We stayed on the last night of our Japan visit. It was easy to reach from the airport using public transport. Although I wouldn't recommend taking luggage on the subway at 6pm as it was pretty crowded. The hotel facilities were lovely, huge comfy bed, exceptional black out blinds and powerful shower. Essential toiletries were provided but no skin care as we'd found in other hotels. Breakfast provided plenty of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I would make would be to run the airport shuttle more frequently.

Every time I stay at Mercure Haneda, it truly feels like coming home. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and the experience is consistently wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is modern and well maintained, and the location near Haneda Airport is extremely convenient. What makes this place truly special is the people. The team is amazing — always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to the front desk staff for their warm welcome and efficiency, and to the bar and kitchen teams for their excellent service and friendliness. Every interaction feels personal, not just professional. It’s the kind of hotel where you feel welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of from the moment you arrive. Highly recommended, and without a doubt my first choice whenever I’m in Tokyo.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Haneda. The location was perfect for access to public transport and restaurants. The room was a great size as was the bathroom and shower. Great professional staff.

It's a bit far from downtown Tokyo, but you can stay at a reasonable price. Since it is an airport hotel, limousine service between the airport and the hotel is also provided, making it convenient. However, there are cases of crowding, so it needs to arrive earlier than scheduled.
