The room was a disgrace. The dust was so thick on the bedside tables. The TV in the lounge room wouldn't work. The curtains in the lounge room have massive holes that had been tied together to try and hide. Cockroaches on the kitchen bench. The bed was way too hard. The walls were badly damaged and repaired dodgy. There were splats of food or drink hardened on the walls throughout the apartment. The glass shelf above both basin made it hard to wash my face as I kept hacking my head on it. When you get to your floor from the lift, the lift opens to piles of rubbish just sitting there. Nothing gets cleaned in the kitchen. The photos on the website are very misleading. Very disappointing and will never stay there again. The carpets are old and super dusty. Not worth the money.

Because it was a peak season and we were not able to book 2 bedrooms from day 1, we had to swap rooms midway in the stay. When checking in, I mentioned if I can check in for both rooms in one go and to my surprise there was already a note on record to notify the team that I had a second booking. Check in was done for both rooms and on the day of the swap, the staff even brought the key to the new room to our current room and helped us with the transfer. Platinum status was also recognised with free car park which is fantastic. The car park is also very convenient and spacious. Definitely will come back.

This should not be rated as a 4 Star hotel. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with my husband and 2 kids. The rooms are very spacious and having a kitchenette and washer dryer are very convenient. However, everything else was disappointing and cheap. Some of the furniture and fittings are more ‘modern’ but everything is mismatched. You can tell that they have spent the bare minimum to make any upgrades. During our 3 night stay we had to kill several mosquitos in the room which was concerning. The service is also terrible. The phone in the room doesn’t actually connect to reception. The receptionist also told us that not all rooms have a hair dryer, so he had to go find one from another room. When we arrived, we were supplied worth two sachets of dishwashing liquid. When I asked for more to hand wash my baby’s bottles, the receptionist told me that they don’t provide them any more and offered me the dishwasher powder. The next day I spotted plenty of dishwashing liquid sachets on the cleaner’s trolley. The cleaning service from the housekeeping on the third day was messy and rushed. They had dropped my baby’s dummy on the carpet and forgotten to put the lid back on the bin in bathroom. The supply room near the lift had been left opened during our whole stay, which is messy and unkempt. To top it all off, the lift is extremely slow and doesn’t even display which level it is currently on. At peak checkout time at 10am, quite a few families were taking the fire stairs.

Just average for price and location.

Rather downmarket area, only close food available early in takeaways. Access from road only via steps - difficult with bags.Pleasant enough room. Helpful staff arranged early morning call and taxi. Much further from private hospital than expected. Overpriced.
