Lounge is lovely room with pleasant staff..breakfast offering is meagre and evening food offering not much better..

The rooms are small (as are most in Tokyo) but the hotel is in a great location, the gym is well equipped, lounge is comfortable but the breakfast team was the highlight! They remembered us every day and welcomed us so warmly :)

Room is small and because the interior design is dark, it felt very claustrophobic. There is just no need for the very high inbuilt window bench. You can’t really use it and it just used up valuable space. Room design is not great.
