Overall it was great. As I mentioned above the service was excellent, great location and the best breakfast and dining experience. Areas that need improvement are furnishings they felt outdated and very dark. Better sewerage system, you can smell it in the rooms. Our room also had a funny smell.

We regret to hear that you experienced inconvenience due to the unpleasant smell from the sewage during your stay, and we sincerely apologize for this. Please be assured that we are in the process of replacing the drainage pipes in the guest rooms, and we hope to complete this work by next year. Regarding the lighting, we are in the process of replacing it and hope to complete the upgrades by next year. The hotel theme is too dark for family and business stay. Stayed for 6 nights. Everyday breakfast is the same. Good location from Shimbashi station.
