Staff was friendly and professional. Provided clear and thorough explanations of property amenities. Room was unexpectedly large, especially for Japan. Furnishings in perfect condition. Lighting was impressive. Location was easily walkable from subway. Area was safe. Both 7-11 and Lawsond were close by. Shuttle to airport timely. Will definitely stay there again.
