Checking in was easy and accommodations were as expected. Rooms are small but we knew that coming in as we spent every day at Disney so it was a good fit for getting ready and sleeping needs. Great convenience of the shuttle in the morning and evening to Disney was the reason why I booked and glad I did!

Room We booked 1 single + 2 bunker beds for 2 nights. Very comfortable beds, all you need is there, nothing is not working or substandard. I had a bit of misunderstanding i thought the upper beds were not made but they were nicely made. Front check in staff clarified that. Crew Very efficient and friendly crew. I always have the impression they are very overworked (too busy) thou it doesn't impact their service quality. But compare to another 2 hotels i stays in Japan (Swissotel Nankai and Mercure at Haneda airport). The front-desk staff here is just working non-stop. When I was at level 1 waiting for my uber eat delivery (I stood there 10 minutes 2 times as driver was very late), all the check in staff are like busy bees working non-stop not chilled at all. Same for breakfast crew, very efficient, very busy. Location We booked this place for disneyland visits. We use luggage delivery to send check in luggages so everything was very good for us. We took hotel shuttle bus when arriving at hotel, took hotel shuttle bus to go/return from disneyland. Very efficient nothing goes wrong at all. Impolite guests noone said thank you to bus driver my god. Others Breakfast is good, exceeded expectations, pls dont skip it.

The room was fairly large based on the hotel category. Room was clean with all the amenities. I wished there was a work desk since I was on a business trip but this is understandable since it's supposed to be resort hotel where most of the guests are on holiday. The bathrooom had a good layout and design. The TV featured Japanese-language channels only. I was not sure if it was a Smart TV since the remote control was all Japanese characters. The buffet spread was quite impressive given the price. It had a lot of happy chocies for children since most of the guests were actually there for Disney. And no matter how busy it gets in the morning, the entire restaurant was still orderly and clean. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient. 8-minute drive, 10-minute shuttle bus or 20-minute pleasant walk to the closest train station. The Shin-Urayasu station is attached to a large mall. Lots of good dining options and a couple of large supermarkets. Popular fashion brands were present.
