Good Afternoon Will, We're really glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious room, convenient location, and our friendly front desk team—it means a lot to us, and I will pass on the messages to our team! Sorry the view from your balcony wasn't quite the peaceful escape we aim for our superior balcony rooms have a few different outlooks and we can make sure you won't have the same one again. As for the insides of the room, I totally hear you on the areas that need a little extra love, like the bathroom and the carpet—thank you for pointing those out. You'll be happy to know we're currently in the middle of renovating our rooms, we are just trying to work our way through the property while still allowing our guests to come and go. If you're back our way, feel free to reach out directly to me so I can try to place you in a quieter spot and more of our rooms will have been renovated the next time we see you as well.
