Always impressed with this location. Housekeeping is impeccable, and the front desk always speak impeccable English. I’m embarrassed that my Japanese isn’t as good. Your staff is outstanding, even the folks wearing “trainee” badges, and although the hotel is a little older, the service and cleanliness are top notch. The upgraded room was greatly appreciated. Always love staying here.
