the hotel was very comfortable and staff were great to deal with. Our room although small was clean and comfortable and the amenities were good. The location near Shinabasi JR station was perfect. The many restaurants just across the road worked well.

this was our third visit, first they had just opened. gets better every time, restaurants great, exc lounge is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Love the new electronic app to unlock doors and the lift! Rooms are clean and comfy beds … Great place to stay, love the location. we will be back!

We had comfortable stay. Good location of the hotel with proximity to the metro, comfortable bed but can be noisy due to train tracks right by the hotel. This was an issue for me as it was quite noisy even though we were placed on the 9th floor (trains running between 5 am till midnight). We found the breakfast to be quite expensive option that's why we did not take it.
