Have stayed many times in past 10 years and love much about it. Clean, welcoming and well located. However I feel standards dropping under Accor. I understand and support reduced plastic use but surely a glass jug of boiled cold water could be left in the fridge. At $500 a night it’s a bit rich to have to run back to Coles to get a glass bottle of cold water. Next time I’ll know to buy beforehand. Tap water is fine but it’s not cold or refreshing after a long journey. It was also a bit quaint to be placed in a disabled room as I’m not. In the past I’ve had wonderful stays with you but just think some things are slipping.
