Hotel was lovely. Great location. Have stayed at Novotels before, so knew the experience and rooms would be great. Reception staff we're reasonable. Rang up prior to arriving to make sure our room had the sofa bed. Turned up to no sofa bed. Changed rooms. The sofa bed was terrible. The worst nights sleep I've ever had. Matress was awful, could feel every spring and even felt the sofa bed structure bars through the matress. Woke up and still have a sore neck, shoulders and back. I've never had this before with Novotel.
