There was a brown stain on the floor next to the bed that was soaking wet and smelt like bourbon. Carpet in hallways was dirty and tired. Had to ask for an extra pillow for the fold out sofa bed. Told supplies were in the cupboard - no supplies in cupboard. Had to ask for water for the room, which took over an hour to be brought up. Budget hotel experience for top price. Very disappointed.

This was my 4th stay at the hotel. The service is great, the amenities impressive and the location second to none.Its worth paying a little extra for the Sea view balcony rooms. World class views from the wrap around balcony were a beautiful bonus. Wollongongs best place to stay.

Everything was fine, except for the lifts. I am not sure if one lift was out of action, but the lifts were a nightmare

Staff were fine, room.was clean, however.. the tv was 20+ years old without connectivity, not even casting abilities and with 2 young children that had come off a big day with a promise of a movie night this was not possible. This is a nice hotel with a great location but in my opinion,for the price point by comparison to almost every other hotel at this price point it does need an update.
