Greeted by really wonderful reception staff and very helpful. However unfortunately our room key wouldn’t open the lock so we were allocated the adjacent room #109. Apparently the battery/ies needed changing in the lock of #108. Also the staff looked after some medical freezer bricks. However I can’t not understand what the process that selected the bathroom floor tiles and the ergonomics in shower cubicle in that room. In my opinion the tiles would better on the wall and the shower hardware could have been more suited to the space available. Otherwise good beds and facilities.

I would of given stay a perfect score except for comfort of bed. The queen bed had no support, it was so soft. They really need replacing. We stayed in a 4 beded room & the set up was great for family. The staff was were all pleasant and helpfull. The resturant was good. I attended a enent in conference room and it was great as well.
