We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would truly rate our experience 10/10. We stayed for multiple nights across several bookings, which gave us the opportunity to experience many aspects of the hotel. We were able to use various facilities such as the laundry machines, ice dispenser, vending machines, and the mini convenience store — all of which were very convenient and well-maintained. First of all, we really appreciated how well the hotel handled member benefits. Everything was clearly communicated and delivered as promised, which made our stay feel smooth and valued. We did not receive a room upgrade, as the next room type was fully booked during our stay, which we completely understand given the busy period. The location is also very convenient, especially for visiting Disney. It was easy to get there, and having a shuttle service provided by the hotel made the trip even more comfortable and hassle-free. The staff were exceptional. Every team member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They were also very warm and friendly toward children, always greeting and engaging with our kids, which made the stay feel especially welcoming and family-friendly. We especially want to highlight how supportive the team was when we needed to change our booking prior to arrival — the process was handled professionally and with great care. We are also very grateful for the assistance we received when we accidentally left our phone in a taxi. The staff helped us contact and coordinate everything promptly, which meant a lot to us and turned a stressful situation into a very positive impression. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The variety and quality were excellent, and our kids absolutely loved it — it became something they looked forward to every morning. Overall, everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. If we may suggest one small improvement, it would be to increase the frequency of the shuttle bus service from Shin-Urayasu Station, as it would make transportation even more convenient for guests. Thank you again to the entire team for such a memorable and pleasant stay. We would definitely love to come back in the future.
