Very noisy at night. Intermittent sharp noise. Unable to locate the source. Not sure was it due to the fluorescent tube even after being turn off or somewhere else. Room 106 Campbelltown Ibis.

The room was comfortable but it did feel old and dirty. Need colour and freshness. The window unclean and hand marks from the outside. The bathroom in one corner is mouldy and the door looked like it has fungus on it.

Location was really convenient, but the room left a lot to desire. The bathroom was tiny and extremely out dated. Vanity was actually on the other side of the room next to the bed. Limited hanging, no cupboard and no ironing facility in the room. Aircon unit extremely noisy, blinds need to be replaced as they have been torn and won't lock into place from just the retractor mechanism. Consider better weighted linens, as the covers were not suitable for winter. Staff were lovely, the only reason we didn't look elsewhere after viewing the room. We won't be returning as the room wasn't up to par, despite the cheap rates we still expected better.

Good customer service i do not have an issue. The rooms were not very good 1 room had dust and cobwebs and cracks in the shower the room seriously needs to be reviewed rm 304 was the room. The bunk bed was not even made.

Hotel cheap and cheerful but the reception sting your credit card for $100.00 as you check in and that stays pending on your card for about a week. They should advise of that on their web site, as it can be quite inconvenient.

Didnt stay due to corona virus - still charged

We notified hotel early afternoon that Vaughan would not be travelling due to corona virus non essential travel advice. Later in the evening he was called to see when he would be arriving. He explained that he had called to cancel due to health concerns. The gentleman said he hadn't been told and that there was nothing on file. It would have been good to have been told he said implying that Vaughan had not called. Vaughan again explained the situation and that he had spoken to a young lady that day. The gentleman said he had no note of that call and reiterated that visitors should notify when not coming, which we did . He said he would contact me as the booking contact to arrange a refund but never did. I will be reconsidering when next booking hotels in the area as to whether to use Ibis.

The stay was fine, we didn’t get in until late great service over the phone and pick up of keys. Motel was very noisy throughout the night and found it hard to sleep.

The bathroom we had was like a bathroom on the cruise ships outlay ....secondly I have not received my deposit back and that now is over a week ago since my stay . Disappointed in taking my money but taking it ages to get my refund . On reading your paperwork after we left that it could take up to 30 days to get the refund that is ridiculously unbelievable unfair ......we left the room clean ....tidy a little rubbish in the bin that’s it plus linen to be change as the Normal.......personally I wouldn’t stay again due to the lack of refunding .....timeframe ....$100 deposit . Plus I felt rather uncomfortable in the room dense wise ...I couldn’t stop coughing in there . .....I have a lung condition and this room made me cough all night due to the dense air entering the room . Air conditioning worked well but that’s about it
