This was our 5th stay at the Sebel Kiama and it was disappointing. We were allocated a room in the separate building which was unacceptable. The carpark was dirty and the lift clostraphobic and old. Our floor also had the same feeling. Fortunately we were reallocated to a room in the main building. This is not a luxury hotel as described in the advertising.

From reception to housekeeping, the staff are nothing short of professional, accommodating, and warmly welcoming. The hotel's central location in the heart of town overlooks the stunning bay in Kiama and is just a short stroll from countless dining options. Having stayed here for business in the past, I keep returning for weekend getaways from Sydney. I absolutely love this place!

Woken by revving expensive sports cars at 5:30am. Next door unit/room was assembling furniture and doing most of the work with open door so it became an echo chamber. Sofa bed in the room missing legs so it was almost impossible to get off the sofa.

Room 208. Bedding and bed comfortable, towels lovely. Clearly room designed by a man. No shelf in large room, to accommodate 4 people, apart from kitchen bench. Small shelf in bathroom above toilet, other shelf sloped for towels. Toilet needed flushing twice to stop running. Main dining room carpet badly stretched and a trip hazard. Food mediocre on Wednesday night. Breakfast good. Convenient hotel, parking good and efficient lift. Staff helpful and polite.
