Whilst the rooms were small they were well appointed and the hotel in a great location. Would stay again. The decor is 1920's plush and the lounge great for guests and work during the day.

Position of hotel close to railway stations and walking distance to Ginza shopping areas. Extremely helpful and charming staff on reception and in onsite restaurant. Rooms small with little space to store clothing but adequate for short stay. We had use of lounge which was a lovely room with some food and drink options. Charmingly decorated hotel, including the lovely restaurant.

Although there were many other options available, I chose to book this stay I. order to use my Accor membership benefits. However, I did not receive any meaningful benefits as an Accor member during this stay. I. comparison, I have had much better experiences when staying with Hyatt or Marriott. After this reservation, I am now reconsidering whether it is worth renewing my Accor membership.
