I wanted to boom Ibis Bidget Sydney Airport as I was flying in late and leave early in the morning. But, I ended up booking IBIS budget Campbell Town possibly as it was the lowest when sorting the hotels. Unfortunately, when I spoke to the Generlas Manager and explained the situation and said that it was a genuine mistake I was offered a 30 day credit. The refund was refused I did not opt for the cancellation option. It would have been better of the GM was flexible and refunded the booking fee. Kind Regards Kavindra
