I queried about the following issues but still no reply despite the staff giving me an assurance that I will get an email response - 1. The timing for the shuttle service from the airport was not clearly stated when I made the reservation. I made this comment when I check in but still have not got a response despite 2 reminders. 2. I was not allowed to sign for my breakfast as I was told that I do not have a hotel credit despite being a hotel guest. The manager on duty was told about this and she kindly offer me breakfast as a form of customer recovery. 3. The rates for booking directly was more expensive vs booking through Agoda - I comparing against the same category of room types. Why? Does it not pay to be a Accor member.. Please respond.

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast food quality was excellent, too. My only complaint is that there were too many guests in the breakfast restaurant. It was rather chaotic, and we could not enjoy it much.

An easily accessible hotel located close to Haneda airport but a short train ride from Tokyo city. The rooms are large and well appointed.Breakfast is great. The staff are excellent. The bus transfer to the airport makes transfers very easy and convienient.
