The fire alarm going off 3 times was very disturbing to sleep. I understand that it is for the safety of the staff and guests but the fire engine came the first time around 7.00am and the problem was fixed. So that should have been the end of the issue but to then go off another 2 times waking guests up before our check out at 11.00am is wrong when this should have been corrected at the initial call-out. We never manage to get a sleep in due to the children or a weekend away and we didn't on this one either, which was disappointing. thank You deanna

However, I am truly sorry to learn about the disturbance caused by the fire alarm going off multiple times in the early morning.. Your safety and the safety of our staff is our top priority, which is why the fire alarms are tested and maintained regularly. I understand how disruptive it can be, especially early in the morning and when you are trying to enjoy a peaceful weekend away. I apologize that the issue was not resolved after the first instance and that it affected your stay so significantly. Please know that we are taking immediate steps to ensure that such disturbances are minimized in the future. We have already scheduled an inspection of our fire alarm system to prevent such occurrences from happening again. Extremely satisfied with Cassandras services who went an extra mile to look after my pregnant wife while I went to client site for work. We reached hotel in the morning and Cassandra made sure my wife is comfortable waiting in the bridal room to start her work till our room got ready, got her checked in quickly and in the best ocean view room and also arranged staff to transport our heavy suitcase to our room. I am very pleased and wish to my express my genuine gratitude to Cass.

great experience, only negative was the parking fee $30 per night which is excessive should be more like $10 for guests as it has minimal security.
