Oh dear. Well I paid $278 for one night and I got a much better deal at a country pub last week where it was quite, clean and reasonable for under $100 which is not the case here. Street noise is not what I expected. TV is so old and I can’t stream my apps like I could at the pub. TV remote control is horrible and not fit for purpose. Carpet is dirty. Room looks like it’s never been painted since new. No microwave. Fridge doesn’t fit the cupboard properly Room is small for price. In the bar area downstairs it was freezing. Had to go back to my room to get a jumper! No hand lotion in the bottle in bathroom. No hand rails in the bathroom or shower. For the price definitely not worth it.

We were with a group from Carers ACT and our stay with you was our best experience yet. Your staff were so helpful and happy. Dining experience was well presented and delicious. Location was perfect. Thank you all so much. PS Do you do deals in the off season.

Staff were very accomodating throughout whole stay. Great location with good in house restaurant. Pool needed a clean though, and there was no drinking water in the gym which was disappointing.

Absolutely Tremendous time at Novotel Wollongong. From the moment I booked and they helped me upgrade to the excellent service from staff not only in the bars but also at reception. Beautiful sunrise view to wake up in the morning and a bed that couldnt get out of the second to to enjoy there wonderful breakfast.
