The soundproofing in the room was absolutely terrible—I could clearly hear people talking next door and even the flushing from the upstairs bathroom. I couldn’t sleep at all and ended up having nightmares because of the constant noise. On top of that, the toilet was not cleaned properly. There were dark, dirty stains that were honestly disgusting. To make matters worse, the front desk wrote down the wrong check-out time, and even though they said they would provide fresh towels, they completely forgot. 部屋の防音もひどすぎて、隣の部屋の会話まで丸聞こえで、上の階のトイレの流水音まで聞こえる始末でした。 そのせいで一晩中眠れず、ストレスで悪夢まで見ました。 さらに、トイレはしっかり清掃されておらず、黒い汚れが残っていて本当に不快でした。 追い打ちをかけるように、チェックイン時のフロントはチェックアウト時間を間違えて記入し、タオルを交換すると約束していたのに、すっかり忘れられていました。

As Platinum I got an upgrade to 1201 courtesy of Yu which I truly appreciate. The hotel is conveniently located near Shioiri station with easy access to Yokohama and Tokyo. There's also Coaska mall across the road which offers plenty of dining and shopping choices. It has a great view of the bay and it's lovely waking up in the morning to the sights of submarines and frigates. The restaurant for breakfast also has great view of the naval port. I can totally recommend.
