Staff were very helpful and polite. The EV charger in the carpark was very useful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Unfortunately, the mattress in our room was one of the worst I've ever slept on. It was sagging and hard.

The grounds of the property were very well maintained. The room itself was clean, comfortable and well presented with a few minor issues. The tap on the basin in the bathroom was broken with only cold water working, no hot water and when turned got stuck a few times and was difficult to turn off. The shower screen had a fairly big leak where the screen meets the wall and the top of the bathtub causing the bathroom floor to get covered in water. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff were very easy to deal with.
