Check-in took longer than expected as I had difficulty locating somebody at reception. One of the barstaff located them and, from there, the experience was good

We had a lovely stay here and really enjoyed the facilities. The Manor feel was something we were looking forward too, and were impressed overall. The upgrade suite was absolutely stunning and much appreciated. Only downside was the restaurant and Nook menu and prices. The Nook did not cater for simple food like a burger or fish and chips. The prices were over the top for what was on offer. The restaurant had a very limited menu and was difficult for multi night stay.
