The hotel is ideally located to easily walk to restaurants, shops, esplanade, reef terminal and marina. The harbour view rooms are great and all seem to have a balcony-- alot of rooms have been refurbished so check to see what you have booked. As a gold All accor plus explorer member we were treated great with a room upgrade and special attention - so thankyou very much. Also the staff were great especially at Cocos restaurant and bar -the manager for food and beverage (Kesh?) really looked after us along with the lady greeting us for breakfast every morning with a smile - we stayed 10 nights and will return.
