As an ALL member I have stayed at Ibis in the past and this has to be the worst one I have ever stayed in. The floor was filthy, my feet were dirty getting into bed. The blind had holes in it, attempted repair with bits of masking tape were unacceptable, you could still see through. The mattress had a hole in it and a metal spring was sticking up through it. The walls had obviously had some sort of repair and were spot painted 3 times.. just an overall feel of a dirt cheap grotty motel, not an Accor worthy facility. I didn't risk having a shower. It was not cheap either, I paid using some of my hard earned qantas points plus $74 and feel it was an absolute waste! At $165 per night I would have expected basic cleanliness, a blind without holes and a mattress that too was without holes. This is not worthy of a 3 star hotel, I have stayed in better quality two star hotels in Guatemala! Not sure if I would ever risk staying in an Ibis again.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good with many food outlets around. Getting around by car is also easy and accessible. However some basic facilities need upgrades, such as shower floor is found to have ponding , part of the flushing panel malfunctions .

Good location easy to get to from the M1. The bed was comfortable and tea and coffee supplied. For a basic hotel it is good value for money.i have stayed several times and will again.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the bedding at the Ibis Budget Campbelltown. We stayed in a Standard King sized bed with single bed (bunk over the top of the main bed). I expected the room to be small and basic amenities. However, I did not expect the "matress" of the single bed to be as hard as a rock. This thin mattress was essentially a firm piece of foam, inside a thick hard rubber protective cover. We had reserved this hotel to provide a good nights sleep (and reduced travel) for our daughter the night before a sporting carnival nearby. She slept terribly, and complained the next morning of a disturbed sleep and body soreness. As you may appreciate, my wife has now instructed me to never book Ibis budget again, even if that means booking outside the accor group, or booking no accomodation at all. I strongly suggest accor investigate how the bedding at this hotel could be improved (spend the $$$), as i think it is false advertising to say that the single bed in our room last night was in fact a bed. Please ket me know what accor can do to make this right.

Booked through Qantas and feel we got the worst room in hotel - window blind broken, shower cubicle is mould infested, vinyl skirts loose snd full of dirt
