Very pleasant experience. Checkin staff were very professional and helpful. Made small touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Provided a welcome pack for us and for our infant with some essentials. Shuttle to HND airport is very convenient. Hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the station and has many convenience stores within a 2 minute walk. We will definitely stay again

After a long journey from the United States, including flight changes, heavy rain, and a very exhausting travel day, arriving at Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport felt like a relief. I had just spent nearly two weeks staying at a five-star hotel in Times Square, yet the warmth and attentiveness I experienced here reminded me how special hospitality in Asia can be. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Their warmth and willingness to help immediately eased the stress and fatigue my husband and I had been carrying from our long trip. Even just one night here felt wonderfully restorative. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the bed allowed us to truly rest. The welcome drink from the front desk was a lovely touch, and the breakfast was outstanding — honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had after traveling through many countries around the world. Please keep up this excellent standard of hospitality. I would happily return and will definitely recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers. I truly loved my stay here.

When we first arrived, the staff greeted us really kindly. So my fatigue was gone thanks to the staff. Also the hotel had really pretty view. I loved the japanese buildings and roads. The cleaning service after leave was also perfect. We could sleep like we’re dead because the hotel room was so comfortable and clean. There were shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer in the restroom. So that was perfect. The hotel is located nearby station. so we could go other counties. fast and well. And the convenience stores that had a lot of products were all over the place. So I ate a lot for real. There were also a lot of mart, restaurants so it was easy to find somewhere to eat. Especially sushi restaurant nearby the hotel is crazy.. please go eat there. And at night, if you would like to drink like wines, vodka, cocktails then visit the bar which is located on the first floor. They can speak in english well and the drink was also great. But there are also some downsides. I think most of people will use Narita Airport but it’s a little far from there. But if you love trains then why not? And there’s no Don Quijote nearby. So if you would like to go there then you have to walk for 30 minutes or go when you go to the other counties. That’s all! Overall, the experience was the best of my life. It might depends on the person but I satisfied a lot. So I would like to recommend this hotel to somebody who’s finding nice hotel in japan. Because I really wanna come here again.
