The hotel is located close to the Haneda Airport, so it is very easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to stay near the airport - top notch hotel at this price point

As the platinum member, we stayed here for 2 nights and got an upgraded room with minibar free of charge as per the staff said. There was no information before the trip about the free shuttle from and to the airport. We found out when we checked in after got lost on the train from the airport. The bar service for drinks was very slow, given one bar tender worked there by himself serving many guests. The shuttle to airport was shocking and very disappointed. We waited for the 5am departure to the International terminal which should be their first stop, but the driver didn't stop there, instead he took the big group of the guests straight to the domestic terminal. We were not very happy about that. Additionally, this big group of people were offered the takeaway breakfasts and came to the shuttle late. I normally never review the Accor hotels I stayed, but this experience is not acceptable for me. This was the worst service and information provided by staff at this hotel.
