Excellent service and great location, especially for the Disney resorts. Staff was friendly and efficient and it was easy to travel to Narita and Haneda from this location. Breakfast was a particular standout with great variety and a changing menu each day…I loved it! Will definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, nice staff, close to train station and 7-11. Convenient place for families that are focused on going to Disney. One thing to improve upon is a better shuttle time schedule.

Perfect place for disneyland stay. They have a bus service which can pick & drop you from subway and also pick & drop you to disneyland and sea. Breakfast is good. Room for family (2 kids) was perfect giving adequate space.

Beds too hard pillows too flat and only two washing machines and two driers aren't enough and the driers take too long to dry clothes.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. We would like to suggest improving the shuttle service between the hotel, train station, Disneyland, and DisneySea, as more frequent buses would be more convenient for guests. It would also be helpful to have more washing machines and dryers, as the current limited number often results in long waiting times. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Poor Shuttle Bus Scheduling: Despite being a Disney partner hotel, there were no shuttle bus services available during peak commuting hours when guests actually needed them most. ​Long Check-in Delay: Only a single staff member was handling counter check-ins, resulting in an unacceptable wait time of over 20 minutes. ​The Only Positive: The individual staff members were polite, and I appreciated their assistance in hailing a taxi. However, the deceptive package structure and poor operational management heavily overshadowed their courtesy.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel during our Disney trip. The triple room was comfortable and well suited to our family's needs, we stayed in a triple room. The service from the hotel staff was warm, friendly and professional. They were always welcoming and happy to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with an excellent variety of Japanese and Western dishes that catered well to both adults and children. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disney made all the difference, providing a convenient and stress-free way to travel to the parks. The hotel also has a small kiosk for snacks, drinks and other essentials, and there's a FamilyMart just a short walk away for anything extra you may need. Overall, this is a comfortable, convenient and family-friendly hotel that offers excellent value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting Disney.

We stay 4 nights, the room is great, the view is fantastic. the breakfast is excellent !!!! 100% we love the breakfast. It is amazing to have shuttles to Disney land and train station !!! That is a title surprise and we definitely recommend!! It would be great to have a public bath ( that was one thing that I look forward to… it was on the Google photo… and it will help to remove all the tiredness from the day) and it would be great to have bike hire too. Honestly the train station is a bit far to walk. Overall we are happy for the stay.

This hotel was perfect for our Disney stay. The breakfast is great with a ton of variety, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle to the parks was much appreciated. Note: the shuttle runs in the morning and evening only.

Stayed here twice. Always friendly. Always welcoming. Its clean. Its tidy. Its got all facilities you need. WiFi is great on every floor and in the lobby. Atmosphere you can ether choose to be social with the liverly cafe/lobby area but you dont have to. Its quiet in the quiet places and friendly in the social areas. Would definitely stay here again.
