First of all, we would like to ask an apology about your check in, for we were not able to check you in upon your arrival. Hope you don't mind, if we will request to you to send us an email before, so we can prepare the room for you as early as possible because sometimes due to high occupancy we can't prepare the room for the guest, but if you can send us an email that would be helpful for us to prepare the room for you. About the water, we are also very sorry for the staff was not able to give you the water prepared in the front desk for the members.
