I had a wonderful stay at ibis Tokyo and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly accommodating—from the reception team to the dining area and even the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in rooms 816 and 817 for five nights, and both rooms were consistently clean. The beds were made up daily, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. I especially appreciated the extra amenities available at the lobby, including complimentary skincare toiletries that guests can take, as well as hot miso soup available to anyone. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Miyao and Saito at the dining hall were both very friendly and truly added a beautiful experience to our mornings. Petronilla, Charles, and Estelita also made us feel at home with their warmth and friendliness. There is also a convenient self-service store in the lobby offering snacks, noodles, and drinks. The hotel’s location is another big plus, as it is just a short ride away from Disneyland, with a shuttle service available, making transportation easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms are fairly small, but I father that is the norm . I was a bit disappointed with breakfast, you only have a choice out of 4 toasties.Staff were very nice and helpful

Everything was perfectly cleaned, organized and well maintained, you set the bar very high for the other hotels that we visited after and I have to say that none were up to your level, not even the Mercure at Kyoto.
