Overall a very pleasant experience. We reached Tokyo early and the staff were very accommodating by providing us early check in. This really helped recharge ahead of a busy rest of day in Tokyo. The hotel itself is very conveniently located to the international terminal, and train station to access the city. They also provide a seamless airport shuttle transfer - running from 4am in the morning for early flights! The room we stayed in was super clean and spacious, and our stay was very comfortable and convenient. We didn’t need to ask for anything which is always a positive sign that the hotel has thought of everything. Overall, highly recommend Mercure Tokyo Hanaeda, it’s a great hotel with very friendly staff. Close to the airport, public transport as well as a few convenience stores around if you need them.
