Apart from having to remake the bed, my stay was fantastic. I was there for the crochet convention. The facilities, room, amenities, staff and comfort were all great. Thank you for a wonderful stay. With the bed, I suspect what was meant to be a top sheet was used as the bottom sheet as there was exposed mattress and it clearly wasn’t big enough to be the bottom sheet where one of the top sheets was massive and obviously meant for the bottom. It was very late and I didn’t want to bother the staff or have someone come into the room so late, so I remade it myself which was a hassle and not something I wanted to be doing when I was ready to go to sleep. But other than that, I sincerely had a wonderful stay.

In regard to Wi-Fi, we are pleased to advise that we offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all our guests. We sincerely apologise if this was not communicated to you upon arrival. . The hotel has an old routing system which will be updated in the future but in the meantime we ask guests to accept the charge and it is automatically reversed at check-out. A lovely stay. Thanks for the upgrade to balcony room - the bed & pillows have to be one of the most comfortable we’ve encountered in recent times. Staff were all so attentive. Great location too. We will back for another mid week mini break.

I was told to pay double the amount by the front of his manager, Rohit Sinwar. He was on duty at that point of time he directly came into my room while I was sleeping. He’s a bastard. He’s an asshole. He’s a motherfucker. He should be removed from the duty on the spot. He is spoiling the Novotel brand name, okay I was asked to pay double the amount where I had paid the booking amount through MakeMyTrip. The hotel was really pathetic. The front of his staff was really disgusting and the front of his manager who was on duty at that time Mohit Sunwar, he’s a bastard. He’s a motherfucker.

I felt welcome and comfortable. It is a great venue for the Crochet Convention with all facilities centrally located.., unlike the Novotel at Maroochydore, where I was constantly getting lost!
