The Sebel is an amazing Regional location. The facilities are close to five star. The hospitality of staff, room cleanliness and meals are second to none. The amazing location of waking up to water views over Kiama is a must. The breakfast is varied and a good selection to cater for everyone.

Room was nice. It was lovely and roomy. However, I couldn't turn off the air conditioning as the remote had no batteries. I didn't mind though as I like the cold. Some people might struggle with the cold though.

Unfortunately found it to be very overpriced. Tired room, particularly the bathroom. There was virtually no shelving in the bathroom, except at the end of the bath. Room lighting was a choice between overly bright overhead lights or very dim bedside lights. No lamps. No bedside light at single bed. No lounge chair, so either had to sit at table or on a bed. For almost $1000 for 2 nights, would have expected a better room than on footpath level with no balcony or opening windows. Great location, but disappointing room. I try never to stay in Airbnbs and support hotels, but think my money would have been better spent on an Airbnb unfortunately.
