Arrived and price wanting to charge me a few hundred dollars more than the booking price from Accor website. Used my four upgrade suite nights and was upgraded to third floor out of 16 floors to an accessible room. I don’t have a disability. Shower tap fell off in my hands. Flickering light in lounge room. Come back at 4 pm and room not made up. Went for a walk come back room made up, cleaners gone room door still wide open. Laptop and valuables in room. Wasn’t offered any recompense ie a free dinner or a night of free parking would have been appreciated. Stayed four nights. Washing machine and dryer $8 each to use. $3 for soap powder. Didn’t want to make my room up on Sunday offered me 300 Accor reward points. Hope I got them. Breakfast was good but you could barely finish your plate before they hovered to remove it from the table. Felt like I was being rushed. 5 star price with a four star experience.

Great renovated room. Lovely buffet breakfast. Disappointed to only find out on check in that parking was extra $20 per night therefore would consider another place. Also room not ready by 3pm check in time.

Regarding parking, we would like to clarify that our secure, gated, underground carpark is competitively priced compared to similar offerings in the Cairns CBD. However, we understand that alternative options, such as open-air and ungated parking, may be preferred by some guests and are conveniently located within 50 meters of our property. Regarding your check-in experience, our records indicate that you checked in at 3:06pm. If there was any confusion or if the room was not ready earlier as expected, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Loved everything thank you. (Only thing was that a pre booked months ago and when I arrived -the accommodation prices on booking.com for those 2 nights was a lot cheaper than what I paid!!)
