This hotel is excellent, it was our first time to stay at a budget hotel like Ibis, and it is pleasant surprising. So much more amenities and convenience than a 5 stars hotel. Breakfast is excellent, shuttle bus to the train station and Disneyland and Disney Sea is so convenient. The room is a very small like most hotels in Tokyo, so next time I would book two rooms for our family of 4. Highly recommended to stay here instead of paying through the nose at the other 5 stars hotel.

The staff is not friendly , no one helped carry the luggage to the room and when I wanted to send the luggage to another hotel , I was not helped clearly. The room was not ready when I wanted to check in , even though the Accor Plus had noted asking for early check in
