Overall very good but souured by being told we couldn't use our 30% discount for breakfast on the Sunday morning even though we were staying in the hotel, mothers day shouldn't be an excuse

Had a great time over the weekend, golfing in the region (Calderwood and Gerringong), dining in Kiama-proper (amazing meals) and the hotel was perfectly located and so close to everything. It was a lovely weekend and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice but basic compared with other similar hotel chains. The room was well appointment and spacious but the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be repaired or upgraded as having a shower left the entire bathroom dripping wet from the steam for 2-3 hours. Staff were all lovely and very friendly.

A thoroughly relaxing break. The Sebel Kiama was in a fantastic location and our room had harbour views. The breakfast added to the welcome, food, location and staff. And a special mention to the wonderful breakfast music! But what really made our stay was all the wonderful caring staff!!
