Great location, had a wonderful stay as always when I stay at your hotel thanks to your staff, I would not stat at another hotel in Tokyo! As always, this hotel is wonderful thanks to the lady Director Mrs Ayumi KAWATA and her wonderful team! I always praise this hotel and I recommend it to all the friends and people I know who will visit Tokyo. I have stayed at hotels worldwide which were 5 star hotels all over Asia, Tahiti, Europe and the USA, I never had such a good service that I had at Haneda Mercure Hotel!!! THANK YOU AGAI! I am looking forward to our next visit at Haneda Mercure Hotel !

Convenient location, with multiple car rental spot nearby. Beautiful and clean room. Space is spacious enough for hotel in Tokyo. The charge for temporary car parking is a bit not friendly, but again, it's in the center of the city. Front desk staff may not be the most friendly, but sure could help you with the problem you asked.
