I loved staying at the Mercure. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed in a beautiful room with a great view. My room was very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful. Excellent complimentary breakfast. It was next to the mall, train, and lots of restaurants. I am so happy about my stay. I will always stay at the Mercure whenever I visit Japan.

Everything was good. Its overall a quiet and upscale hotel for Yokosuka (lobby, entrance area, breakfast, etc.). Best view from a hotel in Yokosuka. No complaints except the website was not the easiest to use to book (for me at least).

Good morning, My stay at your hotel was not a great experience. The room didn’t have a microwave and the refrigerator did not keep the items cold. I had to take my food down and give it to the front desk to warm it up for me to eat. The room was smaller than the the online pictures and I had to stop at the front desk every morning to get a pass to get my vehicle out of the garage. I had already made them aware that I was staying for 10 days. The front desk personnel were very nice but it was a very inconvenient experience. The washing machine took over 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. I paid almost 5000 yen for breakfast that was not only very cold but slow to get restocked at the buffet. I would not recommend staying at the Mercure in the the future. Very Respectfully Steven M.

First reservation was canceled (not by me), Got a room, very very small for 2 people, only 1 usable plug in the room, had to ask for an adapter to charge my laptop, also was given an extension cord. Room needs to be modernized. Front desk staff were outstanding.

Stay was very pleasant. Breakfast buffet is good, and even after discontinuing it due to the coronavirus they offered other option. Staff was wonderful top to bottom. At one point I called a front desk to see if they had a bowl and spoon, and they ended up bringing it all the way to my door without me even asking.
