Good and bad experience- our group were older and needed flat entry no steps and walk in showers unfortunately we didn’t get the flat entry we had to walk up a hill and had 10 steps to our rooms - also the disability room was very inadequate- no shower chair or rails !!! I talked this over with reception but didn’t receive any solution other than a chair was taken to the couple in the disability room - but it was all very disappointing.

Need more staff as had to seek front desk staff twice. Restaurant staff not at front to welcome on arrival to breakfast but happy to then come to find you for your room number. Rooms tv did not work.
