The hotel and staff were exemplary. The room was beautiful and clean. My only criticism would be the corridors and walls on level 5 were tired and scratched and marked excessively. The balconies need a good gurney too. The side glass barriers leave your neighbours able to look into your room easily.

Now I understand why parking is not promoted. Over several days, I witnessed three incidents of vehicles striking ceilings, ducts, and curbs. Parking fees are expensive ffor little service and no guarantee for parking. I was under the impression that this is a smoke-free hotel. Stronger balcony monitoring is required to prevent smoking and drug use (pot use). Rm 711 smokers and smooker underneath us at level 6. I had two kids that looked forward to enjoy the view from the balcony …. We left our room on Friday at 7:00 AM with the “clean our room” sign displayed. When we returned at 2:35 PM, the room had still not been serviced.
