Originally, our family, two adults and three children under the age of 11, had booked a two-night stay, with breakfast for both days. Also, in the confirmation email after making the reservation, the screen displayed said, ``2 adults, 3 children under 11 years old, breakfast included,'' so I stayed without any doubts about the reservation. On the day of my stay, I was told at the reception counter that ``children's meals are not included'' and I showed them the reservation confirmation screen that I had taken a screenshot of, the reservation person tapped on ``reservation details of confirmation mail'' then I could confirm that children's breakfast was not included. On both the reservation screen and the confirmation email, it is very difficult to understand that children's breakfast is not included, and even if it is ``default specification that children's meals are not included'', can you imagine that children cannot eat breakfast although their parents enjoy breakfast? Although we were really looking forward to take your famous breakfast, I ended up only eating enough for only one day and didn't have breakfast on the second day. It was a really disappointing stay.
