The hotel is in a very convenient location, not far from the train station and surrounded by many restaurants ranging from cheap local spots to more decent dining options. The reception staff were very helpful and polite throughout the stay. Service overall was consistently good. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped, with both air conditioning and a heater, which was great. One highlight was the large window with an open view — there were no buildings blocking it, so I could see the whole sky, which made the room feel bright and spacious. One small downside was a strange stair-like step near the window. It didn’t seem very practical — it’s a bit too high and awkward to climb comfortably, and it’s not really suitable for sitting or lying down either. Breakfast was another strong point. The restaurant served very good food and the service there was excellent as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the great location, good service, and comfortable room.

The staff at the property are extremely helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and quite comfortable. This property is uniquely located stones throw away from the Shimbashi station, you can also walk over to Ginza in 5-7 minutes and Tokyo station in about 12-15 mins. Same with the Tokyo tower. There are numerous food option right across the station. We had a great time here!
