The Premises needs maintenance and updating badly. My room door (634) for example was unable to be opened or closed freely as the door frame and door are out of alignment. This is a hazard and unsafe. There is a mould smell in the bathroom (this is common as other members experienced the same thing amongst our employees). There are maintenance issues such as damaged or missing signs that require rectification and attention. Someone had brought in a small dog in an adjacent room which wasn't picked up. The car parking area is difficult to maneuver out of due to tight space for a mid-large van/suv.

I recently stayed at your hotel in Room 504. The window locks in the room were broken, compromising the security as others could have accessed to my room via the external platform/plant. This poses a serious safety risk for guests. Furthermore, the windows were not properly sealed, resulting in constant wind noise during the windy night of 28 November, 2023. This made it challenging to sleep and impacted my overall experience.
