We had a problem with lack of exterior lighting and unsaved dangerous walking paths

Aside from the fact that the hotel needs a renovation, the floor in our cabin was subsiding, the Devonshire tea was not fresh, the room was not cleaned (although the job was started just not finished). I left a t-shirt in the room that I have been chasing to this date & still have not received it, despite assurances that a) It was 'right here', b)'I will post it today', c)'we will get the tracking number' & d) I have now emailed the manager of front desk Susie & heard nothing.

Whilst the allocated room was adequate it fell short of our previous experiences of Peppers venues. The restaurant dinner was very poor. The staff whilst pleasant and well intentioned seemed poorly trained and their number inadequate. The food served was of a very low standard, I’m convinced most of it was defrosted on site before serving and the desert was direct from the Woolworths or Coles freezer. We will not be back.

Property and room was nice however soaps are fixed to the wall so there was no soap to use in the bath. No shower cap, no robe - felt a bit like a 3 start motel. Cost C. gone too far.
