mattress and pillows terribly soft and uncomfortable. poor rest every night, waking up tired with a bad back. tap leaks. room door gets jammed on door frame and doesn't close fully - needs to be manually forced to close. milk missing from fridge. usb chargers do not work. power point needed near beds - everyone has a mobile device now that needs to be charged conveniently from bed. window sills filthy. windows not sealed properly so lets in street noise. hot water temperature fluctuates from very cold to very hot on its own during a 5 minute shower. tv remote terribly hard to see/use. tv needs a tv guide. ironing board won't stand on its own (spring-catch missing or damaged). iron missing a water lid/stopper, and hairdryer on the floor of closet.

The facilities need refurbishment. The air-conditioning was noisy all night. The beds had no firmness at all, it was like sleeping on a beanbag. The pillows have lost shape and form. The cleaning staff decided to throw away the water bottle I had bought. And the hotel breakfast buffet is an abomination even at Accor rates! It's by far the worst buffet I have seen in any Accor hotel ever. You can't charge $42 per person for that artrocity! The grumpy chef served burnt omelette - invest in better staff. The reception staff failed to advise on any of the facilities and who charges for wifi use! It's 2024 - all hotels provide complimentary wifi especially for Accor platinum members. Its a complete waste of a premium beachfront location!

Lovely venue and good service. I was surprised that there was no information in the room about services available in the hotel. We did find breakfast and Bar and Swimming pool and Sauna.
