We stayed for 2 nights and both mornings at breakfast they did not have us listed as paid for breakfast , the second morning we were interrupted whilst eating breakfast to show your receptionist the payment on our credit card it was very unprofessional and embarrassing we had paid there was 6 of us - the rest of the stay was excellent .

Being an Accor Gold Member I've stayed at your hotel mutliple times. This time on a Tues. Checked in late Tues afternoon. Could not redeem my drink voucher or even buy a glass of wine or cup of coffee all evening as your restuarant now doesnt operate some days mid week.How inconvient! On top of that, you can't even care to provide a stocked mini bar in the room. So I drove out again to get myself a drink and food back to my room all in cold rainy weather. Felt like 3 star motel service and stingy attitude by management....not again unless your restaurant stays open!
