Room is small and because the interior design is dark, it felt very claustrophobic. There is just no need for the very high inbuilt window bench. You can’t really use it and it just used up valuable space. Room design is not great.

Such an awesome stay, located in Hibiya near to Ginza and street foods, Mercure Hibiya offers a wonderful experience of staying in Tokyo. The breakfast is also nice

I had a marvellous time staying in the hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who were very helpful to solve my needs. Breakfast was good. Only thing I would add is to have Japanese curry. It will definitely earn my 10!

Requested for an upgrade but hotel was not able to provide. Good gesture of providing free minibar. Hopeful for better upgrades within gold member standards but overall a pleasant stay.
