We are delighted to hear that you had a really lovely stay and enjoyed your Garden View room, the warm and homely atmosphere of the Manor House, and even our many, many resident bunnies. It is also wonderful to know that Lyn and Mitchell helped make your experience memorable. We will be sure to share your kind recognition with them. We appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast experience. While we are pleased you enjoyed the selection available, we are sorry that the buffet items were not consistently served at an ideal temperature. Your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage team so that we can review our service procedures and improve this aspect of the guest experience. Thank you also for bringing the occasional bathroom drain odour to our attention. While this was an isolated maintenance issue, we understand that it impacted your comfort and apologise for the inconvenience. It is also wonderful to know that your dinner experience was a highlight of your stay. Our chefs will be thrilled to receive your compliments regarding the quality, presentation, and flavour of the meal. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the attention to detail within your room. We sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered with the curtains, bed positioning, and lamp shades. While these may seem like small details, we recognise that they contribute significantly to the overall guest experience and especially first impressions. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Thank you for your observations regarding breakfast service. We understand the importance of maintaining our buffet during busy periods and this is a good opportunity to review our procedures. I apologise for our Wi-Fi service during your stay, our regional location can occasionally present challenges with connectivity and speed to certain carriers that are outside the hotel's direct control.
