Unfortunately, our 4-night stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. There is no lift to the higher floors, and the bathroom is elevated, which I believe contributed to my fall accident and resulted in a painful knee injury. What made the situation worse was that there was no first-aid assistance available, and the sink was located far outside the bathroom. Housekeeping was also a major concern. During our 4-night stay, our room was not cleaned at all. Rubbish piled up, while the towels and bedsheets were not changed. The customer service was disappointing as well. During the early morning shift, the receptionist asked me to come downstairs while I was still sleeping, simply to confirm whether I had paid for a late check-out. Given that I was already dealing with a knee injury, this was particularly frustrating. Breakfast was very limited, with only two options... white bread and pancakes. The only positives were the restaurants nearby and the Filipina staff member at reception, who was kind and considerate enough to help us carry our luggage upstairs. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I expected from an Accor property. Unfortunately, I would not book this hotel again.

The curtain needs replacing putting duck tape on it is bs...the bathroom door needs replacing as it is rotting,,the staff is A1...very helpful..
