Stayed in 3 rooms all bathrooms need work or full upgrades, outside venue needs to be cleaned, rubbish all over the place right up to front door, and signage needs to be cleaned, 3 fantastic big pots out the front with 3 dead plants in them? Exturnal windows need attention in each of the rooms I stayed in.

The location is central and quiet with ample parking. The breakfast was better than what I expected. I understand it is budget accommodation but the room felt very tired, the air con is very outdated and bedding not warm for this time of year. The bunk bed was very uncomfortable and was not able to be used by my child. Extra pillows would be appreciated as well. The hotel and room was clean enough. The staff were all very friendly, however would consider my options of accommodation when in the area again.
