We stayed for one night, me at the end of walking from Herringing on an extremely windy and cold day. The reception staff were very interested in my experince. Oyr room was not only spacious but included a mini kitchen, which was a bonus for washing items after my walk.

The bathroom was dated and had no bench space. The tv should be wall mounted as when lying in bed, the tv was too low to view the full screen. Not what I would expect for $500+ per night ( breakfast included)

I was welcomed by friendly Anika during check in. She was helpful and very cheerful. Unfortunately, there was another lady at check-in who was quite unfriendly and gave us a degrading look. That aside, the hotel pleasantly celebrated my birthday with me with a bottle of bubbly which was wonderful. Dinner at YVES was fantastic. Apart from the unpleasant lady, everyone else was wonderful, especially Anika. Definitely will consider going back. Thank you for the hospitality.

The overall day was a fantastic experience. From the moment of checking in. We greeted warmly from Anita, a room was just right with all the facilities needed and the restaurant was incredible experience (well done to the chef and restaurant staff).

Staff very friendly, lovely area close to water. Room had issues with TV not working until evening of 2nd night. Toilet not flushing on arrival, my husband turned water on after investigating, then water continuously running. Room could have more atmosphere, and felt sick from air conditioning so didn't use 2nd night. Too expensive for room condition. Dinner was really nice, grateful for acknowledging sons birthday with complimentary desserts.
