The Staff were fantastic- they went out of their way to help- sending luggage inwards and assisting with taxis. The executive twin room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious - perfect poached eggs - they even had some gluten free bread for my Mother and I. Restaurant staff lovely. Lounge was a fabulous space to do a bit of work or just relax with a drink. The position is so convenient with great transport options and loads of izakayas beneath the railway line.
