The room was fine, albeit a bit dingy, but the dining options were absurdly sparse. I was travelling with a colleague who felt a bit unwell and just needed a piece of fruit or something small to eat. The only available option was a multi-course French dinner. No thoughts of saying something as simple as “I’ll just pop into the kitchen and see if chef can provide a small fruit or slice of bread”. Similarly the breakfast was a huge buffet, at about double the price of the usual hotel buffet. It was all quite disappointing in this regard. Otherwise the stay was fine and staff courteous and pleasant.

Overall good, but disappointed with the service. We received different information from the receptionist regarding the luggage storage rules which ended up messing up our planned out schedule. During the checkin we confirmed that we can leave our luggage in the hotel, and take it after we're back in Tokyo (despite no longer staying in the hotel). but during checkout, the morning we need to leave our luggage suddenly the receptionist say we can't. This forced us to find a quick alternative as we need to rush for the train that morning. It was very inconvenient.

Superbly located at walking distance from Shimbashi station and Ginza area. Good facilities. I did not like how dark and dull the rooms are. It was a pain to find the light switches and even after switching on all lights, there were dark spots in the room.. and the dark theme of upholstery makes it even more difficult Breakfast was average and not an awesome spread The front desk staff were excellent with service

last two nights in tokyo so didn't get breakfast on second day. Breakfast on first day was excellent including freshly prepared hot food by the chef.
