Love this hotel. Great spot to stop while on a road trip. 4th stay. Rooms are fresh and clean. Staff so friendly and professional. Most staff I recognise from previous trips which is a guide for a harmonious workplace. The restaurant has delicious meals and service.

The room had a stale odour smell in and this may have been due to the air conditioning. My son and I stayed in the room, and upon on our return home we have both developed head colds. Hopefully this was not the cause. 😷

On my way north decided to stop on the way. Mercure Goulburn was so easy. Quick check in and relax. Comfy bed quiet spot easy to find and lovely staff.
