Overall, the room was great, towels changed when needed but the bed & pillows became uncomfortable by mid stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The agent at reception were pleasant and welcoming. However, I had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. My plate was taken away while I went to get a fresh cup of coffee. My table had been given to another party while the number of my table still on the table. It was the day of my birthday. My egg benedict had been removed and when I complaint the egg benedict was brought out from the dirty dishes area. I did not been welcomed and felt discriminated. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay at the Mercury hotel.
