Room was comfortable with the needed amenities. Bar was lovely. The day we checked out there was a strange sewage smell on our floor. I also wish they went the extra mile. I’m an ALL Accor gold member and we stayed over my birthday, but they did nothing. No Happy Birthday greeting, no dessert or anything.

Ok, we booked this for a family of 8 adults. (Platinum/Gold) members . The rooms came with breakfast but they upgraded our entire family to lounge access.. The lounge was great really, very adequate. This Hotel is punching above its weight, if I didn’t see the Mecure logo I would have said it was a Pullman/Sofitel.. The staff were amazing, always willing to help and assist at all times .. A big thankyou to Patrick on front desk and Ayako in the restaurant 2whi made our stay warm and friendly .. Can’t complain , we will b back

Stayed there for my first leg of Japan trip and I must say it was a very welcoming stay! I would like to commend on the service staff, Adnan. He was very patience, welcoming and made my arrival easy. You should have more staff like him! Only thing I would like to say is as a gold and now platinum member, I should not have to ask for room upgrades. Should it not me automatic and if there is no available upgrades, at least just say that all rooms are booked and sorry we could not offer an upgrade but in return …. Something like that…. I mean I hope Accor can look into this. Thank you
