Very close to the main GInza shopping Area. Also just 1 stop to tokyo station which makes it really handy if going to Disneyland or to the outlets by bus. The Staff are all very Friendly. From Reception, Excutive lounge and Resturant. Everyone was very welcoming. Rooms are clean. Highly recommended!!! Will Stay again next time in Tokyo

Staff are not trained properly and have poor English.The breakfast is a joke as the food runs out and choices are very limited. No Bircher or health options, one day 30 minutes after opening they ran out "told sold out" of plain yoghurt and was told "try the soy yoghurt." They put out enough bacon and hash browns for 2 to 3 people at a time so obviously you have to wait for someone to replentish the food, meanwhile your eggs are getting cold. 6 people one morning wandered around talking and refused to clear away our dirty plates. even when I placed them myself on an nearby table. The dark and awful music in the lounge is equally miserable as only 1 beer is available which we didn't like. We had to buy our own beer and drink it on our beds as the room doesn't have any chairs.The food at the lounge is limited to crackers so previous reviewers who have talked up the lounge gave us a very different view to reality regarding this space. The Nepalese bloke in the lounge was interesting and polite. At $700 AUD a night it was a horrible stay and whilst the location was ok the rooms, hallways and particularly the dracula like walls in the lifts need to be changed to reflect modern international standards.

Very comfortable hotel. Good location, no upgrade or much acknowledgment of gold Accor status in comparison to other properties. No mention of lounge facility or how to access. Breakfast ok but restaurant seemed understaffed. Machine auto coffee while a beautiful proper barista machine lay dormant. Apart from these minor things I would recommend. A little more investment in this property would make it outstanding. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Lovely 2-night stay at Mercure Tokyo Hibiya. The hotel design is beautiful and full of character, rooms are slightly larger than the Tokyo average, and the location is excellent. Easy subway access, great food options nearby, and Ginza just a stone's throw away. Breakfast was a highlight with an amazing selection, and special thanks to Pauline for the warm service. The lounge was a great spot to unwind too. Only note: limited amenities (no pool or coin laundry), but the design, service, and location more than made up for it. Would stay again.

The rooms appear larger on the pictures in the hotel website than they are. While still comfortable, the room did not have much space to hang clothes, or rest the luggage on. The hotel was clean but also dark. Dark decorations, dark hallways. No space to work (no desk, no comfortable chair). Breakfast was good under the limited options. Decent value for the money, but not exactly what I expected based on the pictures in the hotel website.

I had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Tokyo Hibiya hotel. The hotel has modern rooms with a trendy art-deco style, and it is situated very close to the train station, restaurants and the Imperial Palace which is great for those who run. However the lifts are extremely old and the hotel is very busy, so on the occasion that I left something in my room it took 20mins from my original departure time to go down the lift, turn around go back to the room from reception and then get back down again. This very nearly made me late to an important meeting which will make me reconsider this hotel in future. Also, other than a small hanging space there is no where to store clothes or suitcases so i had to keep it on the second bed.
